Nos dijo un día antes que había pedido permiso, por lo tanto tuve que salir un domingo en la mañana a buscar en mi pueblo dónde comprar decoración gracias a Dios en todos los pueblos tenemos bodegas y papelerías, gracias, gracias. Compré la decoración lo que podía, le pedí a mis abuelos fotos de mi mamá cuando bebe y adolecentes para mejorar y ponerles un gorrito de cumpleaños, asi quedaron los resultados:
She told us the day before that she had asked for permission, so I had to go out on a Sunday morning to look for places to buy decorations in my town. Thank God, every town has grocery stores and stationery shops—thank you, thank you. I bought as many decorations as I could, and I asked my grandparents for photos of my mom as a baby and as a teenager so I could enhance them and add a birthday hat. Here’s how they turned out:
En la mañana del lunes, me dedique a inflar globos, hacer el arco, poner la cortina, ya que el día anterior había hecho las gelatinas, galletas y teníamos la torta. Tarde un poco decorando porque tenía años sin hacerlo y también por eso olvide el poder de la pega de las cortinas decorativas y dañe la pared, osea pasaron cositas.
On Monday morning, I spent my time blowing up balloons, setting up the arch, and hanging the curtain, since I’d made the jellies and cookies the day before and we already had the cake. It took me a while to decorate because I hadn’t done it in years, and that’s also why I forgot how strong the adhesive on the decorative curtains was and ended up damaging the wall—I mean, a few little things happened.
Cuando mí mamá llegó se tomó miles de fotos, y me las paso, luego cuando llegue del trabajo con una botella de vino me puse a terminar la decoración, recorte las imágenes pegue en los globos agregue el feliz cumpleaños, todo bajo control desde ese aspecto, la torta se veía de un bueño que no podía aguantar las ganas de comermela jaja.
When my mom got there, she took a ton of photos and sent them to me. Then, when I got home from work with a bottle of wine, I started finishing up the decorations—I cut out the pictures, stuck them on the balloons, and added the “Happy Birthday” message. Everything was under control on that front. The cake looked so good I couldn’t resist eating it, haha.
Ya cuando se hizo de noche, cantamos cumpleaños feliz pero antes la respectiva sesión de fotos que no podía faltar, aro de luz maquillaje cámara y acción jaja, así quedó todo, fueron más las risas en todo el proceso, Quero que sepan que bote mi estómago jaja porque bebi y bote eso jaja de una forma tan absurda osea era vino, nps.
