Los tiempos han cambiado para bien o para mal las mujeres han logrado lugares destacados con gran desempeño y aún así la sociedad se inclina por proteger y catalogarlas como el sexo débil. Parte de la idea no es ser igual al hombre, eso no tiene sentido y aunque las mujeres han demostrado una inteligencia superior, una habilidad para manejar situaciones y encontrar mejores soluciones.
Estamos claros que los hombres suelen ser más fuertes que las mujeres debido a factores biológicos y hormonales, pero hay una resistencia y capacidad de supervivencia mayor en las mujeres. Creo que al final encontramos un equilibrio que lo forman las dos partes.

Times have changed; for better or worse, women have attained prominent positions and performed exceptionally well—yet society still tends to be protective, labeling them the "weaker sex." The goal is not necessarily to be identical to men—that would make no sense—even though women have demonstrated superior intelligence, as well as a remarkable ability to navigate complex situations and devise better solutions.
It is clear that men are generally physically stronger than women, due to biological and hormonal factors; however, women possess a greater degree of resilience and capacity for survival. Ultimately, I believe we find a balance that is shaped by both sides.
Women have demonstrated strength equal to—or even greater than—that of men across a wide range of areas and activities; nevertheless, society continues to put women to the test, demanding that they give their absolute all.
