Good morning my dear #Hive friends. Today I share with you my participation in the CineTV Special Contest: "Favorite song used in a movie", organized by the @CineTv community. Many thanks to my little friend @brujita18 for the invitation, and I want to invite my friends @ismaelgranados and @mairene to participate.
One of the things that catches me the most about a movie, regardless of how good or bad it is, is its title song. It's hard to choose between so many super good songs over time. To mention the ones that I liked is Aladinn's "An Ideal World", The Girl in Red "I called you to tell you that I love you", "Hakuna Matata" from the Lion King, in short, the list is immense, but there is a song and a movie that have always totally captivated me and at the same time, both the theme and the plot are my favorites, and it is the song “What a feeling” performed by Irene Cara, which accompanied the movie “Flashdance ” which premiered in the 80s, to be more exact, in 1983.
“What a feeling” not only caught the public and became one of the most talked about and favorite songs of the 80s, but also won an Oscar for best original song. Its interpreter is Irene Cara, a singer and actress of American nationality, born in Puerto Rico. With this theme, Irene also won other awards such as the Grammy and the Golden Globe, among others. What a feeling came to occupy the first places in the list of popular songs in many places in the world, mainly in the United States.

The song was written especially for the romantic movie "Flashdance", released in 1983, whose context is about a girl (Alex), who worked as a welder by day and danced in a cabaret at night, but dreamed of being a professional dancer and she prepared hard to audition with the support of her boss, with whom she fell in love. The song is part of the moment when Alex appears to dance before the judges who at first doubted her talent but later made a great impression. Undoubtedly, the song and the moment are exciting enough to make the public's hair stand on end.

Buenos días mis queridos amigos de #Hive. Hoy les comparto mi participación en el Concurso Especial CineTV: "Canción favorita usada en una película", convocado por la comunidad @CineTv. Muchas gracias a mi amiguita @brujita18 por la invitación, y quiero invitar a mis amigos @ismaelgranados y @mairene a participar.
Una de las cosas que más me atrapa de una película, independientemente de que tan buena o mala sea, es su canción principal. Es difícil escoger entre tantas canciones súper buenas a lo largo del tiempo. Por mencionar las que me han gustado está la de Aladinn “Un mundo ideal”, la de La chica de rojo “Te llamé para decirte que te amo”, “Hakuna matata” del Rey León, en fin, la lista es inmensa, pero hay una canción y una película que desde siempre me atraparon totalmente y a la par, tanto el tema como la trama son mis favoritos, y se trata de la canción “What a feeling” interpretada por Irene Cara, que acompañó a la película “Flashdance” que se estrenó en los años 80, para ser más exactos, en 1983.
“What a feeling” no sólo atrapó al público y se convirtió en una de las canciones de moda más sonadas y preferidas de los años 80, sino que ganó un Oscar como mejor canción original. Su intérprete, es Irene Cara, una cantante y actriz de nacionalidad estadounidense, nacida en Puerto Rico. Con este tema, Irene también se llevó otros premios como el Grammy y el Globo de Oro entre otros. What a feeling llegó a ocupar los primeros lugares en la lista de canciones populares en muchos lugres del mundo, principalmente en Estados Unidos.

La canción fue escrita especialmente para la película romántica “Flashdance”, estrenada en el 1983, cuyo contexto trata de una chica (Alex), que trabajaba como soldadora de día y bailaba en un cabaret de noche, pero soñaba con ser bailarina profesional y se preparó arduamente para audicionar con el apoyo de su jefe, de quien se enamoró. La canción forma parte del momento en que Alex se presenta a bailar ante los jueces que al principio dudaban de su talento pero después se llevaron una gran impresión. Sin duda, la canción y el momento son emocionantes como para ponerle al público los “pelitos de punta”.
