However, apart from this third-rate detail, I like the rest. It seems to me (although it may be a wrong impression, after all, it's just a trailer) that the words of Netflix and CDPR about tightening cooperation are confirmed. Just as I praised "Nightmare of the Wolf" for being inspired by the stylistics of games (and besides items, clothes, etc., which reminded me more of Andrzej Sapkowski's work than what we got in season 1 of the series), I see much more of it here. In general, I see many things in the books exactly as I imagined them. Rience is 100% as I imagined, as is Dandelion, who was kidnapped by him (it's not a big spoiler). Nivellen's court, Geralt's fight with a vampire, the very appearance of Bruxia ... I can't wait to see the most important vampire from the saga, when he turns into a bat and makes a real carnage in the final season (if Netflix will screen her). Cahir's armor also looks much better. I don't recall Yennefer being tortured in this way, but I don't mind that they added (?) This scene to the show.
Geralt and his talk about destiny, Gods, spiritual matters in general ... Ah, I enjoyed listening to the protagonist, who commented on matters invisible to the human eye, but felt for our soul. I like this honesty with a hint of rudeness and coldness that balances on the verge of rude.
Fringilla Vigo's words about the rebuilding of the empire sound a bit funny in the context of the army we saw in the Sodden hills, but I will turn a blind eye out of courtesy - it's the budget's fault, the creators had more important things on their minds. I like Leszy a lot more than the anime, but less than the game. Nevertheless, this design is atmospheric and looks noticeably better than the monsters from the first season, you can feel its strength and a noticeably larger budget.
Overall, this trailer made the biggest impression on me and I hope the second season will be better than the first. Everything points to the fact that Tomasz Bagiński was not lying when he said that there was a better synergy and understanding of the source material between them - i.e. showrunner Lauren and the rest of the creators.
Szczegółowej analizy nie będzie, bo RI zrobiło to już za mnie, a poza tym dziewczyna marudzi że czasem za dużo czasu poświęcam na bloga w weekendy. Poza tym, oni zrobili to lepiej niż ja, więc po co dublować pracę? Generalnie jestem zadowolony - nawet mimo tego, że piosenka z tego trailera kompletnie nie pasuje do klimatu "Wiedźmina" (rap? serio? xD). Albo inaczej, utwór jest serio dobry i gdyby był mniej nowoczesny, to zapewne by mi to nie przeszkadzało, a tak... No nie mogę powstrzymać uczucia, które mówi do mnie "To nie pasuje do siebie". Pomijając jednak ten trzeciorzędny detal, podoba mi się cała reszta. Wydaje mi się (choć może to być mylne wrażenie, w końcu to tylko trailer), że potwierdzają się słowa Netflixa i CDPR o zacieśnieniu współpracy. Tak jak chwaliłem "Nightmare of the Wolf" za inspirację stylistyką z gier (a poza tym przedmiotów, ubrań etc. które bardziej przypominały mi twórczość Andrzeja Sapkowskiego niż to, co dostaliśmy w 1 sezonie serialu), tak tutaj dostrzegam jej znacznie więcej. Generalnie widzę wiele rzeczy z ksiażek dokładnie tak, jak je sobie wyobrażałem. Rience jest 100% zgodny z moim wyobrażeniem, tak samo jak porwany przez niego Jaskier (to nie jest duży spoiler). Dwór Nivellena, walka Geralta z wampirzycą, sam wygląd Bruxii... Już się nie mogę doczekać aż zobaczymy najważniejszego wampira z sagi, gdy przemieni się w nietoperza i zrobi istną rzeź w finałowym sezonie (o ile Netflix ją zekranizuje). Zbroja Cahira też wygląda znacznie lepiej. Nie przypominam sobie, by Yennefer była torturowana w ten sposób, ale nie przeszkadza mi że dodali (?) tę scenę do serialu.
Geralt i jego gadanie o przeznaczeniu, Bogach, generalnie sprawach duchowych... Ach, bardzo przyjemnie mi się słuchało protagonisty, który komentował sprawy niewidoczne dla ludzkiego oka, lecz odczuwalne dla naszej duszy. Lubię tę szczerość ze szczyptą grubiaństwa i oschłości, która balansuje na granicy niegrzeczności.
Trochę śmiesznie brzmią słowa Fringilli Vigo o odbudowie imperium w kontekście armii, którą zobaczyliśmy na wzgórzach Sodden, ale z kurtuazji przymknę oko - to w końcu wina budżetu, twórcy mieli ważniejsze rzeczy na głowie. Leszy podoba mi się dużo bardziej niż w anime, ale mniej niż w grze. Niemniej ten design jest klimatyczny i wygląda zauważalnie lepiej niż monstra z pierwszego sezonu, czuć jego siłę oraz zauważalnie większy budżet.
Generalnie ten trailer zrobił na mnie największe wrażenie i mam nadzieję, że drugi sezon będzie lepszy niż pierwszy. Wszystko wskazuje na to, że Tomasz Bagiński nie kłamał mówiąc o lepszej synergii i zrozumieniu materiału źródłowego między nimi - tj. showrunnerka Lauren i reszta twórców.
