Welcome Hivers to this new recap post. This week in 7th Art & More we will be talking about Battles, and it just so happens that one of the movies that talks about strategy is: Ender's Game. A movie from 2013, that makes us think a lot more about the possibilities in a war and a strategy accordingly. Here I tell you a little more about it.
Bienvenidos Hivers a este nuevo post de resumen. Esta semana en 7mo Arte & Más estaremos hablando de Batallas, y resulta que una de las películas que habland de estrategia es: El Juego de Ender. Una película de 2013, que nos hace pensar mucho más en las posibilidades en una guerra y una estrategia acorde. Aquí te cuento un poco más de ella.
The story follows Ender, a 10 year old boy, who finds himself on a scholarship to the Space Academy, where he will have the opportunity to test himself and face an alien race that seeks to destroy Earth. His older siblings, had tried their luck and none had advanced, so when Ender is accepted into the program his parents are thrilled.

At first I didn't really understand what the movie was about, then watching it again you realize that it was all planned. The idea was for those kids in a lie to finish something they started themselves, to destroy something that wasn't even a real threat. An encounter on our planet drove them away, the war could have ended there, but they sought more, they sought to destroy each other.
Al principio no entendí realmente de qué trato la película, luego al verla nuevamente te das cuenta que todo estuvo planeado. La idea era que esos niños en una mentira terminarán algo que ellos mismos comenzaron, que destruyeran algo que ni siquiera era una amenaza real. I liked the ending, I think it would be awesome if they made a sequel to find out what Ender accomplishes. Also, to know the reaction of all the others, not only to learn of the boy's betrayal, but the plans he managed to make after a few days. It is an excellent movie to learn and reflect.
Me gustó el final, creo que sería increíble que hicieran una secuela para saber qué logra Ender. Además, de conocer la reacción de todos los demás, no solo al enterarse de la traición del niño, si no los planes que logró realizar después de unos días. Es una película excelente para aprender, y reflexionar.
