Hello Hive
A new blessed and happy new week to us all. What a privilege to witness the starting of a new month and I hope that this month will bring us all the blessings that our hearts desire. Christmas is coming nearer and nearer and usually before the year finally runs out we often harvest most of the crops we have laboured to grow prior to this time.
Rice harvest is yet to start but beans harvest should take longer anymore, in about a week from now we should start picking some dry beans pods.
Ever since the rains have stopped on the second week of this month it has been an aggressive rise in temperature with the sun already burning our skins. The beans in the farms are all getting dried up almost instantly. For the ones that are ripe enough this is typically good but for the ones still growing and getting ready to ripe, they may end up drying without getting ripe.
It took us just about two months to grow this beans and now they are finally ready for harvest. Compared to rice it is much more easier to grow beans. With the types of beans specie we have now one can grow and eat their beans in just two months.
This year we have started our rice farming activities since the month of July and up until now harvest is not yet certain. Moreover some of the rice haven't been able to produce their foods and the rain is gone already. The possibility of us harvesting as much rice as compared to the measure of the field we have covered is very much less now.
It is not just possible to kick out growing rice and some of the crops that stresses us, rice is one of the major foods been eaten here. Beans only serves as proteins and causes so much flatulence and discomfort to some people hence we must grow a balance of both crops as needed. We can only seek for various adjustments to make so that we don't undergo so much stress growing any type of crops.
