An happy Wednesday to all hivers here! Cloudy day here and I'm pretty sure tonight it will rain. This is good because after a lot of sunny days now the plants and the trees really need some raindrops from the sky. These are very busy days for me because I'm working not just on my own artworks, but I'm working also on a different couple of projects (not in the art field) as consultant for one of my friends. These is because before to become a freelance artist, I worked for many years in the fundraising and project planning fields. Some years ago I decided to stop my job as consultant, but he is one of our best friends and when he asked me to help him for these funded projects I couldn't say no (but with the premise my work on art comes first for me 😉).
Today I'm here to share with you the good news: one of my limited edition hand prints found a new home!
I hand printed a limited edition of 10 pieces with this subjects in the 2025. As you can see is a sweet fat bird similar to the ones I use to paint.
It's a linocut print of one of my own illustration. I have signed, titled and numbered every print and now it's flying to Uk! As you can understand, it's really an happy time for my art and for the family balance, so I want to share some good vibes with you!
See ya soon and stay safe, Silvia
