¡Hola amigos! En el día de hoy vengo a decirles que no sabía que mirar y no encontré nada que me llamara la atención, casi veo una película sobre canibalismo y en los primeros 5 minutos la saque porque me pareció que iba a ser muy mala por cómo se estaban dando los hecho, y eso que a mí me encanta rescatar lo bueno de cada cosa que veo. Bueno, la cuestión es que me acordé que hace unos meses vi la película de Maravilloso desastre y me había parecido entretenida dentro de todo y recordé que está la segunda parte, así que me puse a ver esa. Por lo que hoy les traigo la reseña de Un desastre es para siempre.

Hello friends! Today I come to tell you that I didn't know what to watch and I didn't find anything that caught my attention, I almost saw a movie about cannibalism and in the first 5 minutes I took it out because I thought it was going to be very bad because of how the events were happening, and I love to rescue the good in everything I see. Well, the thing is that I remembered that a few months ago I saw the movie Beautiful Disaster and I found it entertaining and I remembered that there is a second part, so I started to watch that one. So today I bring you the review of Beautiful Wedding.

Trama - Plot

Esta segunda parte sigue los acontecimientos de la primera, Abby y Travis le deben dinero a un mafioso y se encuentran en las Vegas viviendo la vida, hasta que en una de esas noches que son para el olvido terminan tan borrachos que se casan. Ahora deben salir de ahí a escondidas para huir del mafioso y deciden ir a Gatito, en México, para aprovechar y celebrar su luna de miel. Pero allí todo sale mal y Abby descubre que no sabe nada sobre Travis ya que apenas se conocen. Así que tendrán que aprender a lidiar con los problemas que se les presenten o será el fin de su relación. 

This second part follows the events of the first one, Abby and Travis owe money to a mobster and find themselves in Vegas living the life, until one of those nights to forget they end up so drunk that they get married. Now they must sneak out of there to get away from the mobster and decide to go to Gatito, Mexico, to take advantage and celebrate their honeymoon. But there everything goes wrong and Abby discovers that she doesn't know anything about Travis since they barely know each other. So they will have to learn to deal with the problems that come their way or it will be the end of their relationship.

Así de loca como se ve la trama es la película, la primera me había entretenido a pesar de ser muy ridícula, esta me dio bastante vergüenza ajena. Es tan mala que da risa, es la primera vez que me pasa que cuestiono algo que veo. De verdad, me morí de risa, lo tengo que admitir, pero es demasiado ridícula. Tanto que igual se las recomiendo para pasar un rato divertido.

As crazy as the plot is, the first one had entertained me despite being very ridiculous, this one made me feel quite embarrassed. It's so bad it's laughable, it's the first time I've ever questioned anything I've seen. I really laughed my ass off, I have to admit, but it's too ridiculous. So much so that I still recommend it to have a good time.

Siento que esta segunda parte está mucho más alejada del libro que la primera y eso que hace tiempo que deje de ser fundamentalista de que las adaptaciones de los libros deben ser fieles. Esta le pasa de lejos, pero bueno, tiene sus momentos. Siento que la esencia de los personajes está, pero es tan ridícula que da vergüenza jajajaja. Espero que se entienda lo que quiero decir y lo siento si estoy siendo reiterativa.

I feel that this second part is much more distant from the book than the first one, and I stopped being a fundamentalist a long time ago that book adaptations should be faithful. This one passes it by far, but well, it has its moments. I feel that the essence of the characters is there, but it's so ridiculous that it's embarrassing hahahaha. I hope you understand what I mean and I'm sorry if I'm being repetitive.

Igual, como les decía, las risas no faltaron y a veces está bueno tener un poco de diversión para aligerar las tensiones. Además, tiene sus partes buenas, me gustó que hayan incorporada el idioma español, ya que es muy común ver que no se respeta tanto esto en peliculas estadounidenses, como si todos se tuvieran que amoldar al ingles siendo que están en un país Latinoamericano, así que me gustó que hablaran español en varios momentos. Es por esto que considero que puede ser una buena opción para cuando no saben que mirar y quieren pasar el rato, aunque sí preguntan yo no se las recomendé (? En fin, sin dudas, esta dupla de actores logró lucirse al menos. Me agradaron mucho sus papeles y cómo llevaron a los personajes. 

Anyway, as I was saying, there were plenty of laughs and sometimes it's good to have a little fun to lighten tensions. It also has its good parts, I liked that they have incorporated the Spanish language, as it is very common to see that this is not so much respected in American movies, as if everyone had to adapt to English being that they are in a Latin American country, so I liked that they spoke Spanish at various times. That's why I think it can be a good option for when you don't know what to watch and want to pass the time, although if you ask I didn't recommend it (?) Anyway, without a doubt, this duo of actors managed to shine at least. I really liked their roles and how they carried their characters.
