My Visit to The Copita (Eng/Esp)

English version

Today I walked the city streets again, looking for inspiration to keep creating content. Great ideas come to us when we breathe fresh air and connect with nature. I believe that being in tune with reality is the best way to achieve my goals.

Given our country’s current situation, it’s necessary to find outlets to manage the stress caused by the recurring lack of public services and, of course, the frustration and bitterness felt all around due to the lack of solutions after so many unproductive days. It’s not easy to deal with these situations without being emotionally affected, but we have to adapt to try to come to terms with the reality we’ve been forced to live with.

Today I passed through the area known as La Copita, and my attention was drawn to the building located there, which houses a large number of doctors’ offices and laboratories. This building has several floors and is structurally interesting because, in its day, it became a symbol of modernity, but today it is a far cry from its glory days.

There used to be a pharmacy on the ground floor, and the building had several entrances, but for security reasons, the only entrance is now located on one side. I remember going there for an appointment about 10 years ago, and there was a considerable flow of visitors, with people walking through all the hallways. Now everything is different.

I was actually walking through there when a power outage occurred; the loss of electricity affected both doctors and patients, causing some discomfort. I tried to focus on the positive: in this area, you can see very well-maintained gardens, which is encouraging given so many shortcomings—that is, there are people who care about plants and how important they are to the environment, in addition to beautifying the area with natural elements.

As much as possible, we shouldn’t let everything happening around us affect us emotionally. It’s good that you took some time to stroll around and enjoy your surroundings. Sometimes, taking a walk is exactly what we need to clear our minds, ease our worries, and regain our peace of mind.
