Hive Grove Playing It Because The Aesthetic

image.png

In case you have not tried Hive Grove, it's time to try it.

If someone has planted a seed for you, try water the seeds, buy a tree or a plot and have fun watching them grown. I am not the kind of person who jumps into games quite easily. But Hive grove captured my attention because it's aesthetic. What I particularly like is the color palette from the game and the font being used in the game. Quite a strange reason to get into a game, isn't it? Yet to me, these little designs details make it worth exploring and a reason for me wanting to check out the game.

I personally hate cartoonish flashy games with bold, solid colors. This game has just the perfect pixel-art aesthetic for my taste. Well, I only started the other day and I am still working on the mechanics. From what I see, you can even earn Hive from playing it. So, maybe if you want to increase your HP or earn some hive, this is one of the game to play.

Another thing to add is that the cost of the items aren't that expensive and quite accessible. At this hive price point, this is one of the game worth trying. Perhaps this is what makes me want to play it since the prices of the items, trees and even plot of land is a lot more accessible than many games around here.

You can also walk around others' grove. In my opinion, this Grove Walk should be its own tab to make it more accessible. Perhaps, should be next to Grove, followed by Friends and so on. It's probably just my personal preference but I wonder if this is possible to create it that way 😂

It's pretty chill and laid back game. Maybe one day it'll get a little too grindy but for now, just something you can pop into whenever you feel like it, without having to put too much effort into it. Since I also love the aesthetic, upon playing I decided to also delegate a little HP to it.

The social aspect of it is the best part of it. Hive's dapps/games are dead because nothing is actually social. Given AI can go pretty far with creating stuff it's surprising we haven't had an influx of things getting launched.

  • I heard about hive grove recently, maybe I'll try and see this game on my own😗.
