Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all! Here in my area is raining since yesterday night and the municipality shared an orange alert and today all the schools are closed. Fortunately, it's not raining so hard and so it's just a common day of October. Later in the afternoon I will go to our cousins to stay a couple of hours with the 2 years old twins, my weekly pause from everything to spent playing with them. 😊
This morning, as usual, I woke up soon to work with my brushes and colors during the first hours of the day, while it was raining slowly and the sound of the raindrops on the glass were the only noise around. Yesterday in the afternoon I started a new artwork and I just finished to paint it so I can show you the final result:
As you can see, it's a new funny (and fat) bird with blue dots on the wings in my own illustrative style. It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder and Saatchi shops (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home where to be loved!
I hope you like it! See ya soon and stay safe, Silvia
