Hello, internet people! Yesterday I just finished watching this movie that at the time (i.e. when it was released) was a big hit. At first I can say that personally I wasn't impressed but it's not a bad film either and it has some amazing elements, but we'll talk about that in the post part by part.

De entrada puedo decir que en lo personal no me impresionó, pero tampoco es una mala película y además tiene elementos que son asombrosos, pero de eso hablaremos en el post parte por partes.
I have to start the review talking about the history, and it is that history takes part of real life, according to historians, 2000 years ago the navigations across the pacific ocean stopped completely for approximately 1000 years and just like that, they started again, no historian has been able to find the reason for this, so Disney took the mystery in his hands and gave a reason for the stop of navigation.
Tengo que iniciar la review hablando de la historia, y es que la historia toma parte de la vida real, según historiadores, hace 2000 años las navegaciones a través del océano pacífico se detuvieron por completo por aproximadamente 1000 años, y así como así, volvieron a retomarse, ningún historiador ha podido dar con la razón de esto, así que Disney tomó el misterio entre sus manos y le dio un motivo al detenimiento de la navegación.
The story is set in the Polynesian islands and is about a girl who is chosen by the ocean to return a magical stone to its resting place. To do so, Moana (the main character) must find Maui (a demi-god) to help her in her endeavour.
La historia se desarrolla en las islas Polinesias y trata de una muchacha que es escogida por el océano para devolver una piedra mágica a su lugar de reposo, para ello, Moana (la protagonista) debe hallar a Maui (un semi Dios) para que la ayude en su empresa.
The truth is that the film is not very dynamic, I was 40 minutes into the film and nothing transcendental had happened, the good thing is that it doesn't get boring because it has good jokes and dialogue. The characters are quite empathetic and funny, moreover their interaction and chemistry feels very genuine and well developed.
La verdad la película es poco dinámica, iba a 40 minutos de película y nada transcendental había pasado, lo bueno es que no llega a resultar aburrida puesto a que tiene buenos chistes y dialogos. Los personajes son bastante empáticos además graciosos, por otra parte su interacción y química se siente muy genuina y bien desarrollada.
The cinematography is the best thing that the film has, it is extremely beautiful and I could say that it is one of the best I have seen, the shots and the visual section are amazing, it has a wide palette of colours, accurate and beautiful, you will fall in love with it. Both in day and night scenes, the colour palette is in perfect cohesion, it has warm, cold and neon colours, the aerial and wide shots are the protagonists and give the opportunity to perceive beautiful landscapes of the Polynesian islands, I think I have no words to say how precious this section is.
La fotografía es lo mejor que tiene la película, es sumamente preciosa y podría decir que de las mejores que he visto, los planos y el apartado visual son asombrosos, tiene una paleta de colores bastante amplia, acertada y preciosa, enamora. Tanto en escenarios de día como de noche, la paleta de colores va en perfecta cohesión, tiene colores cálidos, fríos y neones, los planos aéreos y amplios son los protagonistas y dan la oportunidad de percibir hermosos paisajes de las islas polinesias, creo que no tengo palabras para decir cuan precioso es este apartado.
The soundtrack is also beautiful, very appropriate for the film and personally it gave me pleasant sensations and made me want to go to the Polynesian islands.
La banda sonora también es preciosa, muy acertada para la película y en lo personal me causaba sensaciones agradables y unas ganas locas de ir a las islas polinesias.
The music is beautiful and I love the performance of the voice actors because they don't just sing and that's it, they perform, they act while singing according to what is going on around their characters and what they are doing. My respects to these people
La música es preciosa y amo la interpretación de los actores de doblaje, ya que no solo cantan y ya, interpretan, actúan mientras cantan según lo que pasa en torno a sus personajes y lo que hacen. Mis respetos para esta gente.
I thought the character design was beautiful and accurate, the costumes of Moana's people are beautiful, I also like the dances and culture seen in the film, which certainly works to help with tourism in this region because clearly all of us who saw the film want to go to the Polynesian islands to explore the culture in real life.
El diseño de los personajes me pareció hermoso y acertado, la vestimenta del pueblo de Moana es preciosa, también me gustan las danzas y la cultura que se ve en la película, lo que sin lugar a dudas funciona para ayudar con el turismo de esta región porque claramente todos los que vimos la película, queremos ir a las islas Polinesias a explorar la cultura en la vida real.
And while we're on the subject of characters and visuals, the design of the ocean is amazing, it's extremely realistic, full of details and a beautiful colour palette, it's the main character and that's why its design is so well cared for.
Y ya que hablamos de personajes y lo visual, el diseño del océano es asombroso, es en extremo realista lleno de detalles y una paleta de colores preciosa, es el protagonista y es por eso que su diseño está tan bien cuidado.
