Mi opinión sobre Kimetsu no Yaiba: Arco de la Aldea de los Herreros🤍⚔️ || My opinion about Kimetsu no Yaiba: Swordsmith Village Arc🤍⚔️

En esta ocasión quiero hablar de una historia muy especial para mí, dado a qué fue el primer manga que leí completo después de terminar la primera temporada del anime.

Me refiero a Kimetsu no Yaiba, o Demon Slayer✨ Una obra creada por la mangaka japonesa Koyoharu Gotouge, dónde tenemos de protagonista a Tanjiro Kamado, un adolescente que llega a casa después de un día duro de trabajo, y que desgraciadamente encuentra a todos sus familiares asesinados por un demonio, excepto su hermana, Nezuko, quién se ha convertido en demonio. Sin embargo, con la esperanza de devolverle la humanidad a Nezuko, Tanjiro se embarca en una gran travesía como Cazador de Demonio, para conocer más sobre los mismos y encontrar una cura, además, tomar venganza por la muerte de su familia.

Después de una segunda temporada espectacular que todos amamos, y en dónde morimos un poco en cada capítulo por los nervios, las expectativas del tercer arco y el seguimiento de la historia de Tanjiro y Nezuko eran muy altas, por lo tanto, necesitaba hablar del tema. Así que, sin spoilers, te daré mi opinión sobre el Arco de la Aldea de los Herreros✨

This time I want to talk about a very special story for me, since it was the first manga I read in its entirety after finishing the first season of the anime.

I refer to Kimetsu no Yaiba, or Demon Slayer✨ A work created by the Japanese mangaka Koyoharu Gotouge, where we have as main character Tanjiro Kamado, a teenager who comes home after a hard day's work, and unfortunately finds all his relatives killed by a demon, except his sister, Nezuko, who has become a demon. However, in the hope of restoring Nezuko's humanity, Tanjiro embarks on a great journey as a Demon Slayer, to learn more about demons and find a cure, as well as take revenge for the death of his family.

After a spectacular second season that we all loved, and where we died a little bit in each chapter because of nerves, the expectations for the third arc and the follow-up of Tanjiro and Nezuko's story were very high, therefore, I needed to talk about it. So, without spoilers, I'll give you my take on the Swordsmith Village Arc✨

Mis domingos ya no se sentirán igual ahora que ha terminado la tercera temporada de Kimetsu, esos veinte minutos eran mi momento de relajación después de semanas difíciles, y admito que lloré durante el último capítulo 🥺 pero no me adelantaré a los hechos.

Recapitulemos hasta el primer capítulo. Tras los eventos en el Arco del Distrito Rojo, dónde Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke y Zenitsu asesinaron a Gyutaro y Daki, ¡ambos siendo una Luna Superior!, fue un triunfo magnífico para la comunidad de cazadores de demonios, esto ayudó a aumentar las esperanzas de que podían salir victoriosos en esta batalla antigua.

Por lo tanto, el primer capítulo comienza con reunión de las Lunas Superiores restantes, junto con Muzan, nuestro demonio principal. Y debo admitir que fue una de las mejores escenas de toda la temporada, la animación, escenografía y banda sonora, todas fueron detalles que permitieron crear unas secuencias maravillosas. El diseño de los personajes es muy fiel al manga, y era una parte de la historia que estaba esperando, porque en el manga fue un evento grande e impresionante, y el anime demostró esa fuerza. Todos sentimos el poder que emana de esos personajes.

My Sundays will no longer feel the same now that Kimetsu season 3 has ended, those twenty minutes were my relaxation time after difficult weeks, and I admit I cried during the last episode 🥺 but I won't get ahead of myself.

Let's recap up to the first chapter. After the events in the Red District Arc, where Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke and Zenitsu killed Gyutaro and Daki, both being a Superior Moon!!!, it was a magnificent triumph for the demon slayer community, this helped raise hopes that they could be victorious in this ancient battle.

Therefore, the first chapter begins with the meeting of the remaining Superior Moons, together with Muzan, our Demon King. And I must admit that it was one of the best scenes of the whole season, the animation, scenery and soundtrack, all were details that allowed to create some wonderful sequences. The character design is very faithful to the manga, and it was a part of the story that I was waiting for, because in the manga it was a big and impressive event, and the anime showed that strength. We all felt the power emanating from those characters.

Tanjiro Kamado, es sin duda, mi personaje favorito del anime (por algo luzco con orgullo una imitación de sus zarcillos)❤️ Y no me malinterpreten, de verdad amo a todos los personajes, creo que todos son maravillosos, pero he conectado (un poco más) con Tanjiro. Él es de esos personajes que no se da por vencido, e intenta por todos los medios lograr su objetivo. Es una motivación para sus compañeros, y no pierde la ternura y humildad que lo caracteriza.

En las primeras dos temporadas hemos visto cómo, paso a paso, Tanjiro se va convirtiendo en un cazador de demonios excepcional, practicando con gran esfuerzo y aprendiendo de sus errores. Pero en esta tercera temporada es donde vemos su mayor desarrollo😌 Llegando a la Aldea de los Herreros en busca de reparaciones para su katana, Tanjiro se encuentra con uno de los Pilares (que ya hablaré más abajo) practicando con una especie de máquina, un robot, de un antiguo cazador de demonios. Por cuestiones del destino, también se toma su tiempo para practicar (aunque realmente fue un poco obligado en todo este entrenamiento🤭), y gracias a esto mejora muchísimo sus habilidades de combate.

Más adelante en la historia, durante la acción contra las Lunas Superiores que aparecen, observamos como Tanjiro ya no es el mismo adolescente de la primera temporada, ya se ha convertido en un magnífico cazador de sombras. Sus movimientos, su razonamiento en las estrategias de lucha, su fuerza y su carácter se han desarrollado en otro nivel. Disfruté de cada escena de las peleas, no podía quitar mis ojos de Tanjiro, hasta me sentí orgullosa de este personaje🥺 Ha pasado por tantas cosas difíciles, pero su espíritu no ha sido corrompido, su determinación a salvar a su hermana (y también a la humanidad) es admirable, y lo convierte en esos protagonistas que siempre amaremos❤️

Tanjiro Kamado, is without a doubt, my favorite character of the anime (I proudly wear an imitation of his tendrils for a reason)❤️ And don't get me wrong, I really love all the characters, I think they are all wonderful, but I have connected (a little more) with Tanjiro. He is one of those characters that doesn't give up, and tries by all means to achieve his goal. He is a motivation for his companions, and he doesn't lose the tenderness and humility that characterizes him.

In the first two seasons we have seen how, step by step, Tanjiro is becoming an exceptional demon slayer, practicing with great effort and learning from his mistakes. But in this third season is where we see his greatest development😌 Arriving at the Swordsmith Village in search of repairs for his katana, Tanjiro meets one of the Pillars (which I'll talk about below) practicing with a kind of machine, a robot, of a former demon slayer. As fate would have it, he also takes his time to practice (although it was really a bit forced in all this training🤭), and thanks to this he greatly improves his combat skills.

Later in the story, during the action against the Superior Moons that appear, we observe how Tanjiro is no longer the same teenager of the first season, he has already become a magnificent Demon slayer. His movements, his reasoning in fighting strategies, his strength and his character have developed on another level. I enjoyed every scene of the fights, I couldn't take my eyes off Tanjiro, I even felt proud of this character🥺 He has gone through so many difficult things, but his spirit has not been corrupted, his determination to save his sister (and also humanity) is admirable, and makes him those protagonists that we will always love❤️

Si hablamos de Tanjiro no podemos dejar atrás a Nezuko Kamado, su hermana. Gracias al desarrollo de Tanjiro, Nezuko también ha crecido, y no es ni la sombra del pequeño demonio que vimos en los primeros capítulos de la serie. Desde el principio sabíamos que Nezuko era diferente a todos los demás demonios, pero aquí llegó a otro nivel igual que su hermano💗

Con Nezuko es dónde hay más spoilers, pero no quiero arruinarle la experiencia a nadie si aún no han podido terminar la temporada, así que seré lo más objetiva posible. Vemos a este personaje defender a su hermano sin parar en ningún momento, y eso es lo que más adoramos de ellos dos, el amor que se tienen🥺 Tanjiro hace todo por Nezuko, y Nezuko hace todo por Tanjiro, y sabemos que ellos alcanzarán su meta, porque de verdad no hay nada que se pueda interponer en ese amor.

En la temporada anterior habíamos visto la evolución de Nezuko, de ser un demonio "simple" a un personaje poderoso, sus habilidades como demonio no se quedan atrás en comparación a las habilidades de Tanjiro como cazador. E incluso la Luna Superior con la cuál lucha reconoce que ella es un gran obstáculo en su camino. A medida que avanzan los capítulos, Nezuko también lo hace, hasta que llega el capítulo final. ¡Ese capítulo final fue la cereza del pastel! Lloré la mayor parte del capítulo, tanto de tristeza y frustración como de felicidad, y pude ver a Nezuko convertirse en algo mayor que todo lo que conocemos en el anime, en un mito, se convierte en una de las mayores leyendas, algo que solo ella podría ser💗

If we talk about Tanjiro we cannot leave behind Nezuko Kamado, his sister. Thanks to Tanjiro's development, Nezuko has also grown up, and she is not even the shadow of the little demon we saw in the first chapters of the series. From the beginning we knew that Nezuko was different from all the other demons, but here she reached another level just like her brother💗

With Nezuko is where there are more spoilers, but I don't want to ruin anyone's experience if they haven't been able to finish the season yet, so I'll be as objective as possible. We see this character defend her brother non-stop at any moment, and that's what we adore most about the two of them, the love they have for each other🥺 Tanjiro does everything for Nezuko, and Nezuko does everything for Tanjiro, and we know that they will reach their goal, because there's truly nothing that can get in the way of that love.

In the previous season we had seen Nezuko's evolution from a "simple" demon to a powerful character, her abilities as a demon are not far behind Tanjiro's skills as a hunter. And even the Upper Moon with whom she fights recognizes that she is a major obstacle in his way. As the chapters progress, so does Nezuko, until the final chapter arrives. That final chapter was the icing on the cake! I cried most of the chapter, both from sadness and frustration and happiness, and I could see Nezuko become something greater than everything we know in anime, a myth, she becomes one of the greatest legends, something that only she could be💗

En esta temporada Tanjiro también se encuentra acompañado con personajes increíbles que serán su mayor apoyo. Nuestros amados Zenitsu e Inosuke no nos acompañan en este arco, dado que cada uno está en una misión, y bueno, después de todo Tanjiro solo fue a la Aldea de los Herreros para renovar su katana. Y sí, los extrañé demasiado a ambos, porque cada personaje de Kimetsu se hace querer, también nos da la oportunidad de conocer a otros que igualmente se ganan nuestro corazón.

Comencemos con Muichiro Tokito, el Pilar de la Niebla💙 La personalidad de Tokito es todo lo contrario a la personalidad de Tanjiro, por eso nunca coinciden en algo, pero incluso es divertido esta parte. Pero luego vemos por qué Tokito es un Pilar, y el maravilloso cazador que es, incluso siendo un poco menor en edad que Tanjiro. Su historia, como la de muchos personajes en el anime, nos rompe el corazón (Y sí, cuando leí el manga lloré). Pero Tokito, aún con su falta de expresión de emociones al principio, es excepcional.

In this season Tanjiro is also accompanied by incredible characters that will be his greatest support. Our beloved Zenitsu and Inosuke do not accompany us in this arc, since each one is on a mission, and well, after all Tanjiro only went to the Swordsmith Village to renew his katana. And yes, I missed them both too much, because every character in Kimetsu endears himself to us, it also gives us the opportunity to meet others who equally win our hearts.

Let's start with Muichiro Tokito, the Pillar of Mist💙 Tokito's personality is the complete opposite of Tanjiro's personality, which is why they never agree on anything, but even this part is funny. But then we see why Tokito is a Pillar, and what a wonderful slayer he is, even being a little younger in age than Tanjiro. His story, like that of many characters in anime, breaks our hearts (And yes, when I read the manga I cried). But Tokito, even with his lack of emotional expression at the beginning, is exceptional.

Mitsuri Kanroji💖 Siento que nuestra Pilar del Amor ha sido uno de los personajes más subestimados en la historia, y estoy en total desacuerdo. Mitsuri es maravillosa, y la amo tanto como Nezuko también la ama. Probablemente no terminamos de comprender del todo las habilidades del Pilar del Amor, pero eso no hace que sea menos que los demás, al contrario, desde pequeña Mitsuri es un personaje muy fuerte, en todos los sentidos. Su belleza interna es aún mayor que su belleza física. Y debemos estar de acuerdo que su katana en forma de látigo es una de las más maravillosas😌

Y permítanme un pequeño spoiler, pero debo comentarlo: Mitsuri Kanroji y Obanai Iguro, Pilar de la Serpiente, son de las cosas más adorables que tiene el anime/manga. ¡Los amo con todo mi corazón!💗 Son completamente perfectos juntos✨ Necesitaba decirlo.

Mitsuri Kanroji💖 I feel that our Pillar of Love has been one of the most underrated characters in the story, and I totally disagree. Mitsuri is wonderful, and I love her as much as Nezuko loves her too. We probably don't quite understand the Pillar of Love's abilities, but that doesn't make her any less than the others, on the contrary, from a young age Mitsuri is a very strong character, in every way. Her inner beauty is even greater than her physical beauty. And we must agree that her whip-shaped katana is one of the most wonderful😌

And allow me a little spoiler, but I must comment: Mitsuri Kanroji and Obanai Iguro, Pillar of the Snake, are some of the most adorable things in anime/manga. I love them with all my heart!💗 They are completely perfect together✨ I needed to say it.

Ok, continuemos con seriedad. Por último, tenemos a Genya Shinazugawa✨ Otro personaje que tampoco encaja con Tanjiro por el choque de sus personalidades, y no obstante, después saben cómo hacer un gran equipo. A Genya ya lo habíamos conocido, y sabemos que no es el personaje más dulce y sociable que exista, pero no podemos juzgar por las apariencias, todos tenemos un motivo para nuestros comportamientos, y el de Genya (y su hermano) es complicado. Él tiene varias características particulares, pero solo mencionaré que me gusta el hecho que usa pistola, no sé, es algo diferente pero efectivo.

A estos tres personajes los volveremos a ver junto a Tanjiro en el próximo arco😌 y los tres harán cosas increíbles.

Ok, let's continue with seriousness. Finally, we have Genya Shinazugawa✨ Another character that also doesn't fit with Tanjiro because of the clash of their personalities, and nevertheless, then they know how to make a great team. Genya we had already met, and we know he is not the sweetest and most sociable character out there, but we can't judge by appearances, we all have a reason for our behaviors, and Genya's (and his brother's) is complicated. He has several particular characteristics, but I'll just mention that I like the fact that he uses a gun, I don't know, it's something different but effective.

These three characters will be seen again alongside Tanjiro in the next arc😌 and all three will do incredible things

Por último, si vamos a hablar de Kimetsu debemos mencionar sí o sí su animación, que es uno de sus puntos más fuertes. He visto animes increíbles pero la animación de Kimetsu es otro nivel, el estudio de animación Ufotable se gana un premio por un trabajo excelente.

La historia de Kimetsu no Yaiba tiene varios aspectos similares a otros animes conocidos; sigue siendo maravillosa para mí gusto, pero igual hay varios detalles, diría que clichés del anime, que ya he visto. Por eso, su animación es lo que hace que este anime resuene. Hay momentos llenos de acción dura, momentos dramáticos con una mezcla de emociones, e incluso momentos divertidos, pero cada escena está muy bien ejecutada.

Cada temporada está mejor elaborada que la anterior, y la balanza está alta para la cuarta temporada. La paleta de colores hace resaltar los detalles importantes, la banda sonora le otorga la emoción necesaria en cada momento, y el uso correcto de escenarios con CGI lleva a otro nivel este anime, y este trabajo va mejorando en cada episodio, permitiendo que el público se enganche y quiera más de Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Finally, if we are going to talk about Kimetsu we must mention its animation, which is one of its strongest points. I've seen incredible anime but Kimetsu's animation is another level, the Ufotable animation studio wins an award for excellent work.

The story of Kimetsu no Yaiba has several aspects similar to other well-known anime; it's still wonderful to my taste, but there are still several details, I would say anime clichés, that I've already seen. Because of that, its animation is what makes this anime resonate. There are moments filled with hard action, dramatic moments with a mix of emotions, and even funny moments, but each scene is very well executed.

Each season is better crafted than the last, and the scales are set high for the fourth season. The color palette brings out the important details, the soundtrack gives it the emotion needed at every moment, and the proper use of CGI sets takes this anime to another level, and this work gets better and better with each episode, allowing the audience to get hooked and want more of Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Debido a los acontecimientos del capítulo final del anime, el equilibrio del dominio de los demonios se ve muy alterado, y las esperanzas de ganar la guerra aumentan para los cazadores de demonios.
