Hi Movie lovers... What movie do you watch nowadays?

To be honest, It was about 10 years ago I watched this movie a long time ago. Recently the song from this movie—you know Hindi movies have a lot of songs, suddenly played automatically on my playlist. That made me want to watch Ek Villain again. A fun fact about Ek Villain movie is adaptation from a South Korea movie entittled I Saw The Devil. That made me curious about the original movie. When I first watched this movie, I didn't know it was an adaptation from south korea movie. After several articles discussed it, I found out and hadn't had the chance to watch the original version until yesterday. I wanted to know how this original version tells the story.

I Saw The Devil vs Ek Villain
In one day I watched two films with the same theme. Of course I watched Ek Villain first, then moved on to the original film titled, I saw the devil.
I will explore both films, how filmmakers from different countries packaged this film and which film is more interesting—at least for me.

| This film opens with a tragic story and is then packed with a back and forth plot that will make you touched and hope that the tragic story was just a dream. The love story of Aisha and Guru is also very interesting and managed to make me cry when watching it. In my opinion long time ago, this is a romantic film with a happy ending, but I was wrong. This film has characters that are interconnected and throughout the film the relationship of each character develops and becomes strong. This is a thriller that will cut your heart. Although there are many songs in this film, it does not interfere with the story and aesthetics of the film at all. This film has become a favorite film that I will watch over and over again when I have free time. And I like the couple Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor, I even made a fan fiction based on this couple. You can read it on wattpad with the same username, only it's in Indonesian hehehehe |

| I Saw The Devil is a typical South Korean thriller and investigation film. This film contains a lot of horror. I even had to skip some scenes because I couldn't stand to watch it. Unlike the film adaptation, this film doesn't show a flashback about how the main character's fiancé fell in love with each other, so I didn't feel a cut in my heart when the fiancé was killed, all I felt was horror and a little bit trauma. Yup, in this film the couple is not married yet but the fiancé is already pregnant so that it further lowers the value of this film for me. |
As a melancholic person, I definitely choose Ek Villain as my favorite movie over I Saw The Devil.

Hi, Halo, Annyeong, welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance. Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
