Wait… I'm a DOLPHIN now? 🐬

So, yesterday while attending to some of my notifications, I saw one from hivebuzz and checked it out, and in all honesty, I wasn't even expecting to see what I saw.

As you can see in the image below, the notification reads that I'm now a dolphin 🐬.... Like, me? A dolphin?

I wasn't expecting it at all... To be sincere, I didn't see that coming; all I was just concerned about was just to engage and grow on here. And it will also interest you to know that when I just joined hive I was a complete novice, all thanks to the help of my bro @vickoly and @monica-ene, who did their best to help me navigate through. Even at that, I left and became inactive for like two years or more.

Later I came back, with the help of @vickoly again; he saw that I still write and asked if I would like to be a part of this community again, so I thought about it and made my decision, and this time I had decided to stay come what may. It wasn't easy getting back on here; when I came back, I mostly engaged in these InLeo prompts, but it seems they have stopped now, though. And honestly, it hasn't been easy. I guess one of the reasons I left then, aside from the fact that life was dealing with me, was that I wasn't getting rewarded as I thought and all. Not as if the rewards is all big now, nah, but then I enjoyed writing and I'm grateful for every of the engagement, upvotes, follows and all I get.

As at the time I came back, hive price was still good, not the way it is now, but the decision to stay and continue doing what I love doing, which is writing, makes me stay regardless of the Hive price. I wasn't even thinking about becoming a minnow, a dolphin, or an orca; it was until I got this notification yesterday that I began to do research about it and ask questions. And seeing it meant a lot to me. It shows, and it is proof that I'm really growing and, at the same time, giving it my all.

I've just been here trying to do the little I can, engage with others, support others, write a post, and all; I didn't really realize how far all of those little things can go. Now I can see, and now I know that there are bigger ones ahead, and I trust and believe that I will get there too.

I'm glad I came back to hive.
