Hello, fellow movie buffs! It’s time to share another review. I’ve just finished watching the first few seasons of this series, and honestly, I was left with more questions than answers.

When I wrote my first review of this series, many people told me I had to keep watching it—and thinking about it, I took their advice. I’ve just finished the second season, and there is no doubt that the show is excellent and thrilling; it keeps you intrigued and eager to know more.

To recap the premise: Silo is a ten-episode series (spanning these first two seasons) about a group of people living in an enclosed space following an apocalyptic event that rendered the Earth's surface uninhabitable. The Silo became the new home for over 10,000 people, functioning like a well-oiled machine divided into upper, middle, and lower classes. Naturally, the upper class lives far removed from the mechanical noise, waste, and foul odors. Everyone is governed by a democratic system, and despite the rules and regulations, life was stable—until a group of people begins to question everything they have been told and shown for years.

The story unfolds through a woman who becomes their last hope for uncovering the truth about what really happened—and, above all, whether life still exists in the outside world. The series reveals the hidden side of the Silo and its origins, while also depicting power struggles, assassinations, conspiracies, and the challenges of survival within this refuge.

In this second season, everything revolves around the ongoing quest for answers—specifically the biggest question of all: is there still life outside, and is it safe to go out? A group of people bands together to find these answers, putting their own lives and those of the Silo's inhabitants at risk.

We follow the story of Juliette, of course; she managed to get outside, though many were left wondering if she had survived. The season finale confirms that she did, yet questions remain. Honestly, that ending left me with more questions than answers—I definitely have to keep watching! Haha.

The series is interesting; it features good set design, well-developed characters, and an intriguing, suspense-filled plot. It has great potential, though there are moments—especially in this second season—where you lose the thread. There were few truly exciting episodes, leading up to such an incomprehensible finale; still, as I said, you have to keep watching to understand what comes next after that ending.

I certainly recommend it; it’s not bad—nor is it a masterpiece—but it undoubtedly succeeds in its goal and is entertaining
