Guaqueri Park has some fascinating areas; one of them is a small plaza with a beautiful garden and a few benches where you can rest. This spot is very close to the banks of the Manzanares River and is well known for the many iguanas that can be seen there.

This square, nestled in this natural setting, is a very pleasant spot and has been the scene of many student gatherings and romantic encounters—the atmosphere lends itself perfectly to such occasions. I really like the garden; the flowers always treat us to stunning colors to admire, and in a way, it looks like a natural sanctuary.

There’s also a stone sculpture here, which is quite striking and adds an artistic touch to this space. There’s also an arch with trellises and some flowers—another poetic element for the discerning eye. I imagine this place has witnessed promises, vows, and declarations from several generations.

This is another of the various areas in Guaquerí Park, and it’s an ideal spot for a quiet chat—unless the iguanas show up; they often take refuge here because of its proximity to the river and the impressive trees that can be seen in this area. I really enjoyed my time here; a mango even fell right at my feet, and I ate it right there—but I washed it first, of course, thanking nature for such a wonderful treat. In this park, you just have to find the spot that suits your mood. There’s space to celebrate, study, play, relax, rehearse, and exercise, among other activities—all in one place.

El parque Guaquerí tiene zonas fascinantes, una de ellas es una pequeña plaza que tiene un jardín hermoso y algunos bancos donde reposar. Este lugar está muy cerca de las Riberas del rio Manzanares y es muy conocido por la cantidad de iguanas que se pueden observar allí.

Esta plaza envuelta en este entorno natural es un lugar muy ameno y ha sido testigo de múltiples reuniones estudiantiles y encuentros románticos, la atmósfera se presta para ello. Me agrada mucho el jardín, las flores siempre nos regalan impresionantes colores para admirar y en cierta forma luce como un santuario natural.

Acá también se encuentra una escultura de piedras, la cual es bastante llamativa y le da un toque artístico a este espacio. De igual forma hay un arco con enramadas y algunas flores, otro elemento poético para ojos apasionados. Supongo que este sitio ha sido testigo de promesas, juramentos y declaraciones de varias generaciones.

Esta es otra de las distintas zonas del parque Guaquerí y es un área ideal para hablar con tranquilidad, a menos que se aparezcan las iguanas que suelen refugiarse en este sitio por su proximidad al río y los impresionantes árboles que se aprecian en este lugar. El rato que estuve aquí lo disfruté, inclusive un mango cayó a mis pies y me lo comí allí mismo, pero primero lo lavé, por supuesto, agradeciendo a la naturaleza por tan buena atención. En este parque solo hay que buscar el espacio que se ajuste al estado de ánimo. Hay espacio para festejar, estudiar, jugar, descansar, ensayar y ejercitarse, entre otras actividades, todo en un solo lugar.
