Hola querida comunidad de Hive espero que se encuentren muy bien, hoy les traigo una reseña de una nueva película de Netflix llamada Broken Diamonds.
En esta película tenemos a dos hermanos como protagonistas, el hermano siendo el menor de los dos y la hermana mayor. Después del divorcio y separación de sus padres la chica se queda al cuidado de su padre y el chico al cuidado de su madre.
Ambos crecen y el hermano que para ese momento trabaja en un restaurante decide que su sueño es ser escritor y que para convertir su sueño en realidad debe irse a vivir a París.
Un día recibe una llamada de Cookie la señora que cuidaba de su padre y está le dice que el ha fallecido. El no se lo cree y va hasta un hospital a buscar a su hermana mayor que está recluida allí desde que su padre no pudo cuidar más de ella y también porque tiene un trastorno psicológico, como lo es la esquizofrenia.
Desde ese momento ambos hermanos comienzan a vivir juntos, y es allí cuando todo se vuelve un caos porque la hermana deja de tomar sus medicinas para la esquizofrenia y los síntomas empiezan a ser bastante notorios.
Dice que ella mató a su madre, a su padre, he incluido el, su hermano. No está consiente de lo que hace, huye de la casa de su hermano porque cree que el la quiere lastimar.

El trata de hablar con ella pero ella se desespera y vuelve a huir, el la persigue y casi termina siendo arrollado por un auto. La sigue hasta que ella llega a un puente y se monta para intentar lanzarse.
La verdad me conmovió está historia debido a la enfermedad que ella tiene, que es terrible y va acabando contigo poco a poco hasta llegar a un punto que ya ni te reconoces a ti mismo. Lo digo porque tengo un conocido muy cercano que tiene esquizofrenia pero gracias a dios se mantiene bien debido a las medicinas y a su voluntad de querer tomarselas y saber que con eso y terapia puede estar un poco mejor. De verdad es una enfermedad que no se la deseo a nadie porque te autodestruyes a ti mismo.
Espero que le den una oportunidad, las enfermedades mentales son reales y merecen respeto y tener toda la ayuda de las personas junto con su empatía. Si sufres de alguna enfermedad mental tienes que saber que no estás solo, por favor creelo, hay gente que te ama y tu mereces ser feliz y vivir en paz.

He files a police report and is told that she is staying in a hotel nearby. He decides to go to look for her and when he gets there she is very scared and delirious. She tells him that because of him her father died and her mother died too, including him.
He tries to talk to her but she gets desperate and runs away again, he chases her and almost ends up being hit by a car. He follows her until she reaches a bridge and gets on it to try to jump off.
I was really moved by this story because of the disease she has, which is terrible and gradually destroys you until you reach a point where you don't even recognize yourself. I say this because I have a very close acquaintance who has schizophrenia but thank God he is doing well due to the medicines and his willingness to take them and to know that with that and therapy he can be a little better. I really don't wish it on anyone because you destroy yourself.
I hope they give you a chance, mental illnesses are real and deserve respect and to have all the help from people along with their empathy. If you suffer from any mental illness you need to know that you are not alone, please believe it, there are people who love you and you deserve to be happy and live in peace.
