Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! Another hot day of a boiling Summer here, but thinking about the past week when the temperature was 4-5C more than now, I can't complain. This morning I met one of my friends who spent the holidays in the beautiful isle of Sardinia (she was born then and her family lives in a village close to the the city of Cagliari) and she said me she spent the most part of the days closed inside the home because outside there was soooo hot, the temperature there was around 45C. Yes, I really can't complain, now here there are "just" 36C. Just to know, it's not a common weather here in Tuscany and it seems here we lived the hottest Summer of past century. I can't wait to be in November!😁
Like I wrote yesterday, during these couple of day I worked on 2 tiny paintings for my friend Elena. The first one was about a giraffe (you can see that piece here), while the second one I just finished is a funny elephant and you can see the final result in the following pic:

Like the giraffe portrait, also this one is an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A6 size and, in the following pics, you can see some steps of the work in progress:
