Hello everyone π Today's Sunday and I feel blessed this day. How are you now? Hopefully you're doing great and fine. I wanted to share to you just a quick and simple recipe I've prepared for lunch. Since I have no meat in the fridge, I used tuna as a substitute for meat. I just added it with kids favorite veggies the carrots and potatoes. I just basically call this recipe as
TUNA WITH ADDED CARROTS AND POTATOES SCRAMBLED IN AN EGG
---
To begin with I just prepared the following common ingredients found in my kitchen

1 small can of San Marino Tuna
1/2 piece of carrots cut into diced
1 medium sized potatoes diced
1 large size of egg
2 tbsp of oil
salt and pepper to taste
Here are the simple steps to complete my recipe
In bowl, cracked one egg, beat it slowly and gradually add one can of tuna. You are just like making a scrambled eggs but with added tuna and veggies.

Seasoned it with a little salt and pepper. You can always adjust its taste according to your preference.
Mixed it thoroughly

I prepared the pan and slowly turn on the heat into a medium level.
Placed a tablespoon of oil in a pan.

I then added the diced potatoes and carrots. Slightly mixed it in.

Once the vegetables are cooked, set it aside. Placed it in a pan and start to sautΓ© the aromatics like onion.

Placed the scrambled mixture of tuna and egg in a pan mixed it all with the potatoes and carrots.

Once it's fully cooked, placed it in a plate. And served it immediately with a pair of hot rice π

In this way kids will surely love to eat vegetables. Whenever I have not meat in the fridge , I just used canned tuna as a replacement of meat.
Hopefully you've enjoyed my simple recipe for today and see you in my next cooking blog journey. Byeπ
