Welcome Hivers to this new summary post. This week in 7th Art & More we will be talking about Family, and what better movie to talk about this topic than Meet the Robinson, this movie along with The Chronicles of Narnia, is on the ballot for tonight's discussion. Here I tell you a little more about it.
Bienvenidos Hivers a este nuevo post de resumen. Esta semana en 7mo Arte & Más estaremos hablando de Familia, y que mejor película para hablar de este tema que La Familia del Futuro, esta película junto a Las Crónicas de Narnia, se encuentra en la votación para la discusión de esta noche. Aquí les cuento un poco más de ella.
Lewis, a young orphan, is looking for a way to remember who his birth mother is, so he creates a machine capable of doing so, and present it at the Science fair. However, at the time of the presentation, the machine fails, and the frustrated young man walks away from the fair, until Wilbur, a young man who claims to be from the future calls him to help him catch a man who is a thief "The Hat".

On the other hand, we see how the family protects, motivates and supports each other, even though each one has their differences, some of them stranger than others. However, at the end of the day, they always come together to share the most important thing over dinner. It is in these moments that we see how mistakes can make you better and avoid them in the future.

It is a film that is not only about the family we might have in the future, but also about that family that surrounds us today: our friends. We see how our actions can bring consequences that we do not realize until it is too late.
Es una película que no solamente trata de la familia que podríamos tener en un futuro, también de esa familia que nos rodea en la actualidad: nuestros amigos. Vemos como nuestros actos le pueden traer consecuencias de las que no nos damos cuenta hasta que es muy tarde.
It is a movie that being honest, the end makes me cry because of the song, it is a very emotional song that summarizes very well what had happened. Also, it is a very nice movie that portrays very well what a family is, and what each one can contribute in a very different way.
Es una película que siendo honesta, el final me hace llorar por la canción, es una canción muy emotiva y que resume muy bien lo que había sucedido. Asimismo, es una película muy bonita que retrata muy bien lo que es una familia, y lo que cada uno puede aportar de una forma muy distinta.
For me, it is a film that unfortunately, does not always get the recognition it deserves, despite the excellent reflections it has. In addition to the "walk towards the future", also the phrase they have on the table: "from failures you learn, from success not much", is incredible and gives you to understand that nothing has emerged without having had mistakes, and that they are the ones that allow you to improve.
Para mí, es una película que lamentablemente, no siempre tiene el reconocimiento que se merece, a pesar de las excelentes reflexiones con las que cuenta. Además, del “camina hacia el futuro”, también la frase que tienen en la mesa: “de los fracasos se aprende, del éxito no mucho”, es increíble y te da a entender, que nada ha surgido sin haber tenido errores, y que son ellos los que te permiten mejorar.
