I am so excited to share this something. When I saw it, I had this urge to pick it up, it is so cute, it has big eyes that look innocently at me. But then I thought, if I tried to pick it, it might fly away and I don't really want to disturb it so I just took a few photos, and is it just me? But whenever I see bug, lizard, insect, even a kokak or whatever, I had this habit of talking to them. Just like today, during my afternoon walk, I keep on saying "Hello, you are so cute. Excuse me. Lemme just take a photo of you...blablabla." i just feel like, they can understand me and maybe, they will allow me to approach them or something. Am I the only one here? Then at the end, I will say "thank youuuuuu." Haha (^∇^)ノ♪
But before I share this cuteness today, lemme share these greens I saw while having a walk in our yard. They are hard to ignore y'all! Lol. Then there's mama, fetching some water for her bath time. But see...its all green with bit of yellow, while, and blue...me likey ( /^ω^)/♪♪
Today's garden roommate \(^o^)/. Okay, so, this is that cuteness that I am talking about. It is a big big grasshopper with a big eyes and a seriously innocent eyes. I really feel like it could understand me very well hahaha. And no joke guys, this cutie is so big! Like of course I already see this size of grasshopper before, but seeing it in our yard, after a long time really excites me. Whats more amazing is, it didn't fly away from me that made me the happiest haha, it us so cute huhu. I seriously want it! (^._.^)ノ
I used to catch grasshoppers before as a kid, and I am not afraid of them. But it startled me when I saw its eyes, like, why so big baby boo? Haha. Not far from where it is resting was the tiny grasshopper with a different color. One day it will turn green and big too...or will they? I am not really sure. Haha
And guys, I found something really informative today, I didn't know grasshoppers do this too. And this is my first time seeing its shell. This is via [Google Lens]
- it is insect exuvia—the empty, cast-off skin or exoskeleton left behind after an insect molts (sheds its outer layer as it grows).
Like, I am so happy that I saw it hanging on in one of Mama's leaves. When I saw it, I already knew it is from grasshopper just base on its look of course. And learning that they also sheds, is just an amazing info for me. Cute! Cute! Lolol
Here's another, I just found out, it has a name too, a Citrus Butterfly. And this is the reason why they love this particular plant, if you'll see the plants, you'll see how bald they are already. I feel so bad to the plants but what can we do, they are a visitor ミ●﹏☉ミ. Aigoooo
And so, lastly, I found 6 swallowtail butterfly caterpillar, see the tiniest one? And they're all in there, in a Citrus Tree but on different side of our yard. Its just crazy how they flock in that one small plant. They are really planning to eat all of its leaves. I feel sorry to the plants, aigooo. When will it ever grow if it keeps on getting baldy? Hahaha. Still, they're fun to watch too though I really want to see too how they eat all those leaves. I want a clip of them doing it! Lol
