Splinterlands: Diamond 💎 II Unlocked In Modern Ranked!!!🔥

Good morning, Summoners! I’m @zusi78, and welcome to my blog.

It’s been a hard-fought journey — full of back-and-forth battles, wins, and losses. But deep down, I always knew I had the collection needed to get here. With seven days and some hours still left in the season, Diamond II is finally unlocked in Modern ranked! 🎉💎 Currently sitting at 71st on the leaderboard (Top 100), with a rating of 3,100 and a win rate of 53.85%. It’s been a progressive season compared to previous ones — especially unlocking this rank with time still remaining.

This win has left me with mixed feelings. The battle that unlocked it was against a warrior I respect deeply — my friend @atnazo. Since I started grinding Modern ranked, I’ve never managed a win or even a draw against him. Part of me wishes this milestone had come against someone else, but it is what it is. I spent a good 30 seconds just staring at my deck options, trying to figure out the best approach against such a formidable opponent. In the end I pulled off the win, and it was a really interesting battle. @dewabrata — you’re next. Looking forward to finally getting that first win against you too. Grateful to both of you for the battles, lessons and the support along the way. Let's go open the loots!!!

Anyway, I was just teasing,half bread is better than none.🤗 Meanwhile this is my end of season glints accumulated so far in modern ranked(76,605), I should be able to get it to 100k Glints at the end of the season. What do you think @dewabrata???And lastly, to my new Splinterlands friends who want to reach Diamond and Champions League levels without a fully maxed collection yet — I can tell you confidently (and for free) that you can.

Just rent a few strong cards for now, add them to the ones you’ve been building, master the rulesets and positioning, and you’re good to go. But you’ll also need plenty of patience, along with solid strategy, tactics, and synergy.

It’s a fun game. I take on any warrior — full max deck or not. That’s the spirit of true Splinterlands warriors.

The real beauty in all of this? Win or lose, there’s always something new to learn… and that is awesome. Let me show the battle that unlocked this diamond 💎 II.THE BATTLE.Like I said earlier, it took me 30 seconds to put together a lineup against my opponent because I was really tense. You know why? The opponent was my warrior friend @atnazo, who has been consistently defeating me — and this was a win that would unlock the next level. If you look at the lineup carefully, you’ll notice where I positioned my Saltwraith Bulkhead: in the last position. This is a unit that has always been a tank or assistant tank in every battle I’ve featured him in. That alone tells you how nervous and anxious I was. It was a huge relief at the end when I saw the victory displayed.

The total mana cap for this battle was 50 and you are to choose splinters from fire,water,life and death elements. The rulesets are:

Outsider & No mans land

This was the lineup my opponent came with — a very strong lineup as usual. But I would say Nephket won this battle for me. Her contribution was awesome, ensuring some monsters didn’t get to play by the time it got to their turn thanks to Stun. Watch and enjoy the replay, and look out for Nephket.
