Freedom of Speech Is Determined After Your Speech.

It's very important for every country to give their citizens the liberty to express themselves and not silenced them from telling their opinions. In fact, one of the ways to determine a good government is the accessibility of citizens to platforms where they can air out their opinions and also listen to other people's opinions about issues regarding the nation.

Government that denies her citizens of free speech is a questionable government because that act itself mean they're trying to cover up something they don't want outside world to see or know about. What will warrant you to want to shut a person up from speaking about your deeds? If there's nothing to hide there's no problem with whoever that wants to speak about a certain matter.

However, we've seen how people took advantage of this privilege to constitute nuisance. Some people go as far as defaming others, some say hurtful words to people for no absolute reason (Hate speech).

While freedom of speech is paramount to the society, no one should go ahead to abuse other people's freedom else, it's ok for yours to be denied too. Freedom of speech is for everyone but freedom after speech is inherently dependent of what you say. If you speak ill about people, you should be able to provide proof of evidence or held accountable.

Hate speech is spreading rigorously across the world and becoming more harder to control. No one should make mockery of people and their situations specially the ones that didn't get themselves into those conditions or cannot do anything to change it. Hate speech I think should absolutely come with it's price and people shouldn't go unpunished for demoralizing and torturing other individuals.

I understand some people use that attitude for jokes and fun with but honestly I think it's gross to take people's emotions for granted or as piece of toy to play around with.

Let's take for example: The racial battle between the whites and black. It's not impressive to see all of these things happening because most of it all isn't ending in just the verbatim. Some of these racist take it to heart to make sure they frustrate the other race. I've seen people jumping into fights in favor of the person that has their skin color. I've seen people divert appointments, justice and fair treatment solely because of skin color.

Hate speech should be illegal and offenders shouldn't go free. I think there's a distinction between critical criticism and hate speech. When someone accesses your work or behavior from their point of view and criticizes your work, that isn't bad although, those opinions might hurt but I think criticism is paramount to the development of an individual or group. Everyone deserves freedom of speech but freedom after speech is never guaranteed, it should be determined if the things you say, of you go on to torture people for being created the way they are, you should be punished for that because that act alone shows how terrible you are. We should learn to use our rights without necessarily abusing other people's right.
