Aprovechando la visita de mis sobrinos decidimos ver algunas películas animadas que se han estrenado semanas atrás, aproveché la oportunidad de influir en algunas de sus decisiones y ver películas las cuales había leído buenas reseñas, una de esas películas era una que había postergado por algún tiempo el verla, quería verla en el cine, pero todavía con preocupación del Covid-19, decidí que mejor verla en un lugar seguro y junto a mi familia, esa fue la mejor decisión.

Taking advantage of the visit of my nephews we decided to see some animated movies that have been released weeks ago, I took the opportunity to influence some of their decisions and watch movies which I had read good reviews, one of those movies was one that I had postponed for some time to see it, I wanted to see it in the theater, but still with concern of the Covid-19, I decided that better to see it in a safe place and with my family, that was the best decision.
"Raya and the Last Dragon" es un film animado completamente producido y distribuido por Walt Disney Picture, una historia de fantasía, aventura, comedia y acción que relata la historia de la joven Raya en búsqueda de la legendaria dragón llamada Sisu que hace muchos años atrás libero el poder de la gema del dragón para salvar a la antigua nación de Kumandra de los espíritus malvados conocidos como "Los Drunns", esto hizo que no solo está amenaza desapareciera sino que tanto los dragones como la unión de esta gran nación creando una división en todos sus habitantes, esto llevo a luchas entre ellos que terminarían con destruir su única protección y significaría el regreso de los Drunns, tiempo después Raya tendrá la determinación y valentía y responsabilidad para ayudar a las personas que más quiere y salvarlos de tan terrible destino.
"Raya and the Last Dragon" is an animated film fully produced and distributed by Walt Disney Picture, a story of fantasy, adventure, comedy and action that tells the story of the young Raya in search of the legendary dragon named Sisu who many years ago released the power of the dragon's gem to save the ancient nation of Kumandra from the evil spirits known as "The Drunns ", this made not only this threat disappear but also the dragons and the union of this great nation creating a division in all its inhabitants, this led to fights between them that would end up destroying their only protection and would mean the return of the Drunns, time later Raya will have the determination and courage and responsibility to help the people she loves the most and save them from such a terrible fate.
No sé cuántas películas animadas he visto de Disney, creo que muy pocas veces falla en crear excelentes historias y esta vez da un gran paso adelante en cómo está hecha y dirigida está película, la animación y diseño es algo impresionante, desde la primera toma oscura y rápida podemos presenciar el gran trabajo hecho por todas las personas involucradas en este proyecto, la textura de los muchos personajes según el estado en dónde estén, de la flora y fauna, del agua, es algo para resaltar, es una clara evolución de la animación y esto me fuera gustado verla en los cines, hay tomas y muchas escenas que son excelentes, creo que no veía una gran animación desde el film Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse.
la historia es especial, a pesar de las aventuras, momentos cómicos, creo que es un llamado de atención a como nos comportamos como sociedad, un tema fundamental en este film es la confianza, es algo que es muy palpable e Importante en esta historia, todo se basa en eso y de ahí podemos ver otras cosas, cómo es el prejuicio, las creencias, el egoísmo y las verdaderas ganas de ayudar a otros; es un film muy positivo por su mensaje uno el cual a pesar de las muchas diferencias que podemos tener con otras personas, seguramente tenemos los mismos problemas, necesidades y luchas, pero lo mejor es que las batallas no se ganan solos, siempre habrá otros dispuestos a ayudar y estar de nuestro lado.
I don't know how many animated movies I've seen from Disney, I think it rarely fails to create excellent stories and this time it takes a big step forward in how this movie is made and directed, the animation and design is something impressive, from the first dark and fast shot we can witness the great work done by all the people involved in this project, the texture of the many characters depending on the state where they are, the flora and fauna, the water, is something to highlight, it is a clear evolution of the animation and I would like to see it in theaters, there are shots and many scenes that are excellent, I think I did not see a great animation since the film Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse.
the story is special, despite the adventures, comic moments, I think it is a wake up call to how we behave as a society, a fundamental theme in this film is trust, it is something that is very palpable and Important in this story, everything is based on that and from there we can see other things, how is prejudice, beliefs, selfishness and the real desire to help others; It is a very positive film for its message one which despite the many differences we may have with other people, surely we have the same problems, needs and struggles, but the best thing is that the battles are not won alone, there will always be others willing to help and be on our side.
Vi la película en idioma latino y original, disfrute mucho más la versión en inglés y eso es por el trabajo de Awkwafina como "Sisu" y de Kelly Marie Tran como "Raya", ambas actrices hicieron un gran trabajo en el doblaje, tal vez disfrute mucho más el de Awkwafina porque la imagen del dragón y su otro estado es muy parecido a ella y eso le da un plus para reforzar si trabajo, el de Tran es muy bueno, le da una gran confianza y fuerza al personaje, pero en el momento de vulnerabilidad también lo hace bien; nombró a estos dos actrices porque lideran el film, pero los demás son muy buenos en su trabajo, creo que la animación ayuda mucho a qué sea más creíble. Mi personaje favorito es "Tong" interpretado por Benedict Wong, es excelente desde el momento que aparece hasta el final del film, su historia es una de las mejores.
I saw the movie in Latin and original language, I enjoyed the English version much more and that's because of the work of Awkwafina as "Sisu" and Kelly Marie Tran as "Raya", both actresses did a great job in the dubbing, maybe I enjoy much more the one of Awkwafina because the image of the dragon and her other state is very similar to her and that gives her a plus to reinforce if work, the one of Tran is very good, she gives a great confidence and strength to the character, but in the moment of vulnerability she also does it well; I named these two actresses because they lead the film, but the others are very good in their work, I think the animation helps a lot to make it more credible. My favorite character is "Tong" played by Benedict Wong, he is excellent from the moment he appears until the end of the film, his story is one of the best.
Raya and the Last Dragon es uno de los mejores films que he visto en este año y no exagero, su animación es impresionante, una gran evolución de lo que se vio por ejemplo en Moana, la textura de esos personajes y su diseño es parecido a lo visto en este film, pero en este nuevo es mucho mejor; disfrute de esta historia llena de acción, me gustó ver muchas escenas de combate que de seguro pueden mejorar si en algún momento vuelven a crear una historia parecida, pero ver diferentes influencias de las artes marciales en dos de sus personajes me pareció algo muy bien hecho, Raya en el Kung fu y Namaari con el Muay thai, eso fue bueno, pero lo mejor es como dije anteriormente y eso es el tema de la confianza, con esto creo que se le debe dar una gran importancia a este film, la tolerancia, el conocer quien en realidad es tu amigo o enemigo, conocer nuestros problemas y así encontrar juntos respuestas para solucionarlos, eso es lo que me queda de ver esta gran film el cual espero que tenga la oportunidad de verla porque es muy divertida, entretenida, tiene gran animación, muy buenos personajes y mejor historia.
Raya and the Last Dragon is one of the best films I've seen this year and I'm not exaggerating, its animation is impressive, a great evolution of what was seen for example in Moana, the texture of those characters and their design is similar to what was seen in this film, but in this new one is much better; I enjoyed this story full of action, I liked to see many combat scenes that for sure can be improved if at some point they create a similar story again, but to see different influences of martial arts in two of his characters seemed to me something very well done, Raya in Kung fu and Namaari with Muay thai, that was good, but the best is as I said before and that is the theme of trust, with this I think it should be given a great importance to this film, tolerance, knowing who really is your friend or enemy, know our problems and thus find answers together to solve them, that's what I have left to see this great film which I hope you have the opportunity to see it because it is very funny, entertaining, has great animation, very good characters and better story.
