Hello everyone π
How are you in this beautiful community? Today's snacks I prepared for my kids is still a banana cake but I added with some all purpose cream. I'm amazed how it turned like after I steamed it.
These are the following ingredients I've used in making this banana cake loaded with chips and nuts.

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup bananas mashed and ripened (best to use over ripe bananas) I preferably used lakatan bananas good for kids
2 pieces of whole eggs
1 cup of chips and nuts for toppings
Heavy cream + 2 teaspoon of vinegar
3/4 cup of canola oil
Here are the simple steps in making this overloaded banana cake
Sift flour and other dry ingredients in a sifter. Set it aside.

In a bowl, begin by placing the egg, oil, mashed bananas and brown sugar.

While adding the brown sugar, mix it thoroughly together with the all purpose flour and other dry ingredients.

Continue stirring that there be no lumps of flour visible. Add the all purpose heavy cream.

Once done constant stirring, prepare the pans and placed it in a molder not so full with banana mixture.

From this recipe I've made 2 tubs of medium sized banana cake. The result is really soft and tasty. I've never added cream before. So I would suggest you better try this recipe π

Start steaming each tub. Since I have only small steamer so I steamed it one at a time for only 25-30 minutes. You checked it by inserting toothpick into the cake.

After steaming, I removed it slowly from its tub sliced it and serve it to my kids.. Kids find it so much delicious and tasty while pairing this banana cake overload with some fruit drinks. I prepared cucumber juice too for them. It's a perfect snacks for my kids this afternoon.
This would be all for now and see you in my next blog journey...Byeπ€π
