   Hi guys. How are you all? Hope you are doing very well, friends, recently there are many action movies released in Hollywood industry, some of them have received very good response from the audience, I have seen many movies in Hollywood industry recently, I have shared them with you, and there are many movies which I have not seen yet, but I want to watch those movies, because of time, I will watch one movie today and I thought about that movie among friends. I will share some things.

   The movie is shown in the beginning, it is raining early in the morning, a man is sitting inside a car, several people are sitting outside a company waiting for someone, that man gets out of the car, that is the main character of this movie, that is the hero of this movie. He is the manager of this project. Meanwhile, everyone joins and discusses with the above officials about the work. Two people start misbehaving with a laborer, then the hero comes and obeys them, but listens to his prohibition. No, as soon as the hero attacks them. This is how the movie starts, the director has presented it very nicely in the beginning, you will like it from the beginning. It started very naively.

   Since it is an action movie, it is natural that there will be action in this movie. The director presented his story beautifully, and it worked differently for me from beginning to end. Because Jason Statham acts mostly in action movies, the quality of his movies is much better.

   You will get the real fun of the movie from the time you watch the first 15-20 minutes of this movie, and you will understand the main story of this movie from when you start enjoying this movie. I especially like the ending of this movie. The kind of action scene shown at the finish is amazing.

   Have you ever watched a movie that made you question your intelligence, and not in a positive way? I just saw the movie "A Working Man" and it really made me doubt my intellect. At first, I thought it was because I wasn't fully focused on the film, as I was simultaneously working on a crochet project, so I decided to watch it again and I wasn't wrong to doubt it initially.

   Levon Cade (Jason Statham) left behind a distinguished career to live a simple life working in construction. When his boss's daughter is kidnapped by human traffickers, his search to bring her home uncovers a deeper and more widespread corruption than he ever imagined.

   Now, he must navigate the tangled web of corruption to rescue his boss's daughter and make it back safely to his own daughter; completely on his own.

   This action thriller, directed by David Ayer, has a runtime of 1 hour and 56 minutes. Released on March 28, 2025, the film features a cast of seasoned actors including Jason Statham, Arianna Rivas, Michael Peña, Eve Mauro and Noemí González.

   My Opinion.

   I found the beginning of the film to be noticeably lackluster and devoid of energy. Despite being an action movie, the initial scenes were surprisingly dull, with little to join actual action taking place. This absence of dynamic sequence created a slow and uninspiring start that led to a lack of anticipation for what was to come. Instead of the excitement typically expected from the genre, the beginning felt flat. I found myself rethinking my decision to watch this film in the first place.

   However, it wasn't until the latter part of the film that the true action element finally came to the forefront. Levon Cade fully embraced his military background, launching into an intense mode of combat, dismantling anyone and anything that obstructed his path. While these sequences delivered some adrenaline rush and intensity, judging by Jason Statham's previous performances in similar roles, his portrayal here felt like 'bare minimum'. It lacked the remarkable energy and charisma that Statham is known for. This resulted in a performance that, while competent, did not particularly stand out.

   Jason Statham as Levon Cade, delivered a satisfactory performance, however, the supporting cast's performances felt forced and lacked authenticity. It felt as if they were not given sufficient time to fully embody their roles. This was particularly evident with the actors playing the abductors of Levon's boss's daughter. While they attempted to project a tough and menacing presence, their performance leaned more towards delivering dialogue than convincingly portraying the intensity expected of such antagonists. Their uneven performances disrupted the flow of the film, and every time they appeared on screen, I was put off.

   The plot of the movie was highly predictable, adhering to the familiar tropes of an ex-military man returning to action due to unforeseen circumstances. The storyline followed the conventional trajectory, making it easy for anyone with a basic sense of narrative structure to anticipate the outcome from the very beginning. This predictability led to a lack of depth and complexity, offering little in terms of surprising twists.

   Additionally, the film suffered from irregular pacing with unevenly spaced scenes that disrupted the flow of the narrative.

   As evident from my review, I did not find this movie particularly thrilling or engaging. Do I regret spending just a few minutes under two hours watching it? Absolutely. However, I endureed it so that you don't have to.

   That said, if you're looking for a basic, straightforward action thriller film with familiar tropes and a predictable plot, this film may serve that purpose. Just do not expect too much depth or intensity as this movie was as straightforward as it could be.

   I would rate the movie a 5/10 ; half of the score reflecting a competent and okay film, and the other half reserved for all the wasted and underused potentials.

   For starters the chief writer on this film was none other that Sylvester Stallone and well, I didn't know that until after the movie was done but now, it seems so evident that someone like him would have been involved in the creation of this.

   Statham films are dependable and amusing, often unintentionally so but this one seems to exaggerate his usual character that he plays in every single film that he is in. I love that after all of these years Jason has made absolutely zero effort to adapt his accent to every new place that he happens to live in the world, namely the fact that most of his films he is a US citizen but somehow manages to hang on to his Cockney accent.

   If Statham is in a movie, he is going to be a brooding bad ass type of person that has a "very specific set of skills" but he tries to keep these skills a secret until he is forced to reveal his true colors because of some outside force.

   He might be a mechanic that just wants to live out his days in peace, or a retired police officer that doesn't actually want to be involved in Death Races but just happens to excel at it, or maybe he is just a bee farmer who once again, just wants to be left alone but if you poke the bear enough, he is going to come and get you.

   In A Working Man Jason is, you guessed it, a man who works! He has a construction job and he is very good at it. He is admired by his coworkers and lives a simple life all the while keeping it a secret that he is special forces or something and can beat the hell out of 10 men at once no problem.

   Of course we need more character development than that so he also has an estranged relationship with family members and a small child that he treats like a little princess and tries very hard to prevent her from figuring out what daddy is actually like.

   It's like Stallone had a checklist and got through every major one of them and said, "ok, now lets get some cliche one-liners in there and some kicking and explosions."

   He gets wrapped up in some sort of kidnapping of a friend's daughter and he quietly goes about solving this on his own. At this point I was wondering around my house doing other stuff so the real story here isn't very well-known to me but trust me, you are not missing out on anything by not really knowing all the players in the game.

   The actors that are playing the baddies are mostly terrible actors and actresses who deliver their lines in just cringe fashion with a lot of unnecessary swearing and this is most likely because Sly Stallone has a vocabulary consisting of about 900 words and he did the best he could with it.

   But at some point we need to have some absolutely wild armaments brought into the picture and who better to be the supplier of these things than an extremely well connected ex-soldier who is now blind.

   I mean why wouldn't a blind guy be completely capable of gun running?

   We also have very silly villains who operate out of completely ridiculous clubs and have a hierarchy that consists of "if you can beat up everyone in this room, we will do business with you!" And of course Jason has no issue completing this request.

   At one point Statham walks into a biker bar and meets the leader who sits on a throne made of motorcycle parts. ooof, that is just perfect.

   This film is so campy and stupid that it kind of makes me angry that things like this are so guaranteed to make money. This $40 million project ended up making $100 million at the box office and probably more than that once streaming revenue is calculated in.

   This is why we cannot have nice things. Trash like this makes a windfall and in the meantime good films are just passed over and often never even make it into the cinemas. I guess this is just the world we live in now.

   Should I watch it?

   This movie is exactly the same as every other Jason Statham movie that has ever been made so there really isn't much reason to do so.

   I would love to see Statham perhaps prove to us that he actually can act but much like Adam Sandler, The Rock, and John Cena, there is no financial incentive for them to do so. Just like Mark Hammill drunkenly pronounced at a Star Wars presser, "It doesn't matter if it is any good, it only matters if it makes money."

   Well this and nearly the entire filmography of Statham has made money, all while never even trying to do anything original.

   Jason Statham is probably the Hollywood actor who best knows how to use martial arts and therefore carry an action movie and in this film he demonstrates it to perfection. The vast majority of his films are of this style: fights, pure and hard action, collecting revenge, eliminating anyone who gets in his way, and all this thanks to Statham's ability. A Working Man is an extremely flat and linear story in the sense that we all know what is going to happen but incredibly entertaining and rewarding to watch, and who doesn't like to see how a well done revenge is carried out?

   Jason Statham es probablemente el actor de Hollywood que mejor sabe usar las artes marciales y por tanto llevar una película de acción y en este film lo demuestra a la perfección. La gran mayoría de sus películas son de este estilo: peleas, acción pura y dura, cobrar venganza, eliminar a todo aquel que se ponga en su camino, y todo esto gracias a la capacidad de Statham. A Working Man es una historia sumamente plana y lineal en el sentido de que todos sabemos que va a pasar pero increíblemente entretenida y gratificante de ver, y es que a quien no le gusta ver como se lleva a cabo una venganza bien hecha?

   Levon (Jason Statham) is a retired military man, a tough-as-nails ex-Marine who is trying to straighten out his life and leave behind those days of violence and brutality he was used to living through. He works in real estate with a loving family who cares about him. One of the reasons for Levon's change is to try to be a better father, his background is not the best so at all costs he is fighting against himself to be able to fulfill his daughter Merry. All that transformation disappears the moment Jenny (Arianna Rivas) is kidnapped in a nightclub. Having promised to protect her, Levon takes this very seriously and goes back to his old ways.

   El detalle es que cuando comienza a adentrarse con las personas que se llevaron a Jenny se da cuenta que hay una red de corrupción muy grande que involucra a personas de mucho poder y peligrosas, una red criminal conformada por la mafia rusa. Sabiendo esto a Levon no le queda otra alternativa que seguir hacia adelante, es un tipo que no le tiene miedo a nada ya que confía plenamente en sus habilidades, como se podrán imaginar es una máquina de matar. A partir de acá inicia la verdadera trama, veremos como empieza a rastrear uno a uno a los involucrados haciéndolos pagar en caso de que sea necesario y si, siempre es necesario.

   As I said, the plot doesn't offer many surprises but it's pleasant to see someone with the skills and equipment to carry out a rescue at the same time he's mowing down everyone. Statham is a genius for these plots, the fight and shooting scenes are spectacular, the ease and lightness with which he carries them out is impressive. It's one of those movies in which the time passes quickly because they are very entertaining, there's no way you'll get bored watching this. Now, is it unrealistic? - Of course, if it wasn't, it would be the worst movie in the world. People have to understand that this is fiction and that in reality it is simply impossible for a person to kill half of the Russian mafia.

   Como dije la trama no ofrece muchas sorpresas pero es placentero ver a alguien tener capacidades y equipo para llevar a cabo un rescate al mismo tiempo que acribilla a todo el mundo. Statham es un genio para estas tramas, las escenas de peleas y disparos son espectaculares, la soltura y ligereza con que las lleva a cabo es impresionante. Es de esas películas en el que el tiempo se te pasa rápido porque son muy entretenidas, no hay manera de que aburras viendo esto. Ahora, es poco realista? - pues claro y es que si no lo fuera sería la peor pelicula del mundo. La gente tiene que entender que esto es ficción y que en la realidad que una persona le dé de baja a media mafia rusa es simplemente imposible.

   The film as expected is very violent, full of gore, blood, broken bones and so on. All this helps to make it more eye-catching, a film of this nature has to be like this because otherwise it would not stick. As for the performances, obviously we will not see anything worthy of an Oscar, Statham does what he knows how to do and does it perfectly, we should not ask for more. The rest of the cast is pretty average, we see David Harbour but his role is more that of a mentor/friend, he doesn't really get into the action. Little else to say, the film is very fast-paced, there are always things going on which keeps your attention.

   La película como es de esperarse es muy violenta, llena de gore, sangre, huesos rotos y un largo etc. Todo esto ayuda a que sea más vistosa, un film de esta naturaleza tiene que ser así porque sino no pegaría. En cuanto a las actuaciones pues obviamente no veremos nada digno de un Oscar, Statham hace lo que sabe hacer y lo hace perfecto, no hay que pedirle más. El resto del cast bastante promedio la verdad, por ahí vemos a David Harbour pero su papel es más el de un mentor/amigo, no se mete de lleno en la acción. Poco más que decir, el film es muy trepidante, siempre están pasando cosas lo que hace que la atención no se pierda.

   Do I recommend it? - Without a doubt. If you like the action genre at its best with a great revenge added to it, this is the best option to watch. I give it an 8/10 because it's the movie I expected it to be, simple as that. It's just under two hours long, here's the trailer below.

   Lo recomiendo? - sin dudas. Si les gusta el género de acción en su máxima expresión con una gran venganza añadida pues esta es la mejor opción para ver. Le doy un 8/10 porque es la película que esperaba que fuera, así de simple. Dura poco menos de dos horas, les dejo el tráiler por acá abajo.

   We have Levon, a man who, as I mentioned before, was in the Marines. His duties focused on undercover missions, but at some point, he left that life behind to dedicate himself to something simpler.

   Now he begins to live a working-class life, also to protect his daughter, since he is a single father due to the suicide of his wife. But continuing with the story, all this is interrupted one day when some men decide to kidnap his boss's daughter. His boss asks Levon for help in rescuing his daughter, and that's how this rescue mission begins.

   Tenemos a Levon un hombre que como mencioné anteriormente estuvo en los Marines, sus labores se enfocaban en ir a misiones encubiertos pero en cierto punto dejó esa vida atrás para ahora dedicarse a algo más sencillo.

   Ahora empieza a llevar una vida de obrero también para proteger a su hija, ya que este es padre soltero debido a que su esposa se suicido. Pero continuando con la historia, todo esto se ve interrumpiendo un día que unos hombres deciden secuestrar a la hija de su jefe y este mismo le pide ayuda a Levon para rescatar a su hija y así es como empieza en esta misión de rescate.

   One thing I won't lie to you is that it's a predictable film, which sticks to its theme and doesn't have any shocking plot twists. It also touches on themes like the mafia, corruption, and human trafficking. I should mention that these topics aren't explored in much depth because we realize the focus of this film is on action. However, it's fine for entertainment.

   Something I really liked was Jason's performance. I've seen him joke around a lot and have relaxed scenes in other action movies, but this one involves much more of a serious approach. It's ideal for those looking for a more serious movie.

   Algo que no les mentiré es que es una película predecible, que se mantiene en su línea y no hay giros de tramas impactantes pero también toca temas como las mafias, la corrupción y la trata de personas, aunque debo mencionar que en estos temas no se logra profundizar mucho porque nos damos cuenta que en el enfoque en esta película es la acción. Sin embargo para entretener está okay.

   Algo que me ha parecido muy bien es la actuación de Jason, ya que en otras películas de acción lo he visto bromear mucho y tener escenas relajadas pero en esta se involucra mucho más la seriedad del actor, es ideal para esas personas que buscan este enfoque serio.

   This new installment is known as Flawless Rescue, which was a great surprise and how something so simple that can happen in real life can happen to a dangerous situation and it will be a suspense to find the truth, so this time we will see one of the best actors when it comes to this genre, which will take the role of having to rescue a young girl who was kidnapped, where the lives of people will be at stake, in knowing who to trust and see how a world where there are bad people who are willing to harm, therefore, it will be a great adventure and we wonder if they can rescue the girl? , Will she have support, what will the plan be like, and many other things that are of great importance.

   Siempre vamos a estar buscando nuevas películas para disfrutar y ver las sorpresas de los directores y así poder seguir creciendo en ese mundo, además, últimamente, las películas de acción que han sacado cada una cuenta con algo que permite que sea de gran nivel. Más allá de eso hace poco se estrenó una que combina acción y suspenso, la cual será todo una gran experiencia en casi las dos horas de películas, como también nos llevará a ver cómo un padre siempre dará lo mejor y luchará hasta el final para así poder proteger a sus hijos y de esa manera estar toda la familia junta.

   Esta nueva entrega es conocida como Rescate implacable, la cual fue una gran sorpresa y como algo tan sencillo que puede ocurrir en la vida real puede pasar a una situación de peligro y será todo un suspenso poder encontrar la verdad, por eso esta vez veremos a uno de los mejores actores cuando se trata de este género, la cual tomará el papel de tener que rescatar a una pequeña joven que fue secuestrada, donde estará en juego la vida de las personas, en saber en quién confiar y ver cómo un mundo donde existen personas mala que están dispuestas a cuásar daño, por lo tanto, será todo una gran aventura y nos preguntamos ¿Podrán rescatar a la joven?, ¿Contará con apoyo?, ¿Cómo será el plan? y muchas otras cosas que son de gran importancia.

Más allá de eso, la película tiene un buen ritmo y lo mejor es que todo va saliendo mediante dicho plan y como un montón de personas están relacionadas y de esa manera se nota que a veces las apariencias engañan y es aquí donde dicho actor no cree en nadie y va eliminando a todos.

   Una película sencilla, pero entretenida, ya que cumplen con cada una de las especificaciones y siempre será una gran trama y ese mundo de corruptos y tráfico de personas es un tema muy delicado, por ende lograron darle un buen ritmo y giro a toda la película que a la final se vuelve perfecta para todos, destacando buenos valores como el trabajo en equipo, la solidaridad y todo padre siempre dará lo mejor de ellos.    Welcome my dear travelers retired from the Internet and thank you very much for having made one for temporary in my post, something that I enjoy see sporadic are the action tape with an extremely simple premise but that replace their narrative lack with not a few unbridled sequences loaded with blood, violence and shots, that is exactly what I expected to see when I saw the cover of the film “A working man" starring the remarkable actor Jason Statham.    Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros retirados del internet y muchas gracias por haber hecho una para temporal en mi post, algo que disfruto ver de forma esporádica son las cinta de acción con una premisa sumamente simple pero que sustituyan su carencia narrativa con no pocas secuencias desenfrenadas cargadas de sangre, violencia y disparos, eso es exactamente lo que esperaba ver cuando vi la portada del filme “A working man” protagonizada por el destacable actor Jason Statham. Sin más que agregar prepárense para iniciar una misión de rescate pues estamos por comenzar.

   A working man was released this year, it is based on the novel “Levon's Trade” by Chuck Dixon published in 2014, directed by David yesterday, produced by Black Bear Pictures, Cedar Park Entertainment, among others, has a duration of 1 hour and 56 minutes. It is an action and suspense film, the story focuses on Levon Cade a former military who leaves the weapons to devote himself to construction, this is close to the Garcia family who are in turn his bosses, however, a misfortune to gather the family when the only daughter of these is kidnapped without leaving any trace, due to despair they ask Levon for help who had his doubts because he did not want to return to blood and However, seeing how devastated the family that held out his hand decides to take action on the matter regardless of anyone who puts himself on his way.

   A working man fue estrenada este año, se basa en la novela “Levon's Trade” de Chuck Dixon publicada en 2014, dirigida por David Ayer, producida por Black Bear Pictures, Cedar Park Entertainment, entre otros, cuenta con una duración de 1 hora y 56 minutos. Es un filme de acción y suspenso, la historia enfoca a Levon Cade un ex militar que dejo las armas para dedicarse a la construcción, este es cercano a la familia García que son a su vez sus jefes, no obstante, una desgracia asola a la familia cuando la única hija de estos es secuestrada sin dejar ninguna clase de rastro, debido a la desesperación estos le piden ayuda a Levon el cual tuvo sus dudas debido a que no quería regresar a la sangre y la violencia, sin embargo, al ver lo devastada que estaba la familia que le tendió la mano decide tomar cartas en el asunto sin importar quien se ponga en su camino.

   The soundtrack is pleasant, it imbues the various scenes of action of a mantle that makes them much more epic, the above makes the moments of confrontation feel much more intense and exquisite.

   La banda sonora es agradable, esta imbuye a las diversas escenas de acción de un manto que las hace mucho más épicas, lo anterior hace que los momentos de confrontación se sientan mucho más intensos y exquisitos.

   The construction of the world is fine within what fits, it focuses solely on showing a criminal underworld which is plagued by all kinds of delectable beings and murky businesses, if there is something that must be highlighted, it is the halo of discretion that is established to this illegal atmosphere because at all times it is sought to maintain a low profile very well achieved, in this way, that feeling of “realism” is achieved when trying to stay out of the radar of the authorities (although it feels a bit unreal for all the disaster that is done on not few occasions, it is still forgiven) the matter is that this is given by this.

   La construcción de mundo está bien dentro de lo que cabe, este se centra únicamente en mostrar un submundo criminal el cual se encuentra plagado de toda clase de seres deleznables y negocios turbios, si hay algo que se debe destacar es el halo de discreción que se le establece a dicha ambientación ilegal debido a que en todo momento se busca mantener un bajo perfil muy bien logrado, de esta forma, se consigue esa sensación de “realismo” al tratar de mantenerse fuera del radar de las autoridades (Aunque se siente un poco irreal por todo el desastre que se hace en no pocas ocasiones, igual se le perdona) el asunto es que esto le da algo de credibilidad a la ambientación.

   The plot follows a very marked pattern of this type of films, the tape is loaded with testosterone, violence, blood and teeth flying, that is a fairly complete summary of what the film has to offer. Narratively it is a joke and that is fine, it is a film that does not seek to be deep or have any complex message, its only purpose is to show insane lead quantities, broken bones, stabbing, blood, and, in general, an abundant amount of the most exquisite violence in the best style of Jason Statham; Because there is always a confrontation or tension moment on the screen the movie is never bored and its almost 2 hours are easy to digest.

   La trama sigue un patrón muy marcado de este tipo de filmes, la cinta se encuentra cargada de testosterona, violencia, sangre y dientes volando, ese es un resumen bastante completo de lo que tiene la película para ofrecer. Narrativamente es un chiste y eso está bien, es un filme que no busca ser profundo ni tener ninguna clase de mensaje complejo, su único propósito consiste en mostrar cantidades insanas de plomo, huesos rotos, apuñalamientos, sangre, y, en general, una cantidad abundante de la violencia más exquisita al mejor estilo de Jason Statham; debido a que siempre existe una confrontación o momento de tensión en la pantalla la película nunca se hace aburrida y sus casi 2 horas de duración son fáciles de digerir.

   There is not much to highlight from this section, in the typical ultraviolence films this is usually the most forgotten section and this is no exception, the most that can be highlighted is the conflict of the protagonist because it is imposed to him so that he can see his daughter and the few consequences that his actions have, however, this does not do a character rescued in any way to right and left. The rest of the characters are quite forgettable in general, this includes both secondary and antagonists.

   No hay mucho que destacar de este apartado, en los típicos filmes de ultraviolencia este suele ser el apartado más olvidado y este no es la excepción, lo más que se puede destacar es el conflicto del protagonista debido a que se le imponen trabas para que pueda ver a su hija y a las pocas consecuencias que tienen sus acciones, sin embargo, esto no lo hace un personaje rescatable de ninguna forma, siendo lo mejor del personaje los momentos cuando suelta puñetazos y plomo a diestra y siniestra. El resto de personajes son bastante olvidables en general, esto incluye tanto a los secundarios como a los antagonistas.

   
   

   

   It is the typical film that should be seen if you need if you need something absolutely violent, simple and entertaining by the various sequences of action it possesses, beyond what I just mentioned there is not much more that the film offers although it does not need either. It is for all the above that it deserves 2.5 stars of 7, it is extremely simple in its concept but its style on substance is taken in a good way to the point that despite its notorious shortcomings it continues to be entertaining and enjoyable, it is the ideal type of film for those people who want to see a guy kicking rear rear.

   A working man es el típico filme que se debe ver si se tiene necesidad por algo absolutamente violento, simple y entretenido por las diversas secuencias de acción que posee, fuera de lo que acabo de mencionar no hay mucho más que ofrezca el filme aunque tampoco le hace falta. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 2.5 estrellas de 7, es sumamente sencilla en su concepto pero su estilo sobre sustancia es llevado de buena forma al punto de que pese a sus notorias carencias siga resultando entretenida y disfrutable, es el tipo de filme ideal para aquellas personas que quieran ver a un tipo pateando traseros sin descanso.

   This movie takes some typical action thriller clichés such as kidnapping, trafficking, Russian mafia and an ex-soldier returning to the battlefield.

   The opening credits sequence explains without much ado who Levon was and as the film begins, it is understood that he is an ex-soldier who just wants to have a normal life.

   We see that he is not having an easy time due to the fact that he lost his wife, suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and his father-in-law doesn't consider him fit to take care of little Merry.

   Levon is a man who by the vagaries of fate returns to combat when he has to rescue Jenny after she is kidnapped.

   The film focuses a lot on suspense and intrigue in the beginning and the action then picks up as Levon must use the force to take on his opponents.

   The film doesn't give much information about the Russian mafia and only drops a couple of hints that it is a powerful organization. Something that presents a big challenge for Levon and may offer something very fascinating to explore.

   The script certainly isn't excellent, but that's made up for with the action scenes. Some are very brief, but most are promising.

   The action is what matters most, and it's what makes a Jason Statham movie worthwhile. Here you can tell that Stallone has decided to pass the mantle to Statham and it's something that was foreseen since they worked together on The Expendables.

   This film might not have worked without Jason Statham, so it is he who saves the film in the same way he did with The Meg.

   The cast also includes Arianna Rivas as the kidnapped girl, who is not bad, I hope to see her soon in other productions; Isla Gie, who plays Jason Statham's daughter and to whom, miraculously, the bad guys do nothing; and very brief but grateful are the presences of David Harbour and Michael Peña.
