Hola querida comunidad de Hive, hoy quiero venir hablarles sobre una película la cual vi y realmente me a gustado mucho y no es por el hecho de que Adam Sandler este ahí...bueno tal vez, pero de eso es que quiero hablar de ustedes, así que sin mas nada que decir comencemos.
Hello dear Hive community, today I want to come talk to you about a movie which I saw and I really liked it a lot and it's not because Adam Sandler is in it...well maybe, but that's what I want to talk to you about, so without anything else to say let's start.
Estoy hablando de Garra, una película que la puedes encontrar en Netflix que se estreno este mes de Junio, entre el reparto ademas de Adam Sandler, podremos encontrar a encontrar a varios jugadores de la NBA como Juancho Hernandez, Boban Marjanoviz, Anthony Edwards nombres que en realidad a mi no me suenan pero a los fantásticos del Baskettball si, la historia va de un caza talento de baloncesto quien odia estar viajando por el mundo ya que su sueño es estar con su familia y ser entrenador, por ello para poder lograr ser entrenador debe conseguir a la pieza faltante del equipo y entonces consigue un diamante embuto en España quien lleva a Estados Unidos sin autorización previa de su equipo.
I'm talking about Hustle, a movie that you can find on Netflix that premiered this June, among the cast in addition to Adam Sandler, we can find several NBA players like Juancho Hernandez, Boban Marjanoviz, Anthony Edwards names that actually I do not know me but the fantastic Basketball if, the story is about a basketball talent scout who hates to be traveling around the world because his dream is to be with his family and be a coach, so in order to become a coach he must get the missing piece of the team and then he gets a diamond in Spain who takes to the United States without prior authorization from his team.
En realidad yo no soy muy fanática del deporte, pero esta película me dejo sentimientos encontrados, cabe decir que la empece esperando encontrarme con otra película de Adam, esas comedias que te hacen pasar un buen rato, pero me centro con una película de motivación personal como drama deportivo, realmente vi como un tono mas serio de lo que en realidad estoy acostumbrada ver en las películas de Adam Sandler, quiero decir que ame su actuación y lo que su personaje representa, Stanley es un cincuentón que de joven no pudo lograr su sueño de ser jugador de baloncesto, pero que a pesar de toda la mierda que le ha tirado la vida sigue amando ese deporte como si nada, entregando todo por ser algún día entrenador y queriendo ver a los demás triunfar, por eso ame su personaje es capaz de transmitirnos risas como a la vez poder transmitir tristeza, por otro lado tenemos al personaje de Bo Cruz un español que es albañil y a su vez es muy talentoso, es el típico diamante embruto que vemos en la mayoría de estas películas, puedo decir que la actuación del actor no estuvo mala pero si en realidad no hubiera estado Adam es la mayoría de las escenas no me hubiera llegado a transmitir nada, quiero decir que él es un jugador profesional por eso no es que lo quiera asesinar porque a pesar de todo hizo un buen trabajo.
I'm not really a sports fan, but this movie left me with mixed feelings, I started it expecting to find another Adam's movie, those comedies that make you have a good time, but I focused on a personal motivation movie as a sports drama, I really saw a more serious tone than what I'm used to see in Adam Sandler's movies, I mean I loved his performance and what his character represents, Stanley is a fifty year old man who as a young man could not achieve his dream of being a basketball player, but despite all the shit that life has thrown at him, he still loves the sport like nothing else, He is capable of transmitting laughter and sadness at the same time, on the other hand we have the character of Bo Cruz, a Spaniard who is a bricklayer and at the same time is very talented, he is the typical diamond in the rough that we see in most of these movies, I can say that the actor's performance was not bad but if he hadn't been Adam in most of the scenes he wouldn't have been able to transmit anything, I mean he is a professional player so I don't want to kill him because he did a good job.
Algo que quedo clavado en mi mente fue una frase que dijo Stanley "La obsesión vence al talento" esto quiere decir la pasión, el amor y dedicación que le ponemos a la cosas puede vencer cualquier cosa, es como cuando dice que el maestro no nace si no se hace. Si nos rendimos y no estamos en un constante trabajo en nosotros mismos nunca lograremos nada, si nos caemos y no nos levantamos no llegaremos a ningún lado, la vida nos puede brindar dos o hasta tres oportunidades pero si no estamos preparados nunca la podremos tomar, estos son algunos de los mensajes que nos deja la película, quiero decir que ame las escenas seguidas del entrenamiento de Bo, su progreso y todo me hizo a recordar a Rocky Balboa y me motivo mucho, los partidos todos los obstáculos y en verdad aquello de que el mundo no puede creer en ti pero si solo hay una persona vale la pena la lucha, Stanley fue un ángel de la guarda, como Adam Sandler una pieza clave de esta película, llore al final porque a pesar de que si puede legar a ser predecible es ese tipo de película que siempre quiere que acabe de la mejor formar, que el esfuerzo de ellos valga la pena, nos muestra la cruda realidad de un deportista, nos da una lección de vida y nos hace reír también ¿que mas se puede pedir? espero que la disfruten tanto como yo.
Something that stuck in my mind was a phrase that Stanley said "Obsession beats talent" this means the passion, love and dedication that we put into things can overcome anything, it is like when he says that the teacher is not born if not done. If we give up and we are not in a constant work on ourselves we will never achieve anything, if we fall and do not get up we will not get anywhere, life can give us two or even three opportunities but if we are not prepared we can never take it, these are some of the messages that the movie leaves us, I want to say that I loved the scenes followed by Bo's training, his progress and everything made me remember Rocky Balboa and it motivated me a lot, Stanley was a guardian angel, like Adam Sandler a key piece of this movie, I cried at the end because even though it can be predictable it is that kind of movie that always wants to end in the best way, that their effort is worth it, it shows us the harsh reality of an athlete, it gives us a life lesson and makes us laugh too, what more can you ask for? I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
