Hello community! As a fan of survival shows, I want to start creating these posts dedicated to “Boys II Planet,” a show where a large number of boys go through test after test to achieve one goal: to remain in the debut group. For now, I'm going to give my opinion on the auditions I remember (whether good or bad) and I'll tell you a little bit about my opinion on each one.
Very good performance, but at the moment I think they are better dancers than singers.
___
They are adorable and their voices are quite stable. I think they have a lot of potential.
___
I was very moved by their story. All three are very talented, but I don't really agree with the judges' opinion. I think they deserve more recognition.
This audition was a big surprise for me. They both have pretty good voices and are excellent dancers. There was a small wardrobe malfunction, but they didn't let that distract them. I like this pair as a duo and especially as friends.
___
It was definitely an audition I won't forget. When he said he was from Daegu, it made me think of all the great talents that come from there, but when the audition started, I was really surprised... and I'm sure the judges were too.

I didn't expect them to accept another BL actor this year, but hey, it worked out for them last year. The guy is pretty good, and I'll definitely watch that BL drama when I have time. What I don't understand is what he's doing there, since as far as I know, he's a member of the group WEI.
___
I loved that they sang a song by a girl group and totally rocked it in their own style. They are both very talented, and I hope to see more from them.
___
My favorite was the leader. I hope he lasts a long time on the show and, if possible, makes his debut. Overall, everyone did very well.
___
I don't know how long I can watch Harry on survival shows. Please put him in a calm group already. He's very talented, especially as an incredible dancer, and he has a great presence.
___
This audition really left me speechless. I didn't expect to see Yumeki on a show like this at all, but at the end of the day, it's what he wants, and I think he's working really hard. Honestly, I don't think he's the best singer, but if he keeps practicing like he has been, he could go far. We know he's an excellent dancer and choreographer, and he has great stage presence. If he improves his vocals, he could become a key member of any group.
Hola amigos.
Hello, friends.
I recently watched the Disney movie Lilo & Stitch. This pair is known for their mischief and adventures in the cartoons that have been broadcast on television for several years.
The basis of the story is the family. We know that every family has its own realities. In this case, Nani is trying to take care of Lilo despite the loss of her parents. They receive constant supervision from a social worker. On the other hand, Lilo feels the need to have a good friend, so she meets Stitch, and their adventures and mischief begin.
Un poco de los personajes./A little bit about the characters.
Lilo is a 6-year-old girl who lives with her sister Nani on the island of Hawaii. She has had to be independent in some ways. At the beginning of the film, we see how she goes to the beach and even to her Ula class alone. Lilo is a girl who has no friends, and her classmates at Ula even bully her.
Stitch is 626, an illegal genetic experiment of extraterrestrial origin, blue in color, created by the scientist Jumba, who wants to improve or worsen him, wanting him to be a destructive weapon. That is why the Grand Council decides to send Stitch into exile, but Stitch manages to escape in a spaceship and lands on Earth.

I watched the Lilo and Stitch cartoons a long time ago, so I don't remember all the characters. Jumba, who lives on Earth with Stitch in the cartoons, is a disturbed character in the movie, which makes him a scientist with bad intentions who travels to Earth with Peakley to catch Stitch. In the movie, Nani is physically more sophisticated, and as for Gantu, that character is not present in the movie.

Opinion.
Although the message of this film has to do with family, in this case Nani leaves to study marine biology and Lilo is left in the care of her neighbor Tutu, accompanied by CIA agents Cobra and Peakley to ensure that Stitch is not a threat on Earth. I think this sets the stage for Jumba to become good and Nani to return to be with Lilo and for the family to be complete.
On the other hand, I think it's a pleasant film for the whole family; Lilo and Stitch's antics kept me in suspense, and I think the setting is very beautiful, with everything that is shown of the island of Hawaii.
Hey, community! I'm so happy to be back here. A few days ago, I watched Happy Gilmore 2 (which is available on Netflix) because my partner wanted to see it, so we got right on it. I'll be honest: I didn't see Happy Gilmore, so I came to this sequel without knowing who Happy was, but that didn't stop me from enjoying Happy Gilmore 2 as a comedy with funny moments, some drama, and a protagonist who, although disastrous, has charisma.
The film follows Happy, a man who was once famous in the world of golf but is now going through a pretty dark period in his life. He has a teenage daughter who wants to study dance in Paris, and he, with financial and emotional problems, decides to return to golf to help her. What follows is a mix of tournaments, confrontations with influencers, and many absurd moments that made me laugh. What I liked most was Adam Sandler's performance. I've never been a fan of his, but here he manages to portray a broken man with a good heart who is trying to do the right thing. There are scenes where you can see the emotional wear and tear on the character, and I found that very human. I also liked the relationship with his daughter, played by Sunny Sandler.
Visually, the film is fine. It has some rather exaggerated golf scenes, but that's part of its charm. It's not an elegant or subtle comedy, but it doesn't pretend to be. It's loud, physical, and sometimes a little clumsy. I could tell that it was meant to pay tribute to several golfers who appear in the film, which I really liked.
If you're looking for a lighthearted comedy with an endearing protagonist and don't mind not understanding all the inside jokes, you don't need to have seen the first one to connect with the story, although you'd probably enjoy it more if you did. For me, it was a pleasant surprise, and maybe now I'll be encouraged to watch the original. I hope you enjoyed today's post. For now, I'll say goodbye. Thank you very much for reading, and see you later in another post ❤️

The film begins with a person looking directly at the screen while talking to us about the falseness of the world of cinema and entertainment. He then introduces us to Truman Burbank, the star of the famous series/reality show known as The Truman Show. He tells us that Truman is 100% authentic and that everything we see in this show is completely real. We then see Truman getting ready for a new day, but not before performing his usual routine in front of the bathroom mirror as if it were a dramatic play. His life is ordinary, both at work and at home. However, some strange things begin to happen around him, such as the fall of one of those huge lighting rigs or the reappearance of his supposedly deceased father.

Trama
To be honest, even though I consider myself a big fan of Jim Carrey, I could barely remember seeing this movie even a couple of times in my life. The works he participated in that I have mostly seen and that have become most popular over the last few decades were comedies. In this case, I thought for a while that it was just another comedy film that didn't become very well known... until my frequent contact with the internet in recent years made me change my mind. My perception of The Truman Show has changed quite a bit recently, and I'm not just saying that because of the many edits I've seen on social media platforms like TikTok. But it would never have occurred to me that this film is also considered a science fiction gem.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, what surely many of you reading this would not have thought either is that The Truman Show is a work of science fiction, more specifically of the dystopian subgenre. But as you can see, it is not just any dystopian film about a post-apocalyptic future or anything like that. Rather, it is more of a dystopian vision of reality itself, something that goes beyond a simple futuristic story. That's why the film also has a touch of drama and suspense, more specifically psychological, as it makes us think about complex issues such as the simulation of reality. Of course, it has its comical and romantic touch, as we see the well-known Jim Carrey playing his typical satirical and funny character, although much better constructed than any other role he has played.

To do this, let's go back to the main plot: a person who has lived behind the cameras his entire life, in a show that airs 24/7 and is watched worldwide by millions of people. The curious thing about all this is that Truman Burbank, the star of this show, has no idea that he is being recorded and watched by thousands of cameras in countless locations. His daily life is normal and even predictable, without many changes and with many unfamiliar faces who are there to play their roles. All of this takes place inside a huge dome that has been built on the outskirts of Los Angeles. Everything is going well... until something falls from the sky. Truman picks up the lighting equipment with no idea what it is. But not only that, the next day he finds his father dressed as a beggar.
The strangeness does not end there, but just when Truman recognizes him, two people appear and kidnap the man, taking him away without our protagonist being able to do anything. It is clear that something strange is happening, and while the star of the show thinks about it, he remembers his past when he was in college and met a blue-eyed girl with whom he was instantly attracted. However, this person turns out to be just an "extra", someone who is only there and is not allowed to approach Truman. Nevertheless, this does not prevent them from meeting again and again until they finally escape and, on the beach, she tries to tell him the whole truth until she is taken away at the end. From there, he begins to develop a desire to go to Fiji, supposedly the place where she went.
Throughout the film, we not only see an endless sequence of patterns and events that occur around Truman's life, but we also learn a lot about our star and his dreams of traveling the world and going beyond the small town where he grew up and lived his entire life. We see that from the beginning, he seems restless, nervous about wanting to experience something new or go to the other side of the world. However, he has a problem, a trauma that has tormented him since childhood: the ocean. This is because his father (supposedly) drowned one stormy day when they went fishing. This phobia limits him greatly, since practically half of his surroundings are water. But even so, his desire to escape does not end there.
It's fantastic to see our funny Jim Carrey play a much more complex role than usual. The idea of pretending to be a television star who believes he is living a reality that is actually simulated inside a giant dome is something that would drive more than one person crazy (and I think it affected him too until recently). At first, we see the character acting in a comical yet pleasant way, very much in keeping with Jim's style. But then we see how everything evolves when he begins to see what is happening around him, such as the changes, mistakes, and flaws in this city. They do not allow him to go beyond where he has gone, no matter how hard he tries. For a moment, we even see him behaving like a lunatic, acting frantically and unexpectedly, all in order to see how those around him react and to confirm that everything he knows is not what he believed it to be his whole life.
To a certain extent, we see him falling into one constant barrier after another that limits him from going beyond what he knows and escaping from this nightmare he is living. Thinking that everyone who knows him is behaving in such a predictable way just to please and entertain our star makes Truman realize that everything revolves around him. When we think it's all over with a forced attempt to close an unexpectedly dramatic event, we learn what it's like beyond the screens. Children, men, the elderly, families, neighbors, employees, people from all over the world have The Truman Show as their only means of entertainment. We also meet the man behind it all, Christof.
Honestly, I can't think of another example closer to reality than this film, really. It is now a fact that 99% of humanity is glued to a screen, which makes this late 90s film more of a prophecy come true than just a simple priceless gem of the film world (which it really is). Everything we see on our plasma TVs, computers, or smartphones is an endless list of commercials, shows, movies, and series that keep us entertained 24/7. This is what we see reflected in The Truman Show, with the sequences of the viewers and their reactions to everything I've told you so far and what ends up happening to our big star. Everything they do and everything they devote themselves to is for this great show that completely hypnotizes them.
Truman, on the other hand, is a perfect example of how many people feel about their lives. Sometimes we may think that we are living in a simulated reality, a constant routine, a sequence of events and actions that can become predictable, with few changes and nothing new to report. We may feel trapped in a giant dome that limits our lives and all our dreams and aspirations. The reality we live in may be much crueler than the wonderful life Truman has. But when we think about it differently, we realize that society itself is guided by lies, simulations, performances, and elaborate shows so that the powerful remain at the top and the rest just follow in their footsteps.
Without a doubt, the third and final act of this film is an example to follow for those of us who feel like Truman. Sometimes taking risks may be the best option we have to see change. Sometimes we have to go against the tide, even if it knocks us out of our boat a thousand times. Sometimes we feel suffocated by pressure, obligations, or outside opinions, but as long as we can breathe, we can also raise the sails and continue sailing on this simulated ocean. If we want to reach the top and achieve our dreams, we often have to be unpredictable and spontaneous. I'm not one to talk about these things, but without a doubt, The Truman Show not only entertains but also inspires quite a bit.
Returning to the film, I think the perfect blend of drama, humor, and romance is one of its best features. The script is so well done that from beginning to end, we see how everything connects quite well. From Truman's dream of traveling to Fiji to the way he ends up saying goodbye to everyone before walking through the door. Everything we see in the more than hour and a half of film is a great story of love, drama, lies, and illusions. And speaking of lies, something I found ironic about this film is that at the beginning it talks about the falseness of actors and television commercials, when in the end everything Truman experienced in that dome was a complete simulation. Even the people ended up being actors paid to play a role.
This form of self-contradiction allows us to clearly identify who was wrong and who was right in this film. On the one hand, we have Christof, the creator of the show and director of the entire conglomerate that built all of this. Feeling like the owner of his life, our antagonist does everything possible to prevent the star of his show from escaping what he knows. On the other hand, we have Truman Burbank, the star and the man whom everyone saw being born and growing up. The show's success is thanks to him. But even so, Christof treats him like an object, like a position rather than an ordinary human being. While one pretends to be God, the other does everything to go against the grain and escape at the end of this nightmare called reality that he knows.
The ending is simply majestic. I say this not only because it is symbolically significant, but also because it ends in such an unpredictable, satisfying, and fascinating way that it is difficult to forget. The lesson is clear in this film, so there is no need to recount it from beginning to end and risk spoiling everything just to describe everything I think and feel about this masterpiece. The film itself has everything you need to start watching it and not stop until the end. Without a doubt, it is like a letter to the seventh art, to the best of cinema of the last century. While many of us probably got to know it thanks to Jim Carrey, in the end we stay for its story and how perfectly made it is.
Last but not least, let's talk about the audiovisual aspects of this film. Perfectly produced and with a very precise use of practical effects, music, and photography, it is clear that what we see up to this point is a perfect example of how to make a good film. Despite its age, it looks so good that it stands as a timeless gem. What I like most visually are the camera styles, more specifically the different positions and views they show us. This, together with the television sequences, gives you the feeling of watching a reality show. The advertising scenes we see also give a familiar feeling of watching television from that era. The sound effects are good, but the best thing, without a doubt, is the soundtrack. Especially with the ending, which is simply pure art. This is definitely a movie you have to see at least once in your life.
Personally, I give it a 10/10 rating in terms of the science fiction, drama, and comedy genres.

Dinosaurs in cinema are synonymous with box office success; since 2015, the reboot or relaunch of the Jurassic Park franchise has grossed an excessive amount of money, making it inevitable that more films will be made consecutively. In this seventh film (the fourth in the Jurassic World franchise), Jurassic World Rebirth, the positive impact on audiences is evident, making it the highest-grossing film worldwide in recent months. Unfortunately, the large amount of money it has generated is not synonymous with quality in terms of script, acting, or direction.
This new Jurassic World movie tries to live up to its title of rebirth; the use of a prologue is necessary to situate the viewer in the story and establish the main theme for this new phase of the franchise; This practice by David Koepp, screenwriter not only of this film but also of Jurassic Park, seems appropriate to me because it quickly introduces us to the main characters and their motives in this story, something that is ultimately part of the cliché of this type of film but is necessary. So far, so good, although nothing original, but in my opinion, it was all correct. Now, after that introduction of the group of protagonists, the story becomes a series of repetitions, a production with no depth in its many characters, with unconvincing pasts and motives, which makes them boring and annoying.
The decision to have Gareth Edwards direct should have been a plus for this film; having the director of Monsters (2010) and Godzilla (2014) surely generated expectations among fans of the franchise, but unfortunately, he delivered what I think is his worst work to date. This film offers no epic scenes, no shots that make you feel like you're witnessing the beauty of a wild and dangerous natural world. The action scenes offer nothing of note, there is no tension or suspense, they are poor versions of what we've seen before in the franchise. To that, I add the fakery of the many sets and dinosaurs. It's unfortunate that these creatures look so poorly designed, and with the lack of originality of the final creature, all of that detracts from the production, undoubtedly due to the misuse of CGI, which surprises me, since this film cost $225 million to make.
Regarding the characters in this story, I reiterate the value of the prologue because it provides a necessary introduction and orientation to everything that happened between "Dominion" and "Rebirth," but it also demonstrates the necessary motives that drive the actions of "Zora Bennett," "Dr. Henry Loomis," and "Rupert Friend"; These characters are predictable, which was not a problem at first, but their lack of development and irrelevance makes them the worst protagonists in the franchise. None of their actions or motives are credible; they are completely clichéd and ultimately inconsequential. They lack leadership, are not entertaining, and are, in part, the worst aspect of the film.
Jurassic World Rebirth is not a good film. It is the least exciting of the entire franchise, a production devoid of meaning, as its story makes no sense. It is something we have already seen, and that is one of its biggest problems. I think that by using the term "Rebirth," I expected something new and relevant to be offered, but this is not the case, as it rehashes shots and scenes from other films. It's really not fun to spot so many references, and using nostalgia in this franchise should be prohibited because this second phase within the franchise is still so new. Now, everything described above matters very little because any negative criticism made is overshadowed by the box office success of this film. Even if it doesn't reach $1 billion, the mere fact that it has made more money than films based on comic book characters is another achievement for the dinosaurs, and I am sure that a new sequel will soon be confirmed, which I hope will be worthy of the first film released 32 years ago.
After watching The Woman King, I only asked myself a question. I wondered why I haven’t watched the movie since its release.
Today, I was scrolling through Netflix and found a movie that has gotten so much hype. I only decided to give it a try but I got stuck watching the movie.
The Woman King is a 2022 American historical adventure movie that portrays the lives of the Dahomeys, the Oyo Empire and the Agojie in the 17th to 19th centuries.
After General Nanisca, the leader of all female warriors liberates some women abducted by slavers from the Oyo Empire, King Ghezo got annoyed and prepared for war with the Oyo people.
Gradually, Nanisca began to train new set of women to join the Agojie, (the military regiment of Dahomey kingdom), Nanisca met Nawi, a lady who was given to the King as a gift by her father but decides to be an Agojie because she doesn’t want men in her life.
Along the line, Nawi encounters Malik and they both became friends. One night when she sneaks out with Malik, she learned that the Oyo’s are planning to attack and she ran to General Nanisca to inform her but instead, they both talked about something else.
Nanisca revealed how she got raped many years ago and had a baby and gave her a mark on her left hand.
Surprisingly, that baby was Nawi and they both reunited as mother and daughter.
After a successful attack on the Oyo Empire, Nanisca kills Oba and she was crowned the “Woman King” despite disobeying the King’s order.
I’ve always been interested in knowing what must have transpired between the Oyo Empire and the Dahomey and after watching the movie, this helped to shed more light on the whole issue.
This tells us how important slave trade used to be. It was like the main trade of the Oyo Empire and that’s why they go to smaller villages to wage war against them, abduct their citizens and use them as slaves. What a movie that tells history!
Another thing that makes the movie interesting was the twist of the story. I learned that Agojie’s are not meant to love a man nor have a child but what about Generak Nanisca? Who will ever know that she has given birth to a child? No one!
That’s why sometimes, the rule affects those who make the law or the leaders.
A scene? I’ll never forget the scene that made me cry. I cried when Igozie died. Sometimes, I feel she shouldn’t have tried to save Nawi.
She only went back to save Nawi when she got caught and instead, Igozie herself was shot. Maybe if she didn’t try to help, she must have made it but General Nanisca will feel a forever pain.
For the best actor who has a wonderful performance, I’ll still give it all to Lashana Lynch who played the role of Igozie. I know every other person tried their best including Viola Davis who played the role of General Nanisca. Lashana Lynch really looked like an Agojie. She was a perfect example.
The way she walked, talked and did every other thing felt like a real warrior. Was she ever a warrior or how long has she been training for it? It was so real and if I can give an award, she deserves the best actor in the movie.
How come it was a movie? The fights and wars looked very real. For some moment, I forgot that I was watching a movie. All I had in my head was the Oyo Empire and Dahomey fighting. It was a great watch time.
Because of the realness of this movie, it will have 9.5/10. I’m happy I finally watched it. It’s better than never.
Game of Thrones is a series that stayed in my phone for about a month before I finally decided to watch it. I don’t even know why I kept putting it off. It was probably because I thought the hype was overblown or maybe I just wasn’t ready to commit to a show with so many seasons and such fanbase. But when I started, that hesitation went away.
Okay… this review might contain a little spoiler. So… here’s a spoiler warning.
Game of Thrones starts off in Winterfell. It is the home of the Stark family. Ned Stark is the warden of the North and the head of the Stark family. He follows strict values in a place where those values often result in death. His old friends, King Robert Baratheon who was the king of the seven kingdom, visits and asks him to serve as Hand of the King, Ned reluctantly agrees, pulling him into the poisonous politics of King’s Landing.
Then there are the Lannisters. We have Cersei (the queen, King Robert’s wife), her twin brother Jaime, and Tyrion, the sharp-tongued dwarf who might be the smartest man in the seven kingdoms.
**
Far away across the Narrow Sea, another story is going on. It is the story of Daenerys Targaryen. I love Daenerys, she's so pretty and cool.
She is the last surviving daughter of the king Robert overthrew. She was a timid, powerless girl, sold by her cruel brother Viserys to the fierce Dothraki warlord Khal Drogo in exchange for an army. What started as a forced marriage turns into an unlikely love. She also becomes the Mother of Dragons.
Jon Snow, Ned Stark’s illegitimate son, joins the Night’s Watch. It is a sworn brotherhood responsible for protecting the realm from outside dangers. At first, Jon thinks the greatest danger is the wildlings. He soon discovers the ancient and terrifying White Walkers, dead creatures who aren’t really dead, slowly building an army in the frozen wilderness. While the lords and ladies of the realm argue over crowns, a relentless force of death moves closer.
As the movie continues, Game of Thrones gets more interesting. Betrayals break up alliances. Those who appear destined for greatness fall suddenly. The Stark family is ripped apart by war. Their members are scattered across the realm.
Robb Stark becomes the king in the North. Robb later meets a tragic end at the Red Wedding. Sansa Stark endures cruelty in the hands of Joffrey Baratheon and Ramsay Bolton. Arya Stark changes from that playful young girl to a skilled assassin trained by the Faceless Man. And Brandon Stark, crippled after a fall from a tower, goes beyond the Wall and discovers he possesses abilities that connect him to the past and future of Westeros.
In King’s Landing, Cersei Lannister does ruthless and evil things. Her love for her children was what was driving every decision she made. Tyrion with his wit and intelligence navigates court politics and the rest. He often underestimated by his enemies but always two steps ahead, until betrayal made him to flee for his life. And Jaime Lannister, who was once seen as a dishonourable knight who killed a king, turns out to be one of the most surprising transformations in the movie. Oh right… did I mention, he was sleeping with his twin sister, Cersei and they actually had three kids. Three.
The rise and fall of the Mother of Dragon
Daenerys’s journey is perhaps one of the most interesting part of the movie. She frees slaves, and bring down tyrants, yet power begins to change her. What was once driving her turn into a dangerous sense of destiny. And when she reaches Westeros with her dragons and armies, the fight for the throne begins. Battles start, each one bigger and more interesting than the last.
And yeah, I know many would argue with me when I say Daenerys somehow deserves the end she got. Yeah, yeah, she was hurt, Cersei did a lot of evil of things but I personally think she shouldn’t have let her emotions control her like that. I said this same thing as a comment in someone’s review that I read earlier. She literally got on her dragon and burned the whole of King’s Landing, including children, babies and innocent people. People who were completely unaware of what those ruling them were doing. These people didn’t know that their queen, Cersei killed one of her dragons (who she considers her children). We cannot call them war damage because Daenerys literally started the war with killing them, the innocents. So why did they have to die because Cersei hurt the mother of Dragons? Come on. She really behaved like a tyrant there and yeah, I’m also among those people who thinks she would have become like the mad king, her father.
She burned the whole of King’s landing and almost half of humanity, who does she want to rule over again. And did she really like that fact that people would fear her from then on??
Jon Snow kills her to prevent further destruction, a heartbreaking end to their complicated love and her rise from nothing. No, I don’t support nor like Jon Snow for what he did. He claimed and told Daenerys that he loves her and yet, it was so easy for him to kill her. What I do approve of, is the Dragon burning that Iron Throne. That throne, from the beginning has been the reason for many madness. You’d understand this after watching House of Dragon it is prequel of the movie Game of Thrones
The long night and the final war
But while kingdoms burn and armies clash, the real threat (the White Walkers) advances. The living unites in a desperate bid to survive the Long Night, a battle fought under endless darkness against an enemy that seems unstoppable. The eventual defeat of the Night King (who wanted to erase every single thing, every single memory of living people every existing) is both a relief and a disappointment.
And then comes the final war of the Iron Throne, where Daenerys, driven by grief and a hunger for absolute rule, makes the decision to burn King’s landing, sealing her fate.
Bran Stark is crowned king in the end. This choice feels strange and underwhelming after so many years of buildup. Arya sails west to explore unknown lands, Sansa becomes Queen in the North. Tyrion once again takes up the thankless job of Hand of the King.
The ending and my thoughts
The ending of Game of Thrones is where people have different opinions, some think Daenerys didn't deserve to die, some think she does. The last season felt rushed to me, especially with Daenerys’s downfall. Jon’s ending also felt muted and Bran becoming king was a decision that left many people with questions. Still, despite the somewhat annoying ending, the journey there was one of the most thrilling I’ve ever experienced in television. I almost feel like laughing whenever I think about the month I left it unwatched in my phone. Even though I wish some things had turned out differently, I would love to watch it again. Game of Thrones is more than just a story you just watch.
Hello CineTV. On my way to watch a movie recommend to me by my friend, I came acrossSky Force. As an addict of Hindi movies, I then halted and chose to watch Sky Force but I’m glad it was worth the watch.
And the most amazing thing about the movie is that it is based on a real life story. Sky Force is a 2025 Hindi movie that revolves round the Indo-Paskistani air war which happened in 1965.
The Kashmir conflict happened in 1971 when the Pakistan Airforce launched an attack on the Indian Airforce. To revenge, a Pakistani pilot named Ahmed, was arrested. Then, this brought a revelation to what happened in the 1965 war.
In 1965, Ahuja and his teammate, Tabby were at Adampur Airbase. These two have a great bond because Ahuja sees Tabby as his late brother, Monh who died years ago while Tabby sees him as his mentor.
Then, after an information of the United States strengthening Pakistani with more weapons, Ahuja and Tabby goes to investigate at the risk of their own lives.
Soon after, Pakistan launched an attack on India knowing well that India can’t fly planes at night. Then, India went on an almost impossible mission of destroying star striker planes and the mission was named Sky Force.
While flying back to India, Ahuja noticed that Tabby was missing but the Indian government sees him as a rebellious soldier and didn’t bother finding him until Geeta, Tabby’s wife urged Ahuja to look for her husband.
After interrogating Ahmed, he revealed that he had a fight with a great Indian soldier who dodged two missiles and shot down Ahmed’s aircraft by sacrificing his life as well.
At last, Tabby was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra and remained the only soldier to get that award posthumously.
How this movie influences me
This movie teaches history. I believe so much in movies and there are times when we may want to know what happened in the past. Then, instead of reading which may get boring, we watch it movies and helps us to learn more about it.
The movie, Sky Force has helped me to learn what Kashmir conflict was and I was able to read what resulted into that war.
This movie has helped to add one more history to the list of historical events that I know.
My favorite scene
I actually cried when Tabby was about to die. What really happened? It was a great fight between him and Ahmed. They were both flying their planes while shooting each other from afar and the very moment when Tabby was attacked and instead of dying, he risked his life by crushing Ahmed’s plane just to save India.
This is what happened to soldiers. And when watching it, I wasn’t even thinking about Tabby anymore. I started thinking about soldiers who have lost their lives this way too. They have human feelings and tears rolled down my eyes the moment Tabby brought out the picture of his son.
It was sad. I know I’m emotional but I really cried.
I don’t really dislike anything about the movie but I wish Tabby wasn’t dead. Well, it wouldn’t look real because that kind of crash will definitely lead to death.
I must hail the producers and the video editors. They did a great job with the graphics and I started thinking, is this real? Were they truly flying the plane?
I know movies are make believes but this felt like real. It made me feel like I was in the war.
I’m happy I took the bold step of watching the movie despite not reading any prior review.
It is worth my watch and I would want you to watch it as well.

"The Garden of Words" is a genre of age gap love. It is directed and edited by Makoto Shinkai. it's a tearjerker anime movie so people will find it as a sad story. But in my opinion it's a bittersweet. If you have a thing for forbidden love then you will love this movie. I do like this type of animes which will bring me to tears with their lovely storyline. I feel this anime movie is one of them. You will be bothered with many complicated feelings and this anime will teach you many things about life and society. It was released in 2013 but the animation will shock you, it felt like the anime is ahead of its time because of the beautiful animation. It will make you fall in love with rainy season. Because this anime is all surrounded about the rain. It's a heartfelt story and I think no one will be disappointed through my review.
The story beings with 15 years old Takao, he is a high school student and he has no one to support him but he has a big dream of becoming a shoemaker. He often skips his school because he is busy sketching shoes. He always make sketches in a garden in the middle of Tokyo. One day he meets a mysterious woman at the garden where he sits and that woman is called Yukino, she is 27 years old. Then, without arranging the times they often ends up meeting each other at the same place but only on rainy days. Yukino is a teacher and she had her own reason for coming at this place often because she was being bullied by her students and to cope, she skips work and seeks refuge in the same park. As time passed they strike an unlikely friendship. Both of them are lonely and they found themselves with each other. They deepen their relationship but realized that the age gap is not going to work out.....
This anime is being accused of normalizing grooming because of the age gap between the main characters. But I feel that's not true at all, I think the writer wanted us to relate strongly about the situations felt by normal human beings. Though the movies duration is 46 minutes, but it feels like a long movie. "The Garden of Words" delivers a simple soft love storyline but many would argue that it is taboo. I know I can't change others mind but this movie is beyond everyone's understanding. Only a few can understand the true meaning of this story. I think people should watch this anime movie few more times to understand the depth of it. Trust me this anime will give you an unique experience which is far better than any other animes nowadays.
To be honest when I was in my teenage days I had fallen for someone way too older than me, it happened without me acknowledging the situation. I think it has happended with many of us but we don't have the courage to admit it. That does not mean that I am supporting this kind of things but this actually happens in real life, it's not just a fantasy. Also, anime is not for kids so I think if an adult is watching this then they are enough old to decide for themselves. Everyone should look at the bright side of the anime, there will always be some animes which won't go according to our choices and that's normal. I feel we should normalize to accept unique storylines because I am fed up with the old typical love stories.
This is an incredible anime movie with a profound message! As if you want something in life then you have to fight for it, and if you don't raise your voice. Then being in the background is not going to help you. So, if you really want to accomplish in your life then you should step outside of your comfort zone. Because you gotta decide what you want to do in life. Being scared of what others will say is not going to take you anywhere. I have felt this strong message in the anime but I have seen only few mentioning about it. But I would love to enlighten everyone's knowledge because I know that there's a misunderstanding about this anime movie. I am going to rate this anime 9 out of 10, I didn't give it a 10 because of the ending. I think they could have made it the way audience would want but it went into a different direction which was not expected. Feel free to watch this anime it is one of the sweetest love story I have ever seen.

I just watched Oppenheimer and wow… honestly it’s one of the most intense movies I’ve seen in years. Christopher Nolan directed it and it’s about J. Robert Oppenheimer, the physicist who basically led the making of the atomic bomb in World War II. But it’s not just a science story, there’s politics, personal problems and those kind of moral questions that make you stop and think.
The film is about his early days as a young and curious scientist , who walks his way to lead the manhattan project, this was believed to be a secret mission by the US to build their first nuclear weapon.. You see how smart he was but also how his life just got more tangled. As things moved forward he had to handle pressure from the government, the fear of failing and also the thought of what his work would actually do to the world.
Cillian Murphy plays Oppenheimer and he nails it. Makes him feel like a real person, confident but still not sure about a lot of things. Robert Downey Jr. is in there as Lewis Strauss, and their relationship is complicated to say the least. Emily Blunt plays Kitty, Oppenheimer’s wife, and she has some strong scenes dealing with how much their family had to give up.
One thing I noticed, Nolan keeps switching the timeline around. It jumps from the rise of Oppenheimer to the Manhattan Project’s peak, then to later years where he’s facing the aftermath. It keeps you watching but you have to pay attention or you’ll miss stuff.
The Trinity test scene is probably my favorite part. You can literally feel the tension before the explosion. When it finally happens… the sound, the light, everything, it’s just stuck in my head now.
But what really got me is how the film deals with guilt. After the bomb is used, Oppenheimer can’t shake the thought that maybe he caused more harm than good. That part hit me the most.
It’s a long film, yeah, but I never got bored. The music from Ludwig Göransson fits so well, and the visuals are amazing. Nolan used practical effects instead of just CGI and it really shows.
So yeah, Oppenheimer isn’t just a history movie. It’s about ambition, the cost of knowledge, and living with the choices you make.
A few days ago, the Jubilee of Youth was celebrated in Rome, with the presence of the new Pope Leo XIV, so the expectation of the meeting was focused on how the guests would receive our main church pastor. Fortunately, he was praised and accepted by the pilgrims, so we could say he passed the test!
This reminded me of a movie I had already seen, but I wanted to watch it again because, unlike other opinions, I did commune and I liked the management of the late Pope Francis; I even agreed with the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI when he understood that his strength was no longer optimal to continue being the leader of the Catholic Church.
The first time I saw it, like any Netflix movie, it was promoted solely as advertising and seeking controversy among the already controversial positions of the church, which is always divided into many factions. I don't think it helped much to clean up the church's image, but I let it go because who was I going to tell about it? Today, with a community dedicated to analyzing or recommending these movies, I thought it was pertinent to watch it again to give my opinion.
From the movie, how does it enter your head that a serial killer can be the pope? Well, only Mr. Anthony Hopkins achieves this, and he did it SO WELL that I recommend you watch it just for that 😉. This actor is amazing, still relevant, acting, and still taking us to the most emotional levels, making us forget that it’s acting. I imagine he had to learn Latin, as there are several scenes in the movie where that language is used and he handles it perfectly, but what if it is difficult for a young person to learn something? Imagine how challenging it could be for that actor at his age and to do it so well that his performance is totally believable.
I first researched whether I had seen Jonathan Pryce in any movies before committing the sin of saying I didn’t know him, but he is one of those actors who have "common faces" that feel familiar. Since I recently watched "The Children of Witon" (for Hopkins, of course), he appears there, so I know he is an actor as excellent as his character required.
I assume that portraying the same pope (at that time living) and expecting some type of response from him must have been a very exhaustive and dedicated preparation to not fail in representing his figure, tired but still imposing and relevant. I think he did it excellently.
It's important to highlight that the filler scenes were "true fillers" because there was certainly no need to use other people in the plot; rather, the dialogues were engaging, revealing many things, they were argumentative, and achieved the goal of attempting to approach the realities of the context that surrounded the two controversial popes.Always the Vatican or the retreats of the popes.
Always the Vatican or the summer residences of the supreme pontiffs arouses curiosity, as does the Conclave, which was very well set. On the other hand, the Argentinean aspect of Pinochet, of soccer, of the neighborhood, was perfectly represented to explain some aspects of Pope Francis's life, which is neither tiring nor boring, nor is it filler. Everything is good on that side 💯.
The importance of the papacy I believe that meeting is a supposition of what could have happened between them; however, the movie shows us relevant aspects such as Pope Francis' decision to resign when he was a cardinal, how controversial he was during his priesthood in Argentina, and even the aspect that he could have been a normal married man, but God's designs had prepared something else for him, and he led us in his papacy as he saw fit, and that deserves respect.
As for Pope Benedict XVI, I truly have nothing to say. I think his legacy passed without much recognition or perhaps because he was not Latin, we didn't fully understand his legacy as we perhaps could understand Francis. Mind you, I don't mean to say that I didn't appreciate him or anything like that; I am one who believes that the value of obedience is necessary when one belongs to a religion, so I respect my spiritual leaders.
Now, perhaps for Pope Francis, that Latin American heritage worked against him, with the decisions he made because we are passionate like that, but I believe he also did the best he could, because churches definitely need to regain followers, not drive them to other religions due to ancient precepts like the celibacy of priests or communion for divorced people.
These are very sensitive topics addressed in the film, as well as forgiveness and mercy, the scandals of the church, and the vision of where Catholic followers should walk now. Therefore, we should watch it with objective eyes and not let ourselves be enveloped by our passions.
It's a movie I recommend if you like this genre and can watch it without fanaticism.
