Can you imagine waking up one day, someone knocks on your door, and it is a loved one who died many years ago, who, in some inexplicable way, was resurrected and came back to life, as if nothing, ¿How would you react?.
This would be a real shock, something that would undoubtedly change your life completely, it's as if the world was ending, there would be no more human life, and then the dead would begin to rise, I don't know, I imagine something like that.
I recently saw this series, or rather I saw it again, and well, believe me, I would have liked to see an ending explaining the reason for these events, who produced it, whether it was something scientific or religious, I don't know, but it wasn't like that, because they didn't bring out more seasons, and this series was left unfinished.
Resurrection
In a small town, with a very peculiar name called Arcadia, an unexpected event occurs, and that is that one day their loved ones who had died many years ago, come back to life, starting with a child, who after 30 years of death, is resurrected, causing a great impact both to his parents and to all the inhabitants of this remote village.
This is undoubtedly a psychological shock, for anyone, especially for two elderly parents, having to see their little son alive, as if no time had passed, is something really strong and difficult to handle, but above all to understand why this happened, or how it happened, where it comes from, is he really their son.
Everything seems to indicate that, yes it is, but then what happened, where was he all these years, how did he come back to life, there are so many questions that arise, that one says, there must be some scientific, religious, supernatural explanation or whatever, to make sense of all this.
But this is only the beginning, because from the inexplicable appearance of this child, others arise, a father, an ex-partner, a mother, who were thought to be dead many years ago; how is it that these people come back to life, just like that, all of a sudden.
The series is entertaining, it begins with a season that is somewhat appealing, with inexplicable events, with the return of these people, and one wonders with what intentions they come, are they good or bad, and there is also the question of the religious theme, if it has something to do with the end of the world, that we will return to life, but we are supposed to reincarnate, not to resurrect, it is something different.
This series consists of two seasons, with 21 episodes each, it came out in 2014 and ended in 2015, they didn't release more seasons, they left it there, as I said something unfinished, I think it had a good potential, but it lacked, already in the second season, you could see the effort to give it more sense, I guess that's why they didn't release another one.
I'm not saying it was bad, but it wasn't one of the best, could it have been more successful, I think so, if they had given it another twist, and an explanation to these events, and here we see a scenario that attracts and confuses; if we analyse it, we have, on the one hand, people who return to life, and on the other, people who do not believe in what they see, in an event that is impossible and difficult to explain or understand.
If they came back it was for a reason, because another detail is that not all of them came back, only punctual people, so to speak, as if they had left something pending, and they came back to finish it, it could be said that it was something like that.
Anyway, if you haven't seen it, I recommend it, maybe you will notice something that I didn't, it's one of those series that make you think, in the beyond, in the unreal, can this really happen?, well only God knows, we'll have to wait.

Te imaginas despertar un día, que alguien toque tu puerta, y sea un ser querido que murió hace muchos años, que, de alguna forma inexplicable, resucito y volvió a la vida, como si nada, ¿Cómo reaccionarias?
Esto sería un verdadero impacto, algo que sin duda cambiaria tu vida por completo, es como si el mundo se estuviera acabando, ya no existiría vida humana, y entonces empezarían a resucitar los muertos, no sé, me lo imagino algo así.
Hace poco vi esta serie, o mejor dicho la volví a ver, y bueno, créanme, me hubiera gustado ver una final explicando el porqué de estos sucesos, que lo produjo, ya sea algo científico o religioso, no lo sé, pero no fue así, debido a que no sacaron más temporadas, y esta serie quedo inconclusa.
Resurrección
En un pueblo pequeño, con un nombre muy peculiar llamado Arcadia, ocurre un hecho inesperado, y es que un día sus seres queridos que habían fallecido ya hace muchos años, vuelven a la vida, empezando por un niño, el cual después de 30 años de muerto, resucita, causando esto un gran impacto tanto a sus padres como a todo los habitantes de este recóndito pueblo.
Esto sin duda es un choque psicológico, para cualquiera, sobre todo para dos padres ya mayores, el tener que ver a su pequeño hijo con vida, como si no hubiera pasado el tiempo, es algo realmente fuerte y difícil de manejar, pero sobre todo de entender, porque sucedió esto, o como sucedió, de donde viene, será el su hijo realmente.
Todo parece indicar que, si lo es, pero entonces que paso, donde estaba todos estos años, como regreso a la vida, son tantas interrogantes que surgen, que uno dice, debe haber alguna explicación científica, religiosa, sobrenatural o cualquiera, para poder encontrarle sentido a todo esto.
Pero esto es solo el comienzo, porque a partir de la aparición inexplicable de este niño, surgen otras más, un padre, una expareja, una madre, que dieron por muerto ya hace muchos años; como es, que estas personas vuelven a la vida, así de repente.
La serie es entretenida, comienza con una temporada, algo atrayente, con sucesos inexplicables, con el regreso de estas personas, y uno se pregunta con qué intenciones vienen, ¿serán buenas o malas?, como también está la interrogante, del tema religioso, si tiene algo que ver en todo, con el fin del mundo, que volveremos a la vida, pero se supone que vamos a reencarnar, no a resucitar, es algo distinto.
Esta serie consta de dos temporadas, con 21 episodios cada una, salió en el 2014 y termino en el 2015, no sacaron más temporadas, la dejaron allí, como dije algo inconclusa, creo que tenía un buen potencial, pero le falto, ya en la segunda temporada, se notaba el esfuerzo por darle más sentido, supongo que por eso no sacaron otra.
No digo que fue mala, pero tampoco una de las mejores, ¿pudo tener mayor éxito?, pienso que sí, si le hubieran dado otro giro, y una explicación a estos sucesos, y es que, aquí vemos un escenario que atrae y confunde; si lo analizamos, tenemos, por un lado, personas que regresan a la vida, y por el otro, personas que no creen en lo que ven, en un suceso imposible y difícil de explicar o entender.
Si regresaron fue por un motivo, porque otro detalle es, que no todos volvieron, solo personas puntuales, por así decirlo, como si hubieran dejado algo pendiente, y regresaron a terminarlo, podría decirse, que fue algo así.
En fin, si no la han visto, se las recomiendo, tal vez ustedes noten algo que yo no, es de esas series que te hacen pensar, en el más allá, en lo irreal, ¿puede esto llegar a suceder realmente?, bueno solo Dios lo sabe, habrá que esperar.
