It's been quite some time participating in this contest. Probably because I never came across a good reflection picture.
Last weekend I was at the beach and I was taking a walk. That time I saw this little birdie playing around. It's a Sand Plover; it looks a lot like sparrow except for its long legs. We barely see these small birds in the city these days, normally in open places once in a while they come across. Back home in Mumbai, at my holiday home which is surrounded by hills I get to see many of them. I believe they flock in a place where they feel safe and have more of natural environment.
Sand Plover is a winter bird, now the climate is changing, it's a less hot and in a month's time it will be a lot better, and we will see more of these birds. Looking at this one it seemed like she was enjoying hoping around, I was sitting very close to her and I kept admiring her for a long time, she went hoping around not bothered of the people around, though the beach was full. To me it felt very calming looking at her activity, so I clicked some pictures of her with her reflection. Probably she was also enjoying that and hence was hoping around from one spot to other.
