We all realize that violence, crime, and various types of crimes often occur in the areas we focus on. The perpetrators are mostly minors. These crimes are committed not only outside, but also often occur in school environments and other places of learning, such as Islamic boarding schools.

A common fear experienced by residents of my area when traveling at night is street robbery and mugging. They are very sadistic, directly injuring their victims and stealing valuables. They work in groups and always monitor passing motorists in quiet areas. This incident has become so frequent that it has caused public concern. The police have made various efforts to apprehend the perpetrators, but these crimes still persist.

What caught our attention when the perpetrators were caught was that they were minors, making us all shake our heads. Furthermore, they are often involved in brawls between groups and between schools. I will explain in more detail in schools and Islamic boarding schools. It is common knowledge that bullying still exists, even though it has been eradicated. This practice will never disappear during the educational period. This is also very disturbing for parents and guardians.

Can all the crimes committed by these individuals be tried as adults? This is actually a truly extraordinary question, as we are all outraged by their actions, which can result in physical and mental injury, even death. They should be prosecuted and given severe punishments to serve as a deterrent. They should also receive mental rehabilitation and strong moral education so they realize that their actions violate the law and can result in disability or even death.

Although not the same as for adults, there must be punishment commensurate with their actions. If they are left unpunished, even though their crimes are serious crimes, they will not be afraid to commit even more crazier acts. Killing is commonplace for them. This is the worst thing for the next generation.

As far as I know, the legal framework stipulated in the state constitution is the Child Protection Law. I have not found any law that specifically regulates punishments for minors, or provides special prisons for children who commit serious crimes. I believe the government should consider this, given the seriousness of the crimes they commit. I strongly agree that there should be special punishments and special prisons for minors.

What I've seen so far is that when minors are arrested by the police for committing serious crimes, they are only given a warning and returned to their parents, promising not to repeat their actions. There is no punishment for their crimes. After that, they are free because they are protected by child protection laws.

If this continues, it's no wonder that a generation of predators will emerge, causing chaos and crime everywhere. I'm reminded of the Korean film "Teach You a Lesson," which depicts a teacher eradicating bullies and thugs at school. I really like that justice is upheld while they are still in school so they can better understand right and wrong.

If crimes committed by minors are treated as mere jokes and something normal because they don't yet know, we are planting the seeds of predatory behavior in children that will eventually become sadistic predators.
