Hello, Splinterlands fans. We’re back for another day with a new episode where I’ll tell you about my latest “adventures” in this amazing Web3 game that you all know by now. This time, I’ll be talking about some new cards I’ve bought, as well as a few I’ve gotten from opening Starter Packs. For now, that’s all I have to share, since I haven’t made any progress in Frontier—since I’m already at the top—nor in Modern, due to the recent changes that have been made.

31st Starter Pack Opening
From what I’ve gathered about the new changes in Modern, I’m going to need a wider variety of cards to be able to play in the upcoming divisions and brackets. So, since I have no choice but to get the cards I need to play, I’ll have to keep opening Starter Packs and buying and upgrading some cards. However, I think I’ll have to cut back on opening Starter Packs to one per post, like before, since my budget doesn’t stretch that far.

I took advantage of a good deal and bought several copies of two cards, plus a third, very good card that I managed to find. This card is a Unit, also COMMON rarity and of the Neutral element, called Doomshield Warden (Human); it has 14 mana, 7 armor, 9 health, 3 speed, and 4 melee attack. Additionally, this card also has an ability called Flank.
