[Movie] Wrath of Cain

My Take-------> Difficult situations sometimes comes to test how patient we can be and also to teach us what we need to know about the other side of life other than the usual way we often see it. This movie "The Wrath of Cain" is an interesting movie with rich lessons, very straightforward and precise for this generation. Crime and violence should not be an option for anybody because most of the time it doesn't end well for perpetrators as seen in this movie.

The movie "Wrath of Cain" educates us about what prison life looks like and how it can completely affect your state of being. We all got choices it's left for you to choose freedom or boundage and how you decide to live your life, is up to you.

Cain the main character of this movie was a terrible Dad to his family and a gangster to the state. Most of the time crimes are committed by individuals that had some form of history to abuse and poor parenting which was the case of Cain. Cain never had a good parenting and so the trait was passed down to him and from him to his son, Ricky. His son sold drugs to survive because he's father "Cain" neglected him and his mum. Cain's wife, Ricky's mum was murdered as a result of Cain's carelessness towards his family.

What interest me about the movie (The Wrath of Cain) was that, lessons were learned and corrections were effected.

It's not your fault to be born in a substandard home but it is your fault when you live and die there. Cain didn't had it all from little and so his boy but at the end of the movie Cain reunited his boys right in the prison with him before he passed on to glory. I've been watching movies and I've seen some of the movies try to educate people how prison lifestyle looks like and those are to me, very important steps that will help the young generation reflect on the importance of acting right and avoiding crimes.

Cain's son was sent to prison were his dad was. Cain tried to reunite with his boy, Ricky but every attempt to do that was turned down by the little boy. Cain didn't give up and after so many attempts to speak to the boy and seek for forgiveness, he's boy later accepted his dad was diagnosed with brain cancer in the prison. Cain broke the information to his son that he had cancer of the brain and doesn't have much time to live on earth and that stroke something into the boys heart and he stopped to listen to his father.

Cain turned away from his evil deeds in prison after several years reading the Holy Bible. He tried to help bring other people in prison to God and so also his son Ricky.

Cain was able to reunite with his boy but there was one great obstacle he needed to cross. He had a deal he needed to settle with someone in the prison. He needed to pay back a favour that was done to him but he declined to do that. It resulted to another clash in the prison between him and the other guy who was his loyalist before. Unfortunately Redfoot Cain's once loyalist wanted revenge and started making every possible means to do that. He had another Gangstar who came and offered to do the job for him that is, executing Ricky Cain's son. JD was the guy that collected the deal.

Cain had two sons and the other one got revealed towards the end of the movie. Funny enough they were all locked up in the same prison with their Dad but their Dad only knew about Cain. He had an affair with a woman before he got to prison and that time, the lady got pregnant and bore him a son.

Cain was ready to do everything to protect his son in prison. One faithful day a woman that Cain once knew came to see Cain in prison to plead with him to help her protect her son in prison. She knows Cain has the influence to do so hence the reason why she wanted him to help her. Cain didn't wanted to until she broke the news that her son's name is JD and that JD was his son. Cain was mad at her but nothing can be do because he's in prison. He was taken into his cell that evening and that evening was the night that the prisoners want to play their wrestling games. The same night, JD who collected the deal to execute Ricky prepared his tiny shaving stick weapon to unalive Ricky.

Cain knew about the fight that evening but the prison warder restricted him from going out to join the other prisoners in their games. Cain knew he had to protect his son Ricky because they will want to execute him that night since prisoners will be exposed to each other that night. Cain had to maneuver his way out of the cell and made it to the scene of the fight. Already it was Ricky and JD in the ring with their tiny shaving stick they turned them into weapon.

The two sons were on the verge of killing themselves when Cain interrupted and was accidently stabbed by one of his son JD. He revealed to them they were brothers and finally reunited them before dying at that spot.

My Review----> The prison is such a horrible place to be because where you think your own gangster lifestyle stops, that's where another person's own starts> High tendency you'll be molested or even get yourself killed by fellow prisoners right there in prison over desputes. Aside taking away your freedom, you're exposed to danger that might likely end your life. Maybe you should check the movie out, I'm pretty sure you'll love it.
