It's the block party day and Issa has it all going well considering Condola bailed on her last minute. Issa is lucky to have a very focused intern who proves to be very useful. Condola however shows up to the party and is impressed Issa had it all organized even without her. She then breaks the news to Issa that her and Lawrence broke up, reason why she ghosted on Issa.
Issa's friends make it to the party and she's quite surprised to see Molly considering she had denied her help with the party. Tiffany is obviously stressed about being a new mom but she's there to have fun and didn't want to be bothered. All the vendors are present and it seems it's going to be a fun party.
The tension between Molly and Issa cools of when the guest artiste gets on stage and they both dance together. The party comes to an end with Nathan and everyone congratulating Issa. Molly finds out from Andrew that he helped Issa with the guest artiste for the show and Molly fumes. She calls out Issa in front of everyone, both girls exchange words and had a serious altercation that could be the end of their relationship. A false alarm is raised during the girl fight and everyone takes off the party premises. The episode closes with Issa looking sad, staring into a GOOD VIBES sign at the DJ stand.
