THE MOST AMBITIOUS TATTOO PROJECT I HAVE EVER DONE [ENG/ESP]

Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren bien disfrutando del arte en todas sus expresiones.
I have mentioned before that I recently ventured into the world of tattooing; despite having practiced this discipline for only a short time, I have progressed rapidly and steadily. This is largely because my background in fine arts has given me an understanding of pictorial art concepts that make the tattooing process easier for me. So far, I have completed 14 tattoos on actual skin, and today I am sharing my most ambitious project yet—the 15th piece in my brief career.
He venido contando que desde hace un tiempo me inicie en el mundo del arte del tatuaje y a pesar de que llevo muy poco tiempo practicando esta diciplina, he ido avanzando con mucha rapidez y firmeza, claro esto ha sido así, ya que mis estudios en artes plásticas me han permitido comprender muchos aspectos de las artes pictóricas que me facilitan la realización de los tatuajes. hasta ahora solo he realizado 14 tatuajes en piel real, hoy vengo a compartir el proyecto de tatuaje más ambicioso que he realizado y que se suma como el número 15 de mi corta trayectoria.
I convinced a childhood friend to let me execute this major arm tattoo project; the core idea was to create a design that gives the illusion of a mechanical or "mecha-style" arm. However, projects like this aren't as simple as just applying a stencil and starting to tattoo; instead, it requires a thorough study of the arm and its musculature, followed by freehand sketching the outlines that will eventually serve as the tattoo's guide lines.
Convencí a un amigo de la infancia para que me permitiera realizarle este gran proyecto de tatuaje en el brazo; la idea central es realizar un diseño que genere la ilusión de brazo mecánico o tipo "mecha", pero este tipo de proyectos no son tan sencillos como pegar un esténcil a la piel y comenzar a tatuar, al contrario hay que hacer un buen estudio del brazo y como están formados los músculos para luego dibujar a mano alzada (FreeHand) los trazos que luego se volverán las líneas guías del tatuaje.
In this first session, I only worked on the outline to preserve the freehand design I drew directly on the skin, since it isn't a stencil that can be reused later. For now, I’m only doing the upper part of the tattoo—from the shoulder to the elbow—and will complete the rest of the design on the forearm at a later date.
En esta primera sesión solo realice las líneas de contorno para no perder el diseño que realice a mano alzada sobre la piel, ya que no es una plantilla que pueda volver a utilizar luego. por ahora solo realizare la parte superior del tatuaje, desde el hombro hasta el codo, luego en un futuro realizare la parte del antebrazo para completar todo el diseño.
In this second session, I began applying the shading, starting from the bottom in the elbow and bicep areas. I will use various shades of gray and black to create the realistic effect I’m aiming for, adding pure white at the very end to highlight the details. I plan to schedule six-hour sessions, as that is the maximum battery life of the machine.
En esta segunda sesión comencé a aplicar el relleno, inicie desde la parte inferior, en las zonas del codo y bíceps; usare varias tonalidades de grises y negro para poder generar el efecto de realismo que deseo, el color blanco puro lo agregare al final de todo para resaltar los detalles. Intentare realizar encuentros de 6 horas por sesión, ya que es lo máximo que dura la batería de la máquina.
During the third session—held a week later—I was able to observe the healing process of the area I had worked on previously. I noticed several mistakes resulting from my inexperience in the field, yet I feel things are moving in the right direction. I need to wait for that area to finish healing to see how the lighter gray tones turn out, as that is my main concern. I proceeded with the third session by working on the back of the arm—specifically the elbow and triceps—while taking care to avoid repeating the errors made in the previous session.
En la tercera sesión luego de una semana, pude ver el proceso de curación de la zona que trabaje la sesión anterior, note varios errores que cometí por mi novata experiencia en el área, pero sin embargo considero que va por buen camino, tengo que esperar que esa zona termine de cicatrizar para ver como quedan los tonos más claros del gris, ya que eso es lo que más me preocupa. continue con la tercera sesión realizando la zona trasera del brazo, el codo y tríceps evitando volver a cometer los errores de la sesión anterior.
We learn from mistakes and move forward in the process; I feel my execution was better during this third session—the pigment application was more organized. There are still a couple of sessions left to finish the upper part of this tattoo project, but we are making great progress. I’ll soon share more updates and the final result of this ambitious project, which will pave the way for me in the world of tattoo art. I hope you enjoyed it—good vibes.
De los errores aprendemos y avanzamos en el proceso, considero que esta tercera sesión tuve una mejor ejecución al aplicar el pigmento lo hice más ordenado; todavía faltan un par de sesiones más para dar por completada la parte superior de este proyecto de tatuaje, pero vamos progresando muy bien. Pronto seguiré compartiendo los avances y la culminación de este ambicioso proyecto que me abrirá camino en el mundo del arte del tatuaje, espero les haya gustado, buenas vibras.

Wow, that’s an incredibly ambitious project for someone new to this craft, though looking at it, it seems like you’ve been doing this for a long time; perhaps you’re just a natural-born artist. I’m truly impressed, both by the person creating this piece of art on skin and by the person acting as the canvas! And so many sessions? Hahaha, I’d go crazy... I’m really glad you’re enjoying the process, and I hope you continue to grow and make a name for yourself in the world of tattooing. Hugs!!!
Vaya que es un trabajo ambicioso para ser un novato en este arte, aunque lo veo y parece que tuvieras mucho tiempo haciéndolo, quizás porque eres un artista nato. Me impresiona mucho tanto la persona que hace esta obra de arte en la piel como quien se presta para ser un lienzo, además, tantas sesiones? jajaja, yo enloquecería... Me alegra mucho que lo disfrutes y espero sigas haciéndote grande en el mundo del tatuaje. Abrazos!!!
