I never thought that something like this would happen, those of us who are fans of sagas, usually love all the movies, series, and more that can be produced around them and as for Star Wars, which was the first saga I fell in love with, everything had been, so far, to my liking, but I discovered something that I did not like.
Before going into the series itself, I should mention that some chapters of the Clone Wars animated series for me were, let's say that perhaps the plot was not the most moving for me, it was slow, but I think this series gives us to know a little deeper many of the species and characters of which we knew very little, but it is one of the greatest successes of the saga, unlike this one that does not make absolute sense as far as I'm concerned.
But to begin with I must say that for this servant the series The Resistance has turned out to be a disappointment, it is not about its animation that is quite nice and good, the problem with this series is basically focused on its plot and central character.
The main character of this series is Kazuda Xiono, yes, the son of the hated Senator Hamato Xiono who questions everything that General Hera Syndulla says about the danger that The New Order represents for the New Republic in the Ahsoka series.
Now, returning to the Resistance series, this young Kasuda was a military pilot of the New Republic and in one of his missions he had a skirmish with the First Order and after this encounter, he is recruited by Poe Dameron to join the ranks of the Resistance and act as a spy in a base called The Colossus, since it was presumed some relationship or interest of the First Order for this base.
So far everything seemed to look good, but that's when the series is ruined, because the protagonist turns out to be a complete fool, who although he is noble, is constantly messing up and making literal disasters from which he never seems to learn, plus the plot of the series is exaggeratedly slow and becomes heavy, as well as meaningless.
So this plot became so heavy that I got to the point that I abandoned the series for months and finished watching its only two seasons much later, hoping that at some point it would become interesting or give some exact sign to place it within the timeline of the saga, which practically does almost the end and still hard to get there, I think I finished watching it more to say that I've seen everything related to the saga that because I really did not like it.
On the other hand, at some points I thought I was being too hard on the series, but to rule out I looked for some reviews and many agreed with me that it was heavy and that the central or main character is terrible, I will not deny that there are some interesting characters that could have been exploited more, to give body to the series, but no doubt this series in its so far two seasons fell short and if I get to have a third, I'm sure I will not go out of my way to watch it.
In summary, this series for me was a complete disappointment, maybe some people liked it, but for me, not at all, maybe some of you liked it and you can tell me that you loved it, I loved the animation, but that's all.

Nunca creí que algo como esto pasaría, los que somos fan de sagas, solemos amar todas las películas, series, y más que pueda producirse en torno a ellas y en cuanto a la Star Wars, que fue la primera saga de la que me enamore, todo había resultado, hasta ahora, de mi agrado, pero descubrí algo que no gusto.
Antes de entrar en materia en cuanto a la serie en sí, debo mencionar que de la serie animada Clone Wars algunos capítulos para mí fueron, digamos que pasados tal vez la trama no era la más movida para mí, era lenta, pero creo que esta serie nos da a conocer de manera un poco más profunda muchas de las especies y personajes de los que sabíamos muy poco, pero es uno de los mayores éxitos de la saga, a diferencia de esta que no tiene en lo que a mí respecta absoluto sentido.
Pero comenzar debo decir que para esta servidora la serie La Resistencia ha resultado ser toda una decepción, no se trata de su animación que es bastante agradable y buena, el problema con esta serie se centra básicamente en su trama y personaje central.
El protagonista de esta serie es Kazuda Xiono, sí, el hijo del odioso senador Hamato Xiono que pone en tela de juicio todo lo que dice La General Hera Syndulla sobre el peligro que representa La Nueva Orden, para la Nueva República en la serie Ahsoka.
Ahora bien, volviendo a la serie la Resistencia, este joven Kasuda era un piloto militar de la Nueva República y en una de sus misiones tuvo una escaramuza con La Primera Orden y luego de este encuentro, es reclutado por Poe Dameron para formar parte de las filas de La Resistencia y hacer las veces de espía en una base de nombre El Coloso, ya que se presumía cierta relación o interés de la Primera Orden por esta base.
Hasta allí todo parecía pintar bien, pero es cuando la serie se arruina, pues el protagonista resulta ser un completo bobo, que aunque es noble, contantemente la está embarrando y haciendo literalmente desastres de los que parece nunca aprender, además de que la trama de la serie es exageradamente lenta y se hace pesada, además de sin sentido.
Así esta trama se me hizo tan pesada que llegue al punto de que la abandone por meses la serie y termine de ver sus únicas dos temporadas mucho después, con la esperanza de que en algún momento se tornara interesante o diera alguna señal exacta para ubicarla dentro de la línea del tiempo de la saga, cosa que prácticamente hace casi el final e igual cuesta llegar allí, creo que la termine de ver más por decir que he visto todo lo relacionado con la saga que porque verdaderamente no me gusto
Por otra parte, en algunos momentos creí que estaba siendo muy dura con la serie, pero para descartar busque algunas críticas y muchos coincidían conmigo en cuanto a que les resulto pesado y en que el personaje central o principal es terrible, no negaré que hay algunos personajes interesantes que podrían haberse explotado más, para darle cuerpo a la serie, pero sin duda esta serie en sus hasta ahora dos temporadas se quedó corta y de llegar a tener una tercera, estoy segura de que no me desvivirá por verla.
En resumen, esta serie para mí fue una completa desilusión, tal vez a algunos les gusto, pero a mí, pues para nada, tal vez a algunos de ustedes les haya gustado y me pueden decir que les encanto, a mí la animación, pero solo eso.
