Today started with a slow morning where I woke up first, then my wife and a bit later when breakfast was ready we woke up our daughter.
When I first woke up the only thing I could see outside the windows was grass and trees. Everything else was hidden by a thick fog. Then slowly the sun started to break through the thick fog and burn through revealing the Puget Sound water.

It was absolutely magnificent sunrise. Something out of this world beautiful, almost like what people describe during the near death experiences if you believe in that kind of stuff.
After breakfast we drove to a nearby beach where we looked for seashells, ocean glass and my daughter asked me to help catch and release some small crabs.

After spending about an hour and a half at the beach we came back home. Then after some time drove to a town of Langley to have dinner at one of our favorite places on the island: Saltwater Fish House & Oyster Bar.
My wife ordered Halibut fish and chips and our daughter ordered grilled cheese sandwich and cossla and I had seafood pasta. The ladies had split ginger beer and I had an Old-fashioned.

After the restaurant we went to Sweet Monas and got some chocolate truffles. Then stopped by a local grocery store and got Sweet Molasses bread.
Then we went to the main street and got some ice-cream to share. We got pineapple coconut and Huckleberry flavors.

Then we went to the ocean shore for a short walk on the waterfront boardwalk. It was a nice evening with tide coming in.
After enjoying the walk we arrived home where we went to our tree fort and finished the evening with sauna and a couple more episodes of the British show we have been watching. We only have one episode left for tomorrow.
