I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...
I started Monday with some productivity followed by a 9k step walk despite the fact that it was quite cold outside. I kept my eating healthy even spending some time in my kitchen and watched another movie in the evening.
Movie #6: Past Lives (7.8/10
I pretty much knew what I was in for with this movie and that it was about paths not taken in life and what could have been. I had very high exepectations on this one and while it didn't dissapoint, it also didn't blew me away. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching it and it certainly deserves the spotlight it gets in many of the top 2023 lists. I would score it a solid 7.8 just below The Holdovers.

Today Goals: Tuesday will be a family day and I'm going to try to keep my eating clean again. I also will try to keep up watching another movie in the evening. I'm not quite sure which one though.
