Earwig and the Witch is a 2020 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Gorō Miyazaki and with a screenplay by Keiko Niwa and Emi Gunji. It is based on the novel of the same name by Diana Wynne Jones. The original voice cast includes Shinobu Terajima, Etsushi Toyokawa, Gaku Hamada, and Kokoro Hirasawa.

I've been waiting for this movie. It wasn't my most anticipated production, but Ghibli studio made a name for itself with many, at least good, films. Czekałem na ten film. Nie była to najbardziej oczekiwana przeze mnie produkcja, ale studio Ghibli wyrobiło sobie renomę wieloma, co najmniej dobrymi filmami. Jak kilkukrotnie pisałem, nie jestem ich fanem, ale wiem że mogę oglądać ich filmy bez recenzji krytyków (z wyłączeniem moich dwóch kumpli, którzy są fanami tego studia - pozdrawiam Was, Kamil i Karol).
