Belle, es una película del 2013, basada en hechos reales, que para mí, dice mucho de varias cosas que se ven y se viven en la sociedad, no solo de antes, cuando la esclavitud era común, sino hasta estos tiempo, cuando decimos ser más civilizados y avanzados.
Bella, es interpretada por Gugu Mbatha-Raw, una joven que de niña quedó huérfana de madre y a su padre, un almirante de la marina real, si acaso vió una sola vez, cuando la fue a dejar a cargo de sus tíos, antes de partir junto a su embarcación. Esta es una película de época y que remarca el inicio de algunos cambios en Inglaterra.
Por un lado, vemos una hija ilegitima, a la cual se le quiere dar su lugar, herencia y beneficios, pero, siempre hay un pero, su clase social no sería tanto el problema mayor ante la alta sociedad, como lo es su color de piel, pues los negros o personas de color, solo podían ser esclavos en ese tiempo y todo esto trae conflictos.
Luego vemos a dos tipos de personajes que muestran un poco más de lo que muchos estamos hechos: al que no le importa la clase social, color o lo que pueda decir la gente, si no que ve más allá, ve a un ser humano y su belleza, y también tenemos a los que son fieles a la ley, incapaces de violar alguna regla, que aún cuando en sus propios ideales no quiera aceptar lo que puede ser mal visto, lo acepta porque la ley ampara a la sangre y aún buscando cumplir esa ley que tanto pergona, se quiebra antes ella, apartando a quien juró proteger, por temor al qué dirán. Esta pelicula tambien muestra que el color de nuestra piel aunque en ese riempo daba clase y prestigio, no garantizaba tener riquezas.

Belle is a film from 2013, based on true events, which for me, says a lot about many things that are seen and experienced in society, not only in the past, when slavery was common, but even in these times, when we claim to be more civilised and advanced.
Belle, played by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is a young girl whose mother was orphaned as a child and whose father, an admiral in the Royal Navy, she only saw once, when he left her in the care of her aunt and uncle, before leaving with his ship. This is a period film, and one that marks the beginning of some changes in England.
On the one hand, we see an illegitimate daughter, who wants to be given her place, inheritance and benefits, but, there is always a but, her social class is not so much the main problem before the high society, as her skin colour, because blacks or coloured people could only be slaves at that time and all this brings conflicts.
Then we see two types of characters that show a bit more of what many of us are made of: the one who does not care about social class, colour or what people may say, but sees beyond, he sees a human being and his beauty, and we also have those who are faithful to the law, incapable of violating any rule, who even when in their own ideals do not want to accept what may be frowned upon, accept it because the law protects the blood and even seeking to comply with that law that so much pergons, breaks before it, pushing away those who swore to protect, for fear of what people will say. This film also shows that the colour of our skin, although at the time it gave class and prestige, did not guarantee wealth.
Y mientras la película se va desarrollando, vas viendo muchas cosas, una lucha entre el amor y las razas que va más allá del amor entre una pareja, si no también de amor por la justicia, sabiendo que todos somos humanos y que una vida vale independientemente de su color. Belle, vive con temores, dudas, y unas ganas fuertes de querer que todo sea diferente, pero su tío abuelo adoptivo quien es el principal Juez y segundo hombre más importante de Inglaterra tendrá en sus manos el hecho de poder cambiar la historia, bien sea por sus propios principios, moral y ley, a que por la firmeza en sus ideales de un joven abogado que busca se cambie la historia y sea valorada cada vida.
Una.pelicula que sin duda, deja mucho para reflexionar, donde a veces no es necesario romper las reglas o leyes, si no solo saber usarlas y mover las piezas para que no hayan conflictos y todo sea posible.

And as the film unfolds, you see many things, a struggle between love and races that goes beyond the love between a couple, but also the love for justice, knowing that we are all human and that a life is worth regardless of its colour. Belle, lives with fears, doubts, and a strong desire to want everything to be different, but her adoptive great-uncle who is the main Judge and second most important man in England will have in his hands the fact of being able to change history, either by his own principles, morals and law, or by the firmness in his ideals of a young lawyer who seeks to change history and value every life.
A film that undoubtedly leaves much food for thought, where sometimes it is not necessary to break the rules or laws, but only to know how to use them and move the pieces so that there are no conflicts and everything is possible.
