Wieczorny spacer i myśli już przy jutrzejszym treningu 🌙

Wieczorem wyskoczyłem tylko na krótki spacer do paczkomatu, ale pogoda była tak dobra, że aż szkoda było wracać do domu. Ciepło, spokojnie i naprawdę przyjemnie — taki zwykły wieczorny spacer, a potrafi dobrze wyciszyć po całym dniu. Po drodze rzuciłem jeszcze okiem na Fit+ i od razu pojawiła się myśl, że już jutro rano z przyjemnością tam wrócę. W planie sobotnie FBW. 💪

An evening walk with tomorrow’s workout already on my mind 🌙

In the evening, I only went out for a short walk to the parcel locker, but the weather was so nice that I almost didn’t want to go back home. Warm, calm and really pleasant — just a simple evening walk, but a perfect way to wind down after the day. On the way, I glanced at Fit+ and immediately thought how nice it will be to be back there tomorrow morning. Saturday FBW is on the plan. 💪
