My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2026

Today was back to work for a day before a full week of vacation next week. I had a few Teams meetings in the morning then worked on a couple standards documents. I also requested an architecture review board meeting for the new standards.

Then drove to my mother in law and replaced an old light switch that started to throw sparks with a brand new Decorator light switch and picked up our daughter who stayed there overnight.

Then we came back home and built a cabin for her in our backyard from our greenhouse parts and painting cloth. It was a bit of an ordeal as our first version didn't work really well and if not for my wife it could have resulted in a major upset.

Then we watched a new episode of Reacher that came out this week. Since we had some more time and there are no more episodes of Reacher we also watched a British show Fool me Once.

So far it seems like an interesting show. I didn't get very many steps today but enough for a post and at least something with just over five thousand steps.
