My favorite color is black. I know this is pretty much the most boring answer ever, hehe. But really, I do love black. The things that I wear, the things that I own or even the little details I pay attention to, somehow they are all linked to this specific color. I think this color defines me somehow.
Black is my safe zone. So, if I look at the it gives me sone sort of reassurance. It makes me think that everything is going to be okay and none can harm me. Also, I think that black is a powerful color other than that you can never paint other colors into black. So, black is something that would let everyone know that they can never get easy access in my life. If someone is out of my life then I would paint them black. Black indeed looks attractive even in the crowd but it does not shout to be noticed.

I have always been an independent person and I truly believe that having a stable life depends on not relying so much on other people. Sometimes people ask me why I say "I can do it myself" so often and I guess this is when I explain that I don't want my happiness or my success to be conditional to somebody's presence or absence in my life
I have gone through some pretty rough phases of my life where I had to realize that most friendships are just superficial connections and that people will eventually come and go. I have learned to value people without needing them
And this is when black becomes my favorite color once again, because it represents my independence. I can be alone without feeling lonely. I can be silent without feeling empty. I can be mysterious without having to explain myself.
I also don't think black brings omen or jinx things. Even our hair is black and I like the color of my hair. Black color gives me confidence and most of my outfits are black. Black just makes me feel like home and comfortable. It may sound a bit cheesy, hehe. In conclusion, black represents me and the simplicity and power.
