Dimension 369 - Day 10

With the Desfran grow wrapped up, we are now starting my indoor grow. As we move into late Autumn here in Central Virginia the outdoor temps will be too cold to grow cannabis. So I move my operations inside for the winter. The tent I grow them in is fully wired with sensors, this includes temp, humidity, c02, pm2.5, soil temp, soil moisture and others. Now we wait for these little gals to get bigger, looking forward to growing them throughout the winter. Hopefully with the right training, I can veg them out until Jan or Feb of next year and then start flowering them. That should bring me in line with starting new seedlings for my outdoor grow again in the spring.

This time I am growing the plants in a line instead of a group. With two lights and a wider grow tent I have the extra room to space them out and add more lighting.

This one was a bit top heavy, needed a little support.

Number 2 is the smallest of the group.

Number three is doing well, that side the Spiderfarmer light is going. You can also see the difference in their seedling soil, vs the potting soil most of the pot is in. Right now they are moving from the seedling soil into the potting soil. So this change in their coloring tells me its a little rough on them.

Number four is my biggest I think.. Either 1 or 4.

So small right now, but eventuelly they will start growing into the netting.

Not the biggest fan of the shade of green, hopefully they grow out of it.

But seems like it has new leaves, and they are praying upwards wanting more light so we should just give it some time.

Right now, the plants roots are forming. And in a few weeks I can start feeding them nutrients. For now they are mostly getting misted with light waterings. But soon they will get hungry and wants to feed on something better than what is in the basic potting soil they are planted in.

The lighting intensity is set to low on the Vivosun, and the Spiderfarmer is set to 11%. The height from plant to light is 35"

    bueaty plants bro :D

  • Greetings. Your cultivation setup is interesting. In my country, unfortunately, its use by private growers for potentially harmful purposes is prohibited. The temperature in Cuba is ideal for this type of cultivation. As for the change in coloration, it is likely linked to the transition from the initial substrate to the pot; this shift triggers an adaptation process, involving a minor osmotic change and an adjustment of the root zone as it penetrates the new soil. Aquaculture is fascinating—I have been designing irrigation and drainage systems for 22 years, though I have never worked on one for this specific type of crop. I hope to do so one day. Good luck.

That sensor setup for the tent sounds really thorough. Hopefully that weird shade of green clears up once they settle into the potting soil.

Such a detail-oriented piece of work. It seems like quite a challenging task.
