CONCURSO JUEVES DE TBT Momentos felices [ESP/ENG]

Me encontré con este lindo recuerdo, una de las reuniones que tuvo mi hijo durante su etapa de preescolar, en esa oportunidad tenían que vestirse de forma hawaiano, estaban terminando un final de proyecto y se salía de vacaciones de semana santa, así que querían pasar un rato agradable compartiendo, comiendo sobre todo dulces jaja, lo que le encanta a mi chiquito, también ese día hubo perros calientes, pero mi hijo como no se lleva con las salsas jeje me lo guardo a mí, yo normal lo aceptaba pero me acuerdo que su sonrisa pícara de que mamá bueno yo me como lo dulce y tú lo salda, muy vivo él, claro aunque él ha comido antes eso, a pesar que le gusta más la hamburguesa, si tiene salsa no le agrada mucho, aunque para no despreciarlo lo acepto y me lo guardo hasta que llegara.

Me daba mucha risa como él feliz con sus dulces y resguardando lo salado para que no dijera nada, disfrutando y compartiendo con sus compañeros, de bailar no es que lo hace mucho al menos que este de ánimo, pero ese día bailo con ellos, jugando y comiendo sus dulces sin parar, yo pensaba era darle bastante en el almuerzo para bajar esa azúcar jeje, es lindo cuando pueden compartir así sin limitarse y disfrutando a su manera, aunque allá cosas que no le guste le da la vuelta o piensa que bueno se guarda y habrá otro de la familia que se lo coma.

I came across this cute memento from one of my son’s preschool events. For that occasion, they had to dress up in Hawaiian attire; they were wrapping up a project and heading into Holy Week break, so they wanted to have a good time together—especially eating sweets, haha— which my little guy loves. There were also hot dogs that day, but since my son doesn’t like sauces, hehe, I kept mine for myself. I usually just went along with it, but I remember his mischievous smile as he said, “Mom, well, I’ll eat the sweet stuff and you can have the salty stuff.” He’s such a smart aleck—though of course he’s eaten that before. Even though he prefers hamburgers, he doesn’t really like them if they have sauce on them. Still, so as not to be wasteful, I took it and saved it for when he got there.

It really made me laugh to see him so happy with his candy and hiding the salty snacks so I wouldn’t say anything, enjoying himself and sharing with his friends. He doesn’t usually dance much unless he’s in the mood, but that day he danced with them, playing and eating his candy nonstop. I thought I’d give him a big lunch to balance out all that sugar, hehe, It’s nice when they can share like that without holding back and enjoying themselves in their own way. Even if there are things he doesn’t like, he just ignores them or figures, “Well, I’ll save it, and someone else in the family will eat it.”
