There are so many series of witches, full of fantasy and magic, each with a different approach, but all with the same origin, in Salem, because it will be, in short, recently, I found this series, which encompasses all this, in an incomparable way, when performing their spells, is a series that is based on three young witches, which will unite to form a great bond, which will allow them to create a great power, thus being the only ones who can overcome the evil that haunts them.
MOTHERLAND, shows us a different scenario, with a supernatural approach, where these witches will work openly in front of the world to defend it and fight for it against other dark forces.
The story is based on three young girls Raelle, Tally and Abigail, who decide to join the army of witches, because the United States has a division composed of the same, these are the ones who are facing a powerful enemy such as the so-called Spree, a terrorist group also formed by witches, but that is against this recruitment with the army.
These three girls are totally different, coming from different backgrounds and personalities, at first these differences did not allow them to work well together, but then as they got to know each other, they realized that together they are a great team, and began to support and protect each other as if they were sisters.
These witches must undergo a hard training to face these forces that want to destroy them and their lineage, and as they prepare, each one will discover how strong and powerful they can be, with some gifts and magical arts, which will allow them to go beyond the normal.
But not everything is rosy within the system, there they will also discover some secrets, especially those of their General, which is the founder of this clan of witches, and that in his past committed several acts, which were those that caused these enemies want to kill them.
A series that encompasses a world full of magic, supernatural forces, and battlefields surrounded by all this mystical and as I said supernatural scenario.
In the first season we can see the beginning of these three young witches, training and preparing to be all soldiers, but who, without knowing it, were going to be the most powerful soldiers, which, with their actions, will discover a hidden past, meet and confront their enemies, but above all end up being fugitives trying to protect and save the rest of humanity and their own companions.
I like this kind of series, full of magic, mystical forces, all this drama, suspense, those supernatural scenes, surrounded by an unknown world, with special effects that catch you, I think this series encompasses all this somehow, as it turns out to be somewhat entertaining, it is true that there are scenes that do not bring great interest, however, there are others that do, and that have there waiting to see how it will end.
The cast is totally unknown to me, both of the three girls and the other characters, but certainly represents a great role, starting as I said by the three young women, following by the general of the witch army, called Sarah Alder.
This woman denotes a character and a really powerful force, willing to do whatever it takes to end her enemies, so much so, that she will commit acts against everything that is allowed, which makes these young witches begin to question her, and therefore to investigate beyond the past, and thus visualize the origin of this whole war.
On the other hand, I called my attention to where their magic comes from, and this is something new to see, because their magic descends from their voice, yes, as you read, these witches do not cast spells, maybe one or the other, but their strength is generated from certain sounds that they expose with their voice, so their greatest treasure, their greatest power emanates from their throat.
It should be noted that this power is inherited, in the case of the three young women, their mothers were also witches, and at the time also faced these enemies, some are still fighting and others died in this war.
It really is a series out of the ordinary, with acts that go beyond the real, where we can see scenes of action, suspense, drama, romance, war, in short, a little bit of everything, no doubt as I mentioned, something entertaining, achieves its purpose, in turn shows us the female power, of course without looking aside the male force within the plot.
This series consists of two seasons, but soon will be the third, let's wait to see what they bring us in this third sequel, and is that in the last season we saw how these girls have to go out and hide, as fugitives from justice, due to their last acts, and completely alone, without the support of the army, all to fight a battle against it.

Rahell (Taylor Hickson), a young girl with a rebellious and explosive character, at first reluctant to work as a team with her unit, formed by the other Tally and Abigail, but over time she realized that only with them she could count, has as a past her mother, who was also a witch, where at first it was believed that she had died in battle.
On the other hand, we have Abigail (Ashley Nicole Williams), a girl a little conceited, coming from a powerful family, with a great lineage, willing to prove that she can also be a great witch, as well as her mother, who pressures her to be better.
Finally we have Tally (Jessica Sutton), being here the most sensitive, with a docile character, willing to keep her unit together, in her case, her mother did not want her to enlist, she was afraid of losing her, but Tally was determined, she wanted to join, and did not hesitate to do so, which manages to demonstrate that she has a special gift.
In fact, each one has a great gift, and as each event takes place, they develop it, discovering what they are capable of doing together, this union between them is strong, which will make many want to separate them.
Anyway, as I said for me it turned out to be a good series, entertaining, maybe not one of the best, but to pass the time, it is passable.

Existen tantas series de brujas, llenas de fantasía y magia, cada una con un enfoque distinto, pero todas con el mismo origen, en Salem, porque será, en fin, recientemente, me encontré esta serie, la cual engloba todo esto, de una forma incomparable, al momento de realizar sus hechizos, es una serie que se basa en tres jóvenes brujas, las cuales se unirán para formar un gran vinculo, que les permitirá crear un gran poder, siendo así las únicas que pueden vencer el mal que los acecha.
MOTHERLAND, nos muestra un escenario diferente, con un enfoque sobrenatural, donde estas brujas trabajaran abiertamente frente al mundo para defenderlo y luchar por el contra otras fuerzas oscuras.
La historia se basa en tres jóvenes Raelle, Tally y Abigail, las cuales deciden unirse al ejercito de brujas, debido a que los Estados Unidos cuenta con una división compuesta por las mismas, estas son las que se enfrentan contra un enemigo poderoso como son los denominados Spree, un grupo terrorista formado también por brujas, pero que está en contra de este reclutamiento con el ejército.
Estas tres chicas son totalmente diferentes, provenientes de distintos orígenes y personalidades, al principio estas diferencias no las permitían poder trabajar bien juntas, pero después a medida que iban conociéndose, se daban cuenta que juntas son un gran equipo, y empezaron a apoyarse y protegerse como si fueran hermanas.
Dichas brujas deberán realizar un duro entrenamiento para poder enfrentarse a estas fuerzas que quieren acabar con todas ellas y su linaje, y a medida que se van preparando, cada una descubrirá lo fuerte y poderosas que pueden llegar a ser, con algunos dones y artes mágicas, que les permitirá ir mas allá de lo normal.
Pero no todo es color de rosa dentro del sistema, allí también descubrirán algunos secretos, sobre todo las de su General, la cual es la fundadora de este clan de brujas, y que en su pasado cometió varios actos, que fueron los que provocaron que dichos enemigos quieran acabar con ellas.
Una serie que abarca un mundo lleno de magia, fuerzas sobrenaturales, y campos de batalla rodeado por todo este escenario místico y como dije sobrenatural.
En la primera temporada podemos ver el inicio de estas tres jóvenes brujas, el entrenarse y prepararse para ser todas unas soldados, pero que, sin saberlo, iban a ser las soldados más poderosas, las cuales, con sus actos, lograran descubrir un pasado oculto, conocer y enfrentar a sus enemigos, pero sobre todo terminarían siendo prófugas al tratar de proteger y salvar al resto de la humanidad y a sus propias compañeras.
A mí me gustan este tipo de series, llena de magias, fuerzas místicas, todo este drama, el suspenso, esas escenas sobrenaturales, rodeado de un mundo desconocido, con efectos especiales que te atrapan, pienso que esta serie engloba todo esto de alguna forma, pues resulta ser algo entretenida, es cierto que hay escenas que no aportan gran interés, sin embargo, hay otras que sí, y que tienen allí esperando ver cómo va a terminar.
El elenco es totalmente desconocido para mí, tanto de las tres chicas como los demás personajes, pero sin duda representa un gran papel, empezando como dije por las tres jóvenes, siguiendo por la general del ejército de bruja, llamada Sarah Alder.
Esta mujer denota un carácter y una fuerza realmente poderosa, dispuesta hacer todo lo que sea necesario para acabar con sus enemigos, tanto así, que cometerá actos en contra de todo lo que esté permitido, lo que hace que estas jóvenes brujas empiecen a cuestionarla, y por ende indagar más allá del pasado, y visualizar así el origen de toda esta guerra.
Por otro lado, me llamo la atención de donde proviene su magia, y es que esto es algo nuevo de ver, debido a que su magia desciende de su voz, si, así como lo leen, estas brujas no realizan hechizos, quizás uno que otros, pero su fuerza, se genera a partir de ciertos sonidos que exponen con su voz, por lo que su mayor tesoro, su mayor poder emana de su garganta.
Cabe señalar que este poder es heredado, en el caso de las tres jóvenes, sus madres también fueron brujas, y en su momento también se enfrentaron a estos enemigos, algunas siguen luchando y otras murieron en esta guerra.
Realmente es una serie fuera de lo normal, con actos que van más allá de lo real, donde podemos visualizar escenas de acción, suspenso, drama, romance, guerra, en fin, de todo un poco, sin duda como mencione, algo entretenida, logra sus fines, a su vez nos muestra el poder femenino, por supuesto sin mirar de lado la fuerza masculina dentro de la trama.
Esta serie consta de dos temporadas, pero pronto saldrá la tercera, esperemos a ver que nos traen en esta tercera secuela, y es que en la última temporada vimos cómo estas chicas les tocan salir y esconderse, como prófugas de la justicia, debido a sus últimos actos, ya completamente solas, sin el apoyo del ejército, todo por lidiar una batalla contra el mismo.
|---|---|---|Como bien lo dije sus personajes principales son estas tres jóvenes brujas, las cuales provienen de diferentes lugares, y cuentan con distintas razones que las llevaron a enlistarse a este ejército.
Rahell (Taylor Hickson), una joven chica con un carácter rebelde y explosivo, al principio renuente a trabajar en equipo con su unidad, conformada por las otras Tally y Abigail, pero con el tiempo se dio cuenta que solo con ellas podía contar, tiene como pasado a su madre, la cual también fue una bruja, donde al principio se creía que había muerto en batalla.
Por otra parte, tenemos a Abigail (Ashley Nicole Williams), una chica un poco engreída, proveniente de una familia poderosa, con un gran linaje, dispuesta a demostrar que ella también puede ser una gran bruja, así como su madre, la cual la presiona para que sea mejor.
Por ultimo tenemos a Tally (Jessica Sutton), siendo aquí la más sensible, con un carácter dócil, dispuesta a mantener unida su unidad, en el caso de ella, su madre no quería que ella se enlistara, tenía miedo de perderla, pero Tally estaba decidida, quería unirse, y no dudo en hacerlo, la cual logra demostrar que tiene un don especial.
De hecho, cada una posee un gran don, que a medida que transcurre cada evento, las mismas lo van desarrollando, descubriendo lo que son capaces de hacer juntas, esta unión entre ellas, es fuerte, lo que hará que muchos quieran separarlas.
En fin, como dije para mi me resultó ser una buena serie, entretenida, quizás no sea una de las mejores, pero para pasar el rato, es pasable.
