It begins with a brutal murder in which the patriarchs of a family with two adopted orphaned siblings are killed in 1987.
Then the years pass and we come to the present day, when this detective, Naia Thulin along with her partner Mark Hess, discover the body of a young woman brutally murdered and whose hand has been cut off. Next to her was a little toy man made of chestnuts.
So they assign detective Naia Thulin and a detective coming from Bucharest, named Mark Hess. In the beginning, as in all detective movies, there is always a rivalry between the assigned detective and the detective who arrives later to support him.
The killer's goal was to kill those he considered bad mothers, always leaving behind a little man made of chestnuts.
The reason why he did these two things, I will not tell you, I want you to watch the series, because I know you will love it.
Soon the detectives discover that the kidnapping of the daughter of a minister of social affairs, which took place a year ago, could be related to the little chestnut man found at every crime scene, where the victim was always cut up.
For me it has a super interesting plot with a psychological background that keeps the viewer hooked from the first moment. It doesn't have a single moment of boredom and makes us think: "Will the murderer be so-and-so or so-and-so?
I think it is a series that well deserves a second season, because it is addictive, it catches from the first moment, it makes the viewer think. It is a mix between family drama, intrigue, wrapped in an air of suspense in which the protagonist will always be the chestnut man.
If you like marathons of suspense series, I suggest you put this series on the list of things to do and this weekend, make a big bowl of popcorn and enjoy this great thriller.

Comienza con un brutal asesinato donde mueren los patriarcas de una familia que tienen dos hermanitos huérfanos adoptados, en el año 1987.
Pasan los años y llegamos a la actualidad, cuando esta detective, Naia Thulin junto con su compañero Mark Hess, descubren el cadáver de una joven brutalmente asesinada y a quien le han cortado una mano. Junto a ella, había un hombrecito de juguete hecho con castañas.
Entonces asignan a la detective Naia Thulin y a un detective que viene de Bucarest, llamado Mark Hess. Al principio y como en todas las películas detectivescas, siempre existe una rivalidad entre el detective asignado y el detective que llega después para apoyarlo.
El objetivo del asesino era matar a las que él consideraba malas madres, dejando siempre un hombrecito hecho con castañas.
La razón por la que hacía estas dos cosas, no se las diré, quiero que vean la serie, porque sé que les encantará.
Pronto los detectives descubren que el secuestro de la hija de una ministro de asuntos sociales llevado a cabo hacía un año, podría tener relación con el hombrecito de castañas encontrado en cada escena del crimen, donde la víctima siempre era cercenada.
Para mi tiene una trama super interesante con un fondo psicológico que mantiene al espectador enganchado desde el primer momento. No tiene un solo instante de aburrimiento y nos pone a pensar: "¿El asesino será fulano o mengano?
Creo que es una serie que bien merece una segunda temporada, porque es adictiva, atrapa desde el primer momento, pone a pensar al tele espectador. Es una mezcla entre drama familiar, intriga, envuelta en un aire de suspenso en el que el protagonista siempre será el hombre de castañas.
Si te gustan los maratones de series de suspenso, te sugiero que pongas esta serie en la lista de las pendientes por ver y este fin de semana, hagas un gran bowl de cotufas y a disfrutar este estupendo thriller.
