Hello, Splinterlands fans. We’re back for another week of future achievements, victories, division promotions, and more surprises in this fantastic video game on the Hive Blockchain. But before we can achieve all of this, we need to prepare thoroughly, which is why I’ve decided to keep investing DECS and GLINTS in more cards to improve my deck for future battles. But aside from continuing to open Starter Packs and buying cards through Rewards, I’ve also managed to snag a few more surprises from the occasional Jackpot in the Ranked/Frontier section.

Another Spooky Skin
In the previous chapter, I shared with you what I got from a previous Jackpot in Ranked/Frontier, where I’m currently still in Gold I. This surprise was one of the new “Spooky” edition card Skins they released this month to celebrate Halloween. This almost never happens to me, but the very next day I managed to win another Jackpot, where I also got another “Spooky” edition Skin for a different card that I’ve also have in Max Level.

37rd Starter Pack Opening
We’re continuing with more Starter Pack openings to keep the streak going, just as we’ve been doing in almost every episode of this special section. As I mentioned before, this has already become something of a tradition. I’m also gradually investing in these card packs to improve my deck and expand my collection a bit. Sometimes I get new cards, and many other times I get duplicates, but it’s still very helpful because I can accumulate copies and level them up later.

More Rare Cards
Another recent investment I've been making in Splinterlands is buying cards from the Shop/Rewards section. Last season, I earned a lot of GLINTS playing Modern, and that's been really helpful for buying cards in Rewards. However, I recently decided to buy some RARE cards instead of the common ones I'd bought on a couple of occasions before. This is another way for me to get new cards for my deck and my collection.
