   As ​​I said at the beginning, the story is captivating. Each chapter leaves you wanting to see what happens next. Furthermore, the character interactions, their backstories, and their personalities flowed very well. Every action scene (very well done, I must add), every joke, and every moment of political tension contributes something valuable to the plot's structure, which you will undoubtedly enjoy throughout. I must also mention that the story is well-constructed, particularly in how it presents the world, all the elements that come together within it, and how they interact. The explanations of the powers, the energy mechanics, and other objects are well-understood, so getting lost in their role in the story is not an option. The magic system is coherent and fascinating.

   Como dije al principio, la historia es atrapante, cada capitulo te deja con ganas de ver que más pasará, aunado que, las interacciones de los personajes, sus historias, sus personalidades fluían muy bien, cada escena de acción (muy bien hechas debo acotar) cada chiste y cada momento de tensión política aporta algo valioso al "organismo" de la trama y que sin duda disfrutarás en todo momento. También debo mencionar que la historia se encuentra bien construida, con el tema de cómo nos presenta ese mundo, todos los elementos que conjugan en él y como interactúan unos con otros, es decir, la explicación de los poderes, el tema de la energía y demás objetos son bien entendidos, por lo que perderte en el papel que tienen en la historia no es válido; el sistema de magia es coherente y fascinante.

   Es una serie que logra lo que pocas: mantener un equilibrio casi perfecto entre una trama oscura de magia prohibida y un humor genuino que aligerar la carga, agregando que los efectos visuales, uffs, son impresionantes; la química entre sus protagonistas es hermosa, se nota el cariño en ambos y que los personajes secundarios tienen su buena puesta en escena y desarrollos notables, en pocas palabras, no solo son rellenos, tienen su peso en la historia. Lo que, si puede ser un poco tediosos al inicio, es el aprenderte los nombres de la familia, quien es quien y así sucesivamente, pero no te preocupes, si lograrás entender todo y aprender; ah tampoco puede que te gusté el final de esta primera parte, no obstante, a mi me encantó como encajaron todo ello con la segunda parte, que también me encantó, no sé porque hubo quejas en ellas, si tiene buena continuidad, aun así, no entraré mucho en contexto ya que lo dejaré para otro día.

3. ›My Thoughts After "𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐎𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬" Last Episode [ENG/ESP]@merit.ahama1243d

   If there was a way I could have unseen a series only to see it again, this would have been among the first series I'll do that for. It was just so what I wanted to see in the Korean movie industry and they didn't fail to bring it in a full package and longer episode that got me on my toes till the end.

   I finally decided to see the series a few weeks after the series aired the last episode. They had released the first season last year and asked their viewers to wait for some months before the last season released, people got impatient but had to wait. Well, I wasn't among them as I simply can't bear with such suspense.

   To be honest, all I saw in this series were a lot more than I had expected in a Korean drama series even after I listen and read reviews on how amazingly different this series is from the very first episode. I didn't feel any reluctancy to see the drama when I learnt that the whole episodes were out and that led me right to the end of the drama without taking much breaks.

   Surprisingly and so gratefully, my younger brother saw the drama with me. He got so interested in it after he saw a scene accidently with me lol. Our excitement and haste to get to the end of the series is still very fresh in my head, my brother's excitement was more though and I got to feel the series even more when he joined to see it with me.

   There's absolutely no way I'm going to have any spoilers for this series

   Everything was done to a great level for me especially those scenes where the "alchemy of souls" takes place... How were they able to pull that off? I simply love that and I bet a lot of others who have seen the drama does. No need to beat around the bush, I'd like to share my thoughts about the drama with a few of the characters I adore in the drama.

   This is what happens when those in charge of a drama know exactly the characters to use for a role, you'll find these amazing characters Jang Uk (Lee Jae-Wook) and Mu Deok-i (Jung So-Min) playing their role in what seem like a perfect way for me. The male character acting skill can't be measured with the others in the drama as he didn't stick to only a few roles, his role in the second episode is still very memorable in my head. My Deok-i dying and being resurrected to become her old self is also a good addition to the drama.

   How they make use of the alchemy of souls in the drama definitely earned the drama the title as it is the root of all the problems that were faced in the drama and also the solution for many. Fighting the bad guys after he was killed by his love, Jang Uk definitely took us on a healthy suspense ride with his new self in season two.

   The second lead girl in the season two also gave another bright side to the drama, especially with her trying to free herself from her mother who is bent on locking her in with marriage. The scenes that follows was filled with Jang Uk being her hero and she finding out that she had actually killed him before she lost her memories.

   I'm choosing not to share the details of the drama so you could go see it yourself, it's a mystery and suspense filled drama that you'd enjoy.

   For my most favourite supporting character Go Won (Seung-Ho Shin) I can't give my thoughts on this drama without mentioning this character. He's a Crown Prince who's definitely going to be justified for any evil he does but he didn't do any of that. From the beginning, he has been a great support to the main character who happened to be someone who was supposed to be in his position as the upcoming king. Jealousy in such a storyline is inevitable but this Prince wasn't given that role and I love the drama for that.

   There was almost nothing predictable in the drama

   The comedy in the drama is something of worthy note as anyone would totally understand if every scene took a serious tone since the storyline implies that. But they didn't fail in that aspect one bit, I laughed in a lot of scenes and that would be thanks to the lead girl, the crown prince and the leader of Soogrim lol... You'll have to see the drama to know what exactly I mean.

   If you ask me, I'd say all the hype about this drama was accurate as I saw all they've been giving off about the drama to be amazing, really amazing. I heard a friend saying she doesn't like the drama and then I found out she never likes such genre of movies. So if you're not a lover of fantasy, action and romance... You might wanna skip seeing this drama lol. But I'm still recommending it to anyone, it might just be that drama you're looking for.

   Here are the trailers to both seasons, I'll rate this drama 9/10 and I'm giving that because I wanted more for one of the characters in the drama but he didn't get it till the end, in any case, it was a great drama for me.

No hay necesidad de andarse con rodeos, me gustaría compartir mis pensamientos sobre el drama con algunos de los personajes que adoro en el drama.

   Esto es lo que sucede cuando los encargados de un drama conocen exactamente los personajes a utilizar para un papel, encontrarás a estos increíbles personajes Jang Uk (Lee Jae-Wook) y Mu Deok-i (Jung So-Min) interpretando su papel en lo que parece una manera perfecta para mí. La habilidad de actuación del personaje masculino no se puede medir con los demás en el drama, ya que no se limitó a solo unos pocos papeles, su papel en el segundo episodio todavía es muy memorable en mi cabeza. Mi Deok-i muriendo y resucitando para convertirse en su antiguo yo también es una buena adición al drama.

   La forma en que utilizan la alquimia de las almas en el drama definitivamente le valió el título al drama, ya que es la raíz de todos los problemas que se enfrentaron en el drama y también la solución para muchos. Luchando contra los malos después de que su amor lo matara, Jang Uk definitivamente nos llevó a un viaje de suspenso saludable con su nuevo yo en la segunda temporada.

   La segunda protagonista de la segunda temporada también le dio otro lado positivo al drama, especialmente cuando intenta liberarse de su madre, que está empeñada en encerrarla en matrimonio. Las escenas que siguen estaban llenas de Jang Uk siendo su héroe y descubriendo que en realidad lo había matado antes de perder sus recuerdos.

   Elijo no compartir los detalles del drama para que puedan ir a verlo ustedes mismos, es un drama lleno de misterio y suspenso que disfrutarían.

   Para mi personaje secundario favorito Go Won (Seung-Ho Shin) No puedo dar mi opinión sobre este drama sin mencionar a este personaje. Es un príncipe heredero que definitivamente será justificado por cualquier mal que haga, pero no hizo nada de eso. Desde el principio, ha sido un gran apoyo para el personaje principal, quien resultó ser alguien que se suponía que estaba en su posición como el próximo rey. Los celos en una historia así son inevitables, pero a este Príncipe no se le dio ese papel y me encanta el drama por eso.

   No había casi nada predecible en el drama

   La comedia en el drama es algo digno de mención, ya que cualquiera entendería perfectamente si cada escena tomara un tono serio, ya que la historia lo implica. Pero no fallaron en ese aspecto ni un poco, me reí en muchas escenas y eso sería gracias a la chica principal, el príncipe heredero y el líder de Soogrim jajaja... Tendrán que ver el drama para sé a qué me refiero exactamente.

   Si me preguntas, diría que todo el bombo sobre este drama fue correcto, ya que vi que todo lo que han estado emitiendo sobre el drama es asombroso, realmente asombroso. Escuché a una amiga decir que no le gustaba el drama y luego descubrí que nunca le gusta ese género de películas. Entonces, si no eres un amante de la fantasía, la acción y el romance... Quizá quieras dejar de ver este drama jajaja. Pero todavía se lo recomiendo a cualquiera, podría ser ese drama que estás buscando.

   Aquí están los avances de ambas temporadas. Calificaré este drama 9/10 y lo doy porque quería más para uno de los personajes del drama, pero no lo consiguió hasta el final. en cualquier caso, fue un gran drama para mí.

   Let's go for another review of Korean series, known as K-dramas. This time I want to talk a little about a series, since last time I brought you a review of a movie that I loved a lot. As before, I am usually predisposed to what the series will be but I love it when I find those diamonds and they are not how you imagine them but much better.

   I think this series broke the K-drama scheme a little bit, delivering emotion in each chapter, I only saw it at the suggestion of Netflix but when I finished watching I wanted more.

En esta ocasión quiero hablar un poco de una serie, ya que la vez pasada les traje una reseña de una película que me encantó mucho. Al igual que anteriormente, yo, por lo general estoy predispuesta a lo que será la serie pero me encanta cuando encuentro esos diamantes y no son cómo lo imagina sino mucho mejor.

   Esta serie creo que rompió un poquito el esquema que tenía de los K-drama, entregando emoción en cada capítulo, sólo lo vi por sugerencia de Netflix pero cuando terminé de verla quedé con ganas de más.

At the beginning of the story, this young man with his influence managed to buy Mu-Deok from the place where she had been originally sold and managed to make her a servant in his house, since something in her seemed very strange.

Inicia centrandose en la vida de Nak-su es una hechicera asesina, realmente fue entrenada para que fuera la mejor asesina, ya que quedó huerfana a muy temprana edad. Años después en una pelea las cosas no salen como ella lo esperaba por lo que quedó muy herida y no le quedó más opción que cambiar su alma en otro cuerpo, en este caso quedó en el cuerpo de una persona ciega, no era su objetivo pero así sucedió, afortunadamente la marca que deja cambiarse de almas quedó impregnada en sus ojos por lo que de alguna forma le otorga el poder de la visión, ahora Nak-su se convierte en Mu-Deok

   Ahora siendo Mu-Deok encuentra una situación de la que tiene que huir, ya que fue vendida para trabajar pero tratando de escapar de esa situación, se topa con un integrante de una familia poderosa Jang Uk, un joven necesita ayuda ya que hace años su padre le hizo algo debido al gran secreto de su nacimiento y esto ahora le impide realizar magia, así que él está buscando ayuda por todos los medios posibles, está decidido a encontrar a su maestro ideal para que pueda liberarlo.

   Estos dos son se encuentran y las historias se empiezan a entrelazar, hay momentos donde vemos que se está dando bastante protagonismo a Jang-Uk y a su historia, donde nos hace preguntarnos si realmente logrará su objetivo. Al principio de la historia este joven con su influencia logró comprar a Mu-Deok del lugar a donde la habían vendido a ella originalmente y logró que fuese una sirvienta en su casa, ya que algo en ella le pareció muy extraño.

   The way the plot develops seems quite interesting to me, as the series progresses we see that it also has some comedy included and also creates an atmosphere of romance, in some way it is quite balanced, the story also has quite a lot of action scenes. I thought it was good and something interesting to watch. And as the story goes on we realize that it is focusing more on the circle of young magicians, since it says that it is about a sorceress, but really all the attention is being taken by the magicians little by little, it is a fantasy series, just like what I like, getting away from reality a bit, it's interesting how they present a concept that magic comes from the energy of the heavens, the earth and water.

   It seems to me that it is a series that deserves an opportunity to watch, like everything, nothing is perfect, so you will also find its small flaws.

   La forma en que se va desarrollando la trama, me parece bastante interesante, a medida que avanza la serie vemos que también tiene algo de comedia incluido y también se va creando un ambiente de romance, de alguna forma es bastante equilibrada, la historia también tiene bastante escenas de acción. Me pareció buena y algo interesante de ver. Y a medida que va pasando la historia nos vamos dando cuenta que se va centrando más en el círculo de jóvenes magos, ya que dice que trata de una hechicera, pero realmente toda la atención se la van llevando los magos poco a poco, es una serie de fantasía, justo como lo que me gusta, alejarme un poco de la realidad, es interesante como presentan un concepto de que la magia viene de la energía de los cielos, la tierra y del agua.

   Me parece que es una serie que merece una oportunidad de ver, como todo, nada es perfecto, por lo que también te encontrarás sus pequeños fallos.

5. ›Alchemy Of Souls ends with a high rating | Now we wait till December.@kenechukwu971399d

   Alchemy Of Souls is one of the best Kdrama that was released in the third quarter of 2022.

   

   The first two episodes were released on July 18 and we've been getting two episodes every Saturday and Sunday until the last episode which was released yesterday, August 28.

   What an amazing show this is. If you are a Kdrama lover and also a big fan of fantasy shows with historical settings and nice swordsmanship skills, this is something you need to add to your watchlist. They also had a very nice romance fitted into the story.

   I'm usually in the category of people that likes to wait till the last episode of a Kdrama is released before diving into it, but this was an exception. I just couldn't wait. Haha. Not after following all the updates from the script reading stage to the production stage until when we started seeing teasers followed by an official trailer.

   From the moment the series was released, I jumped on it like a hungry cinephile. Haha. I'm really glad that I did because it would have been impossible to ignore all the spoilers that are posted on Twitter and YouTube.

   What's so special about Alchemy Of Souls?

   ---

   1. The backstory of each character. The complexity of the characters and the backstory each of them has makes this a very interesting show to watch.

   

   Since this is an obvious fictional work, the scriptwriters had the pleasure of bringing in a lot of twists and turns to each character. It was as if each of them can have a stand-alone story which will still be a joy to watch.

   The dynamics of the characters are also impressive and the character development as you go farther into each episode was done nicely. Amid all the dynamics they have, the scriptwriters also did a good job of bringing all these together to come up with a very adorable storyline.

   2. The use of CGI effects. This Kdrama is based on fantasy. We saw shape-shifting, magic, spells and something like water and fire bending. Haha. It's all about creativity on the side of the production team because I sure didn't mind seeing impossible things become possible.

   Thankfully, the production team were up for the challenge.

   When they plan to show something terrifying, like the soul-shifting scenes, it's usually a joy to watch. You can't help but appreciate their good use of CGI to create stunning displays.

   3. The choreography of the fighting scenes and swordsmanship. The show highlights the different levels of swordsmanship and magic skills which were used to rank each mage.

   The different levels include Jipsu, Ryusu, Tansu and Chisu... From lowest to the highest level.

   

   All the duels were well choreographed. They also did a good job of capturing significant elements that differentiated each skill from another.

   General Thought About This Kdrama

   Amazing, fascinating, lovely, thrilling, captivating... What else do you want me to say?

   I have a very high rating for this Kdrama. It kept me expectant every weekend and none of the episodes came as a disappointment, except the last 20 minutes of the supposed last episode which was released yesterday. The Hong sisters did us dirty on that one.

   Care to know who the Hong sisters are?

   Hong Jung-Eun and Hong Mi-Ran are the scriptwriters of this show. These two sisters have been in the industry for a very long time and I have watched a couple of their projects. Whatever they work on, they do it together. Alchemy Of Souls was not an exception.

   When I started watching Alchemy of Soul, I thought everything will end at the end of the 20th episode. Halfway through the series, I started getting snippets about a second season. Gosh... I felt so livid. Yeah, I want to see more of this show, but the idea of waiting for a season two is something we are not used to in Kdramas.

   By the time I saw the last episode of the show that was released yesterday, the cliffhanger was too tempting. Haha. How on Earth are we going to wait until December before we can see the second season of this amazing Kdrama?

   People are still fuming. The reaction from many fans of this Kdrama is not really on the positive side, but I get it. We lovers of Kdrama are not used to the typical tv show style that is seen on Netflix. We love to get everything in one season even if the season runs for 50 episodes.

   But, with this... We have to wait until December to get the second season of the show. All thanks to the brilliance of the Hong sisters. Haha. I'm still giving a solid 9/10 rating for this show.

   We are now looking forward to December.
